¹သူတပါး လုယူခြင်းကို မခံဘဲလျက်၊ လုယူတတ် သောသူ၊ သူတပါးဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းကို မခံဘဲလျက်၊ ဖျက်ဆီး တတ်သောသူ၊ သင်သည်အမင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။ သင်သည် မလု မယူဘဲ နေသောအခါ လုယူခြင်းကို ခံရမည်။ ဖျက်ဆီး၍ မောသောအခါ ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။

¹Woe to you who destroy, but you weren’t destroyed; and who betray, but nobody betrayed you! When you have finished destroying, you will be destroyed; and when you have made an end of betrayal, you will be betrayed.

²အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို သနားတော် မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်ကြပါ၏။ နံနက်တိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၌ ခွန်အားကို ပေးတော်မူပါ။ အမှုရောက်သောအခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို ကယ်တင်တော် မူပါ။

²Yahweh, be gracious to us. We have waited for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble.

³အလုံးအရင်း၏ အသံကြောင့်၊ လူစုတို့သည် ပြေးကြ၏။ ထတော်မူသောအခါ၊ လူမျိုးတို့သည် အရပ် ရပ်ကွဲပြားကြ၏။

³At the noise of the thunder, the peoples have fled. When you lift yourself up, the nations are scattered.

⁴သူတပါးတို့သည် သင်တို့၏ ဥစ္စာကို ကျိုင်း ကောင် သိမ်းယူသကဲ့သို့ သိမ်းယူကြလိမ့်မည်။ ကျိုင်း ကောင်တို့သည် လူးလာပြေးသကဲ့သို့၊ သင်တို့၏ ဥစ္စာပေါ် မှာ လူးလာပြေးကြလိမ့်မည်။

⁴Your spoil will be gathered as the caterpillar gathers. Men will leap on it as locusts leap.

⁵ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းရှိတော်မူ၏။ မြင့်သောအရပ်၌ နေတော်မူ၏။ ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို တရားသ ဖြင့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ခြင်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ စီရင်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြည့်စေ တော်မူ၏။

⁵Yahweh is exalted, for he dwells on high. He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.

⁶ဥာဏ်နှင့် ပညာသည် သင်၏လက်ထက်၌ တည်ကြည်ခြင်း၊ မြဲမြံစွာ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကို ဖြစ်စေလိမ့် မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွှံ့ခြင်း သဘောသည် လည်း သင်၏ဘဏ္ဍာ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။

⁶There will be stability in your times, abundance of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge. The fear of Yahweh is your treasure.

⁷သူရဲတို့သည် ပြင်၌ အော်ဟစ်ကြ၏။ မိဿဟာ ယ စကားကို ပြောသော တမန်တော်တို့သည် ပြင်းစွာ ငိုကြွေးကြ၏။

⁷Behold, their valiant ones cry outside; the ambassadors of peace weep bitterly.

⁸လမ်းမတို့သည် ဆိတ်ညံကြ၏။ လမ်းခရီး၌ သွား လာသော သူမရှိ။ ထိုမင်းသည် သစ္စာပျက်လေပြီ။ မြို့များကို လည်း ပယ်လေပြီ။ အဘယ်သူ၏ မျက်နှာကို မမှတ် တတ်။

⁸The highways are desolate. The traveling man ceases. The covenant is broken. He has despised the cities. He doesn’t respect man.

⁹ပြည်တော်သည် ငြိုငြင်၍ အားလျော့၏။ လေဗ နုန်တောသည် ရှက်ကြောက်၍ နွမ်းရိ၏။ ရှာရုန်အရပ် သည် တောကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၏။ ဗာရှန်တောင်နှင့် ကရမေလ တောင်သည် လှုပ်ရှား၏။

⁹The land mourns and languishes. Lebanon is confounded and withers away. Sharon is like a desert, and Bashan and Carmel are stripped bare.

¹⁰ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ယခုငါထ မည်။ ယခု ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်မည်။ ကိုယ်ကို ကိုယ်ချီးမြှောက်မည်။

¹⁰“Now I will arise,” says Yahweh; “Now I will lift myself up. Now I will be exalted.

¹¹သင်တို့သည်ဖွဲကို ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်၊ အမှိုက်ကို ဘွားမြင်ရလိမ့်မည်။ သင်ကို စိတ်သဘောသည် မီးဖြစ်၍၊ သင်တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီးလိမ့်မည်။

¹¹You will conceive chaff. You will bring forth stubble. Your breath is a fire that will devour you.

¹²လူများတို့သည် ထုံးကျောက်ကို ဖုတ်သကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ဆူးပင်များကို ခုတ်၍ မီးရှို့သကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

¹²The peoples will be like the burning of lime, like thorns that are cut down and burned in the fire.

¹³ဝေးသောသူတို့၊ ငါပြုသောအမှုကို မှတ်ကြ လော့။ နီးသောသူတို့၊ ငါ့တန်ခိုးကို ဝန်ခံကြလော့။

¹³Hear, you who are far off, what I have done; and, you who are near, acknowledge my might.”

