1യഹോവേ, എന്റെ വാക്കുകള്‍ക്കു ചെവി തരേണമേ; എന്റെ ധ്യാനത്തെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണമേ;
1Give ear to my words, Yahweh. Consider my meditation.
2എന്റെ രാജാവും എന്റെ ദൈവവുമായുള്ളോവേ, എന്റെ സങ്കടയാചന കേള്‍ക്കേണമേ; നിന്നോടല്ലോ ഞാന്‍ പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുന്നതു.
2Listen to the voice of my cry, my King and my God; for to you do I pray.
3യഹോവേ, രാവിലെ എന്റെ പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥന കേള്‍ക്കേണമേ; രാവിലെ ഞാന്‍ നിനക്കായി ഒരുക്കി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
3Yahweh, in the morning you shall hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly.
4നീ ദുഷ്ടതയില്‍ പ്രസാദിക്കുന്ന ദൈവമല്ല; ദുഷ്ടന്‍ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ പാര്‍ക്കയില്ല.
4For you are not a God who has pleasure in wickedness. Evil can’t live with you.
5അഹങ്കാരികള്‍ നിന്റെ സന്നിധിയില്‍ നില്‍ക്കയില്ല; നീതികേടു പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നവരെയൊക്കെയും നീ പകെക്കുന്നു.
5The arrogant shall not stand in your sight. You hate all workers of iniquity.
6ഭോഷ്ക്കുപറയുന്നവരെ നീ നശിപ്പിക്കും; രക്തപാതകവും ചതിവുമുള്ളവന്‍ യഹോവെക്കു അറെപ്പാകുന്നു;
6You will destroy those who speak lies. Yahweh abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.
7ഞാനോ, നിന്റെ കൃപയുടെ ബഹുത്വത്താല്‍ നിന്റെ ആലയത്തിലേക്കു ചെന്നു നിന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്നു നേരെ നിങ്കലുള്ള ഭക്തിയോടെ ആരാധിക്കും.
7But as for me, in the abundance of your loving kindness I will come into your house. I will bow toward your holy temple in reverence of you.
8യഹോവേ, എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കള്‍നിമിത്തം നിന്റെ നീതിയാല്‍ എന്നെ നടത്തേണമേ; എന്റെ മുമ്പില്‍ നിന്റെ വഴിയെ നിരപ്പാക്കേണമേ.
8Lead me, Yahweh, in your righteousness because of my enemies. Make your way straight before my face.
9അവരുടെ വായില്‍ ഒട്ടും നേരില്ല; അവരുടെ അന്തരംഗം നാശകൂപം തന്നേ; അവരുടെ തൊണ്ട തുറന്ന ശവക്കുഴിയാകുന്നു; നാവുകൊണ്ടു അവര്‍ മധുരവാക്കു പറയുന്നു.
9For there is no faithfulness in their mouth. Their heart is destruction. Their throat is an open tomb. They flatter with their tongue.
10ദൈവമേ അവരെ കുറ്റംവിധിക്കേണമേ; തങ്ങളുടെ ആലോചനകളാല്‍ തന്നേ അവര്‍ വീഴട്ടെ; അവരുടെ അതിക്രമങ്ങളുടെ ബഹുത്വംനിമിത്തം അവരെ തള്ളിക്കളയേണമേ; നിന്നോടല്ലോ അവര്‍ മത്സരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു.
10Hold them guilty, God. Let them fall by their own counsels; Thrust them out in the multitude of their transgressions, for they have rebelled against you.
11എന്നാല്‍ നിന്നെ ശരണംപ്രാപിക്കുന്നവരെല്ലാവരും സന്തോഷിക്കും; നീ അവരെ പാലിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവര്‍ എപ്പോഴും ആനന്ദിച്ചാര്‍ക്കും; നിന്റെ നാമത്തെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവര്‍ നിന്നില്‍ ഉല്ലസിക്കും;
11But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice, Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. Let them also who love your name be joyful in you.
12യഹോവേ, നീ നീതിമാനെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും; പരിചകൊണ്ടെന്നപോലെ നീ ദയകൊണ്ടു അവനെ മറെക്കും;
12For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield.
