1എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, നീ എന്നെ കൈവിട്ടതെന്തു? എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കാതെയും എന്റെ ഞരക്കത്തിന്റെ വാക്കുകള്‍ കേള്‍ക്കാതെയും അകന്നു നിലക്കുന്നതെന്തു?
1My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?
2എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, ഞാന്‍ പകല്‍സമയത്തു വിളിക്കുന്നു; എങ്കിലും നീ ഉത്തരമരുളുന്നില്ല; രാത്രികാലത്തും ഞാന്‍ വിളിക്കുന്നു; എനിക്കു ഒട്ടും മൌനതയില്ല.
2My God, I cry in the daytime, but you don’t answer; in the night season, and am not silent.
3യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സ്തുതികളിന്മേല്‍ വസിക്കുന്നവനേ, നീ പരിശുദ്ധനാകുന്നുവല്ലോ.
3But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel.
4ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാര്‍ നിങ്കല്‍ ആശ്രയിച്ചു; അവര്‍ ആശ്രയിക്കയും നീ അവരെ വിടുവിക്കയും ചെയ്തു.
4Our fathers trusted in you. They trusted, and you delivered them.
5അവര്‍ നിന്നോടു നിലവിളിച്ചു രക്ഷപ്രാപിച്ചു; അവര്‍ നിങ്കല്‍ ആശ്രയിച്ചു, ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോയതുമില്ല.
5They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed.
6ഞാനോ മനുഷ്യനല്ല, ഒരു കൃമിയത്രേ; മനുഷ്യരുടെ ധിക്കാരവും ജനത്താല്‍ നിന്ദിതനും തന്നേ.
6But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.
7എന്നെ കാണുന്നവരൊക്കെയും എന്നെ പരിഹസിക്കുന്നു; അവര്‍ അധരം മലര്‍ത്തി തല കുലുക്കുന്നു;
7All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying,
8യഹോവയിങ്കല്‍ നിന്നെത്തന്നേ സമര്‍പ്പിക്ക! അവന്‍ അവനെ രക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ! അവന്‍ അവനെ വിടുവിക്കട്ടെ! അവനില്‍ പ്രസാദമുണ്ടല്ലോ.
8“He trusts in Yahweh; let him deliver him. Let him rescue him, since he delights in him.”
9നീയല്ലോ എന്നെ ഉദരത്തില്‍നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചവന്‍ ; എന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ മുല കുടിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ നീ എന്നെ നിര്‍ഭയം വസിക്കുമാറാക്കി.
9But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust at my mother’s breasts.
10ഗര്‍ഭപാത്രത്തില്‍നിന്നു ഞാന്‍ നിങ്കല്‍ ഏല്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു; എന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ ഉദരംമുതല്‍ നീ എന്റെ ദൈവം.
10I was thrown on you from my mother’s womb. You are my God since my mother bore me.
11കഷ്ടം അടുത്തിരിക്കയാല്‍ എന്നെ വിട്ടകന്നിരിക്കരുതേ; സഹായിപ്പാന്‍ മറ്റാരുമില്ലല്ലോ.
11Don’t be far from me, for trouble is near. For there is none to help.
12അനേകം കാളകള്‍ എന്നെ വളഞ്ഞു; ബാശാന്‍ കൂറ്റന്മാര്‍ എന്നെ ചുറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
12Many bulls have surrounded me. Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.
13ബുഭുക്ഷയോടെ അലറുന്ന സിംഹംപോലെ അവര്‍ എന്റെ നേരെ വായ് പിളര്‍ക്കുംന്നു.
13They open their mouths wide against me, lions tearing prey and roaring.
14ഞാന്‍ വെള്ളംപോലെ തൂകിപ്പോകുന്നു; എന്റെ അസ്ഥികളെല്ലാം ബന്ധം വിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഹൃദയം മെഴുകുപോലെ ആയി എന്റെ കുടലിന്റെ നടുവെ ഉരുകിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
14I am poured out like water. All my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax; it is melted within me.
15എന്റെ ശക്തി ഔട്ടുകഷണംപോലെ ഉണങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ നാവു അണ്ണാക്കോടു പറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു. നീ എന്നെ മരണത്തിന്റെ പൊടിയില്‍ ഇട്ടുമിരിക്കുന്നു.
15My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.
16നായ്ക്കള്‍ എന്നെ വളഞ്ഞു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ കൂട്ടം എന്നെ ചുറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അവര്‍ എന്റെ കൈകളെയും കാലുകളെയും തുളെച്ചു.
