1“कोणाला शांत्यर्पणाचा यज्ञ करावयाचा असेल तर त्याने गुरांढोरापैकी दोष नसलेला नर किंवा मादी यांचा करावा.
1“‘If his offering is a sacrifice of peace offerings; if he offers it from the herd, whether male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before Yahweh.
2त्याने त्या पशूच्या डोक्यावर आपला हात ठेवावा व दर्शनमंडपाच्या दारापाशी त्याचा वध करावा; मग अहरोनाचे मुलगे जे याजक आहेत त्यांनी त्याचे रक्त वेदीवर व सभोवती शिंपडावे.
2He shall lay his hand on the head of his offering, and kill it at the door of the Tent of Meeting: and Aaron’s sons, the priests shall sprinkle the blood around on the altar.
3शांत्यार्पण हे अग्नीद्वारे केलेले अर्पण होय. याजकाने पशूच्या आंतड्यावरील चरबी व त्यांस लागून असलेली सर्व चरबी अर्पण करावी.
3He shall offer of the sacrifice of peace offerings an offering made by fire to Yahweh; the fat that covers the innards, and all the fat that is on the innards,
4दोन्ही गुरदे, त्यांच्यावरची कमरेजवळची चरबी आणि काळजाच्या पडद्यावरील चरबी हे सर्व अर्पावे।
4and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the loins, and the cover on the liver, with the kidneys, he shall take away.
5ह्या सर्वांचा अहरोनाच्या मुलांनी वेदीवरील विस्तवावर रचलेल्या लाकडावरील होमार्पणावर त्याचा होम करावा; हे अग्नीद्वारे केलेले अर्पण आहे. त्याच्या सुवासाने परमेश्वराला आनंद होतो.
5Aaron’s sons shall burn it on the altar on the burnt offering, which is on the wood that is on the fire: it is an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.
6“परमेश्वराकरिता कोणाला शांत्यर्पणसाठी शेरडांमेढरांचे अर्पण आणावयाचे असेल तर ते दोष नसलेल्या नराचे किंवा मादीचे असावे.
6“‘If his offering for a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh is from the flock; male or female, he shall offer it without blemish.
7जर त्याला कोकरु अर्पण करावयाचे असेल तर त्याने ते परमेश्वरासमोर आणावे.
7If he offers a lamb for his offering, then he shall offer it before Yahweh;
8त्याने त्या पशूच्या डोक्यावर आपला हात ठेवावा व दर्शनमंडपासमोर तो वधावा आणि अहरोनाच्या मुलांनी त्याचे रक्त वेदीसभोंवती शिंपडावे.
8and he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering, and kill it before the Tent of Meeting: and Aaron’s sons shall sprinkle its blood around on the altar.
9अर्पण करणाऱ्यांने शांत्यर्पणाचा काही भाग परमेश्वराला हव्य म्हणून अर्पण करण्यासाठी द्यावा. त्याने त्या पशूची चरबी व पाठीच्या कण्यातून कापून काढलेले चरबीदार शेपूट, आंतड्यावरील भोवतालची चरबी.
9He shall offer from the sacrifice of peace offerings an offering made by fire to Yahweh; its fat, the entire tail fat, he shall take away close to the backbone; and the fat that covers the inwards, and all the fat that is on the inwards,
10दोन्ही गुरदे, त्यांच्यावरची कमरेजवळील चरबी व गुरद्यापर्यंतचा चरबीचा पडदा हे सर्व अर्पावे.
10and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the loins, and the cover on the liver, with the kidneys, he shall take away.
11मग याजकाने त्या सर्वाचा वेदीवर होम करावा; हे शांत्यर्पण अग्नीद्वारे परमेश्वराला केलेले अर्पण आहे, परंतु हे लोकांसाठी अन्नसुद्धा होईल.
11The priest shall burn it on the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire to Yahweh.
12“कोणाला जर बकऱ्याचे अर्पण करावयाचे असेल तर त्याने तो बकरा परमेश्वरासमोर आणावा.
12“‘If his offering is a goat, then he shall offer it before Yahweh:
13त्याने त्या बकऱ्याच्या डोक्यावर आपला हात ठेवावा व दर्शनमंडपासमोर त्याचा वध करावा; मग अहरोनाच्या मुलांनी त्याचे रक्त वेदीवर व सभोंवती शिंपडावे.
13and he shall lay his hand on its head, and kill it before the Tent of Meeting; and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood around on the altar.
14त्याने त्या शांत्यर्पणाचा काही भाग परमेश्वरासाठी होम करण्याकरिता द्यावा; तसेच त्याने त्याच्या बलीच्या आंतड्यावरील व त्यास लागून असलेली चरबी.
14He shall offer from it as his offering, an offering made by fire to Yahweh; the fat that covers the innards, and all the fat that is on the innards,
15दोन्ही गुरदे, त्यांवरील कमरेजवळची चरबी आणि गुरद्यापर्यंतचा काळजावरील चरबीचा पडदा हे सर्व अर्पावे.

16मग याजकाने वेदीवर त्या सर्वाचा होम करावा ह्या सुवासिक शांत्यार्पणाने परमेश्वराला आनंद होतो; हे अग्नीद्वारे केलेले अर्पण आहे. हे लोकांसाठी अन्न होईल. परंतु त्यातील उत्तम भाग म्हणजे चरबी परमेश्वराची आहे.
16The priest shall burn them on the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire, for a pleasant aroma; all the fat is Yahweh’s.
17तुम्ही चरबी व रक्त मुळीच खाऊ नये; तुम्ही जेथे कोठे राहाल तेथे तुमच्यासाठी हा नियम पिढ्यान्पिढ्या कायमचा चालू राहील.”
17“‘It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings, that you shall eat neither fat nor blood.’”
