¹တဖန်ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ သင်သည်ကြီးသော ကျောက်သင်ပုန်းကိုယူပြီးလျှင်၊ အသော့လုယက် မြန်မြန် ဖျက်လော့ဟု ဆိုလိုသော၊ မဟေရရှာလလဟာရှဗတ် ဟူသော အက္ခရာစာလုံးကို လူဘာသာအားဖြင့် ရေးထား လော့ဟု ငါ့အား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

¹Yahweh said to me, “Take a large tablet, and write on it with a man’s pen, ‘For Maher Shalal Hash Baz; “Maher Shalal Hash Baz” means “quick to the plunder, swift to the spoil.” ’

²ထိုအခါ သက်သေခံစေခြင်းအလိုငှါ၊ ယုံလောက် သောသက်သေ၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်ဥရိယနှင့် ယေဗရခိ၏ သား ဇာခိရိတို့ကို ငါခေါ်ထား၏။

²and I will take for myself faithful witnesses to testify: Uriah the priest, and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.”

³ထိုနောက်မှငါသည် ပရောဖက်ကတော်ကို ချဉ်း သဖြင့်၊ သူသည် ပဋိသန္ဓေစွဲယူ၍ သားယောက်ျားကို ဘွားမြင်လေ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားကလည်း၊ ထိုသားကို မဟေရရှာလဟာရှဗတ်ဟူသော အမည်ဖြင့်မှည့်လော့။

³I went to the prophetess, and she conceived, and bore a son. Then Yahweh said to me, “Call his name ‘Maher Shalal Hash Baz.’

⁴အကြောင်းမူကား။ ထိုသူငယ်သည် အမိအဘ ဟူမခေါ်တတ်မှီ၊ ဒမာသက်မြို့၏ စည်းစိမ်၊ ရှမာရိမြို့၌ လုယက် သောဥစ္စာကို အာရှုရိရှင်ဘုရင်သည် သိမ်းသွား လိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

⁴For before the child knows how to say, ‘My father,’ and, ‘My mother,’ the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria will be carried away by the king of Assyria.”

⁵တဖန်ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ ဤလူမျိုးသည် ဖြည်း ညှင်းစွာစီးသော ရှိလောင်ချောင်းကို ငြင်းပယ်၍၊

⁵Yahweh spoke to me yet again, saying,

⁶ရေဇိန်နှင့် ရေမလိသားတို့၌ ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြ သောကြောင့်၊

⁶“Because this people have refused the waters of Shiloah that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah’s son;

⁷ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အလုံးအရင်းပါသော အာရှု ရိရှင်ဘုရင်တည်းဟူသော၊ ခွန်အားဗလကြီး၍များသော မြစ်ရေနှင့်သူတို့ကို လွှမ်းမိုးစေတတ်တော်မူသဖြင့်။ ထိုမြစ် သည် မိမိချောင်များကို လွှမ်း၍၊ မိမိကမ်များကို လျှံလျက်၊

⁷now therefore, behold, the Lord brings upon them the mighty flood waters of the River: the king of Assyria and all his glory. It will come up over all its channels, and go over all its banks.

⁸ယုဒပြည်ကို ချင်းနင်းလွှမ်းမိုး ဖြန့်သွား၍၊ လည်ပင်းတိုင်အောင်မှီလိမ့်မည်။ သူ၏ အတောင်တို့ကို လည်း ဖြန့်သဖြင့်၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏မြေတပြင်လုံးကို အုပ်မိုး လိမ့်မည်၊ အိုဧမာနွေလဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

⁸It will sweep onward into Judah. It will overflow and pass through; it will reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of its wings will fill the breadth of your land, Immanuel.

⁹အချင်းလူများတို့၊ သင်းဖွဲ့၍မှိုင်တွေကြလော့။ ဝေး သောပြည်သားအပေါင်းတို့၊ နားထောင်ကြလော့။ ခါးစည်း၍ မှိုင်တွေကြလော့။ ခါးစည်း၍ မှိုင်တွေကြ လော့။

⁹Make an uproar, you peoples, and be broken in pieces! Listen, all you from far countries: dress for battle, and be shattered! Dress for battle, and be shattered!

¹⁰တိုင်ပင်ကြလော့။ သင်တို့အကြံသည် ပျက်လိမ့်မည်။ စီရင်ကြ လော့။ စီရင်သည်အတိုင်း မတည်ရ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါတို့ဘက်၌ ရှိတော်မူ၏။

¹⁰Take counsel together, and it will be brought to nothing; speak the word, and it will not stand: for God is with us.”