16For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet. So Dead Sea Scrolls. Masoretic Text reads, “Like a lion, they pin my hands and feet.”
17എന്റെ അസ്ഥികളൊക്കെയും എനിക്കു എണ്ണാം; അവര്‍ എന്നെ ഉറ്റുനോക്കുന്നു.
17I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me.
18എന്റെ വസ്ത്രം അവര്‍ പകുത്തെടുത്തു, എന്റെ അങ്കിക്കായി അവര്‍ ചീട്ടിടുന്നു.
18They divide my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing.
19നീയോ, യഹോവേ, അകന്നിരിക്കരുതേ; എന്റെ തുണയായുള്ളോവേ, എന്നെ സഹായിപ്പാന്‍ വേഗം വരേണമേ.
19But don’t be far off, Yahweh. You are my help: hurry to help me.
20വാളിങ്കല്‍നിന്നു എന്റെ പ്രാണനെയും നായുടെ കയ്യില്‍നിന്നു എന്റെ ജീവനെയും വിടുവിക്കേണമേ.
20Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog.
21സിംഹത്തിന്റെ വായില്‍നിന്നു എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ; കാട്ടുപോത്തുകളുടെ കൊമ്പുകള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ നീ എനിക്കു ഉത്തരമരുളുന്നു.
21Save me from the lion’s mouth! Yes, from the horns of the wild oxen, you have answered me.
22ഞാന്‍ നിന്റെ നാമത്തെ എന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരോടു കീര്‍ത്തിക്കുംസഭാമദ്ധ്യേ ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെ സ്തുതിക്കും.
22I will declare your name to my brothers. In the midst of the assembly, I will praise you.
23യഹോവാഭക്തന്മാരേ, അവനെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന്‍ ; യാക്കോബിന്റെ സകലസന്തതിയുമായുള്ളോരേ, അവനെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുവിന്‍ ; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സര്‍വ്വസന്തതിയുമായുള്ളോരേ, അവനെ ഭയപ്പെടുവിന്‍ .
23You who fear Yahweh, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel!
24അരിഷ്ടന്റെ അരിഷ്ടത അവന്‍ നിരസിച്ചില്ല വെറുത്തതുമില്ല; തന്റെ മുഖം അവന്നു മറെച്ചതുമില്ല; തന്നേ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ കേള്‍ക്കയത്രേ ചെയ്തതു.
24For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, Neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.
25മഹാസഭയില്‍ എനിക്കു പ്രശംസ നിങ്കല്‍നിന്നു വരുന്നു. അവന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാര്‍ കാണ്‍കെ ഞാന്‍ എന്റെ നേര്‍ച്ചകളെ കഴിക്കും.
25Of you comes my praise in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.
26എളിയവര്‍ തിന്നു തൃപ്തന്മാരാകും; യഹോവയെ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവര്‍ അവനെ സ്തുതിക്കും. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയം എന്നേക്കും സുഖത്തോടിരിക്കട്ടെ.
26The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise Yahweh who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.
27ഭൂമിയുടെ അറുതികള്‍ ഒക്കെയും ഔര്‍ത്തു യഹോവയിങ്കലേക്കു തിരിയും; ജാതികളുടെ വംശങ്ങളൊക്കെയും നിന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നമസ്കരിക്കും.
27All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to Yahweh. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.
28രാജത്വം യഹോവേക്കുള്ളതല്ലോ; അവന്‍ ജാതികളെ ഭരിക്കുന്നു.
28For the kingdom is Yahweh’s. He is the ruler over the nations.
29ഭൂമിയില്‍ പുഷ്ടിയുള്ളവരൊക്കെയും ഭക്ഷിച്ചാരാധിക്കും; പൊടിയിലേക്കു ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരെല്ലാവരും അവന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ കുമ്പിടും; തന്റെ പ്രാണനെ രക്ഷിപ്പാന്‍ കഴിയാത്തവനും കൂടെ.
29All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive.
30ഒരു സന്തതി അവനെ സേവിക്കും; വരുന്ന തലമുറയോടു യഹോവയെക്കുറിച്ചു കീര്‍ത്തിക്കും.
30Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.
31അവര്‍ വന്നു, ജനിപ്പാനുള്ള ജനത്തോടു അവന്‍ നിവര്‍ത്തിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അവന്റെ നീതിയെ വര്‍ണ്ണിക്കും.
31They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it.