¹⁴အပြစ်ရှိသော ဇိအုန်မြို့သားတို့သည် ကြောက် ကြ၏။ အဓမ္မပြုသောသူတို့သည် ထိတ်လန့်ကြ၏။ ငါတို့ တွင် အဘယ်သူသည် လောင်သောမီးထဲမှာ နေရမည် နည်း။ ငါတို့တွင် အဘယ်သူသည် ထာဝရ မီးလောင်ခြင်း ကို ခံလျက်နေရမည်နည်း။

¹⁴The sinners in Zion are afraid. Trembling has seized the godless ones. Who among us can live with the devouring fire? Who among us can live with everlasting burning?

¹⁵တရားသဖြင့်ကျင့်၍ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ ပြောထ သော၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းအားဖြင့် ရသော ငွေကို ရွံ၍၊ တံစိုးကို လည်း ငြင်းပယ်ထသော၊ လူအသက်သတ်ခြင်း အမှုကို နားမခံ၊ အဓမ္မ အမှုများကို မကြည့်မရှုသောသူသည် မြင့် သောအရပ်၌ နေလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁵He who walks righteously, and speaks blamelessly; He who despises the gain of oppressions, who gestures with his hands, refusing to take a bribe, who stops his ears from hearing of blood, and shuts his eyes from looking at evil—

¹⁶ခိုင်ခံ့သော ကျောက်မြို့၌ ခိုလှုံလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုသူ အား အစာကို အစဉ်ပေးရလိမ့်မည်။ သောက်ရေလည်း မပြတ်ရ။

¹⁶he will dwell on high. His place of defense will be the fortress of rocks. His bread will be supplied. His waters will be sure.

¹⁷သင်သည် ရှင်ဘုရင်၏ တင့်တယ်ခြင်း အသရေ တော်ကို ကိုယ်မျက်စိနှင့် မြင်ရ၍၊ ဝေးလှသောပြည်ကို လည်း ကြည့်မြင်ရလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁷Your eyes will see the king in his beauty. They will see a distant land.

¹⁸သင်သည် ကြောက်လန့်ဘွယ်သော အခြင်းအ ရာကို အောက်မေ့သောအခါ၊ စာရင်းယူသောသူသည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်း။ အခွန်ခံသောသူသည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်း။ ပြအိုးတို့ကို ရေတွက်သောသူသည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်း။

¹⁸Your heart will meditate on the terror. Where is he who counted? Where is he who weighed? Where is he who counted the towers?

¹⁹ကြမ်းတမ်းသောလူမျိုး၊ နားမဝင်နိုင်အောင် နက်နဲသောစကား၊ နားမလည်နိုင်အောင် ခက်ခဲသောစ ကားကို ပြောသော လူမျိုးကို သင်သည်မတွေ့မမြင်ရ။

¹⁹You will no longer see the fierce people, a people of a deep speech that you can’t comprehend, with a strange language that you can’t understand.

²⁰ငါတို့ပွဲခံရာမြို့၊ ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို ကြည့်ရှုလော့။ တိုင် တခုမျှမရွှေ့၊ ကြိုးတခုမျှမပြတ်၊ အလျှင်း မပျက်ရသော တဲတည်းဟူသော၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ်သောနေရာ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို ကိုယ်မျက်စိနှင့် မြင်ရလိမ့်မည်။

²⁰Look at Zion, the city of our appointed festivals. Your eyes will see Jerusalem, a quiet habitation, a tent that won’t be removed. Its stakes will never be plucked up, nor will any of its cords be broken.

²¹ထိုမြို့တွင် ဘုန်းကြီးသော ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့၌ ကျယ်သောမြစ်များ ဆုံးရာအရပ် ဖြစ်တော်မူလိမ့် မည်။ ထိုအရပ်၌ တက်သောရဲလှေ၊ အားကြီးသော သင်္ဘောတစင်းမျှ မရှောက်မသွားရ။

²¹But there Yahweh will be with us in majesty, a place of broad rivers and streams, in which no galley with oars will go, neither will any gallant ship pass by there.

²²အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့၏ တရားသူကြီး ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့၏ ပညတ်တရားရှင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့၏ ရှင်ဘုရင်ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါတို့ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူလိမ့် မည်။

²²For Yahweh is our judge. Yahweh is our lawgiver. Yahweh is our king. He will save us.

²³သင်၏ သင်္ဘောရွက်ကြိုးများ ပြုတ်လျက်ရှိ၏။ ရွက်တိုင်ကို ခိုင်ခံ့စွာမချည်၊ ရွက်ကိုလည်း မဖြန့်နိုင်။ သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ များစွာသောဥစ္စာကို လုယူဝေငှရ၏။ ခြေဆွံ့ သောသူပင် လုယူရာ ဥစ္စာကို လုယူရ၏။

²³Your rigging is untied. They couldn’t strengthen the foot of their mast. They couldn’t spread the sail. Then the prey of a great spoil was divided. The lame took the prey.

²⁴မြို့သားကလည်း၊ ငါနာသည်ဟုမဆိုရ။ ထိုမြို့၌ နေသောသူတို့သည် အပြစ်ပြေရှင်းခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရကြ လိမ့်မည်။

²⁴The inhabitant won’t say, “I am sick.” The people who dwell therein will be forgiven their iniquity.