¹¹ဤလူမျိုး၏ ဘာသာဓလေ့အတိုင်း၊ ငါမကျင့်ရ မည်အကြောင်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် တန်ခိုးပြလျက်၊ ငါ့ကို သွန်သင်၍မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊

¹¹For Yahweh spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me not to walk in the way of this people, saying,

¹²သင်းဖွဲ့ခြင်းဟု၊ ဤလူမျိုးဆိုသမျှအတိုင်း၊ သင်တို့ သည် သင်းဖွဲ့ခြင်းဟု မဆိုကြနှင့်။ သူတို့ကြောက်တတ် သောအရာကို မကြောက်ကြနှင့်။ မထိန့်လန့်ကြနှင့်။

¹²“Don’t say, ‘A conspiracy!’ concerning all about which this people say, ‘A conspiracy!’ neither fear their threats, nor be terrorized.

¹³ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားကို ရိုသေခြင်းရှိကြလော့။ ထိုဘုရားကိုသာ ကြောက်ရွံ့ခြင်း၊ ထိန့်လန့်ခြင်းရှိကြလော့။

¹³Yahweh of Armies is who you must respect as holy. He is the one you must fear. He is the one you must dread.

¹⁴ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင်၊ ထိုဘုရားသည် သင်တို့ခိုလှုံရာ ဖြစ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ သို့ရာတွင် ဣသရေလလူနှစ်မျိုးတို့ ထိမိ၍လဲစရာကျောက်၊ မှားယွင်းစရာကျောက်၊ ယေရု ရှလင်မြို့သားတို့၌ ကျော့ကွင်းနှင့် ထောင်ချောက် ဖြစ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁴He will be a sanctuary, but for both houses of Israel, he will be a trap and a snare for the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

¹⁵ထိုသူအများတို့သည် ထိမိ၍ တိမ်းလဲကျိုးပဲ့ခြင်း၊ ကျော့မိဘမ်းဆီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁵Many will stumble over it, fall, be broken, be snared, and be captured.”

¹⁶ဤသက်သေခံချက်ကို ငါ့တပည့်တို့တွင် ထုပ် ထား၍၊ ပညတ်တရားကို တံဆိပ်ခတ်လော့ဟု မိန့်တော် မူ၏။

¹⁶Wrap up the testimony. Seal the law among my disciples.

¹⁷ယာကုပ်အမျိုးသားတို့တွင် မျက်နှာတော်ကို ကွယ်ထားတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရားကို ငါသည် ဆိုင်းငံ့ လျက် မြော်လင့်မည်။

¹⁷I will wait for Yahweh, who hides his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.

¹⁸ငါမှစ၍ ငါ့အားထာဝရဘုရားပေးတော်မူသော သူငယ်တို့သည် ရှိကြ၏။ ဇိအုန်တောင်ပေါ်မှာ ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူသော ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား ထံတော်က၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၌ ပုပ္ပနိမိတ်နှင့် အံ့ဘွယ် သော အရာဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှါ ပေးတော်မူသတည်း။

¹⁸Behold, I and the children whom Yahweh has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from Yahweh of Armies, who dwells in Mount Zion.

¹⁹တိုးတိုးပြော၍ မန္တန်သရဇ္ဈာယ်တတ်သော နတ် ဝင်နှင့် စုန်းတို့၌ ဆည်းကပ်ကြလော့ဟု သင်တို့အား ဆိုလျှင်မူကား၊ လူတို့သည် မိမိတို့ဘုရားသခင်၌ မဆည်း ကပ်အပ်သလော။ အသက်ရှင်သော သူ၏အမှုမှာ အသက်သေသောသူ၌ ဆည်းကပ်အပ်သလော။

¹⁹When they tell you, “Consult with those who have familiar spirits and with the wizards, who chirp and who mutter:” shouldn’t a people consult with their God? Should they consult the dead on behalf of the living?

²⁰တရားတော်ကို၎င်း၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်ကို၎င်း နားထောင်ကြကုန်။ သူတို့ပြောသောစကားသည် နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်နှင့်မညီလျှင်၊ သူတို့၌ အာရုဏ်မတတ် သေး။

²⁰Turn to the law and to the testimony! If they don’t speak according to this word, surely there is no morning for them.

²¹ပင်ပန်းခြင်းနှင့် မွတ်သိပ်ခြင်းကိုခံလျက် လွန် သွားရကြလိမ့်မည်။ မွတ်သိပ်သောအခါလည်း ကိုယ်ကို ကိုယ်နှောင့်ရှက်၍၊ မိမိတို့ ရှင်ဘုရင်နှင့် မိမိတို့ ဘုရားသခင်ကို ကျိတ်ဆဲကြလိမ့်မည်။

²¹They will pass through it, very distressed and hungry; and it will happen that when they are hungry, they will worry, and curse by their king and by their God. They will turn their faces upward,

²²အထက်သို့မျှော်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ မြေကြီးကို ကြည့်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဒုက္ခဆင်းရဲနှင့် မှောင်မိုက်အတိရှိပါ ၏။ ထူထပ်သော မှောင်မိုက်နှင့်တွေ့၍၊ အလင်းကွယ် ပျောက်ရာသို့ နှင်ထုတ်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။

²²and look to the earth, and see distress, darkness, and the gloom of anguish. They will be driven into thick darkness.
