¹အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ပဌနာကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ်ခြင်းအသံ သည် ရှေ့တော်သို့ ရောက်ပါစေသော။

¹Hear my prayer, Yahweh! Let my cry come to you.

²ဘေးရောက်သည်ကာလ၌ မျက်နှာတော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်မှလွှဲတော် မမူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်ခေါ်သောအခါ နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အလျင်အမြန် ထူးတော်မူပါ။

²Don’t hide your face from me in the day of my distress. Turn your ear to me. Answer me quickly in the day when I call.

³အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နေ့ရက်ကာလ သည် မီးခိုးကဲ့သို့ ကုန်တတ်ပါ၏။ အကျွနုပ်၏ အရိုးတို့ သည် မီးချေးကဲ့သို့ ကျွမ်းကြပါ၏။

³For my days consume away like smoke. My bones are burned as a torch.

⁴အကျွန်ုပ်၏နှလုံးသည် မြက်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ အထိ အခိုက်ခံရ၍၊ ညှိုးနွမ်းလျက် ရှိပါ၏။ အစာစားခြင်း ကိစ္စကိုပင် မေ့လျော့တတ်ပါ၏။

⁴My heart is blighted like grass, and withered, for I forget to eat my bread.

⁵ကိုယ်ညည်းတွားခြင်း အသံကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အရိုးတို့သည် အရေ၌ ကပ်လျက်ရှိကြပါ၏။

⁵By reason of the voice of my groaning, my bones stick to my skin.

⁶အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လွင်ပြင်၌နေသော ဝံပိုကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ တော၌နေသော ဇိကွက်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ်ပါ၏။

⁶I am like a pelican of the wilderness. I have become as an owl of the waste places.

⁷အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အိမ်မိုးပေါ်မှာ တကောင်တည်း နေရသော ငှက်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်၍ စောင့်လျက်နေရပါ၏။

⁸အကျွန်ုပ်ရန်သူတို့သည် တနေ့လုံးကဲ့ရဲ့ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ စော်ကားသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ပုံခိုင်း၍ ကျိန်ဆိုတတ်ကြပါ၏။

⁸My enemies reproach me all day. Those who are mad at me use my name as a curse.

⁹စိတ်တော်မပြေ၊

⁹For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mixed my drink with tears,

¹⁰အမျက်ထွက် တော်မူသောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ပြာကိုမုန့်ကဲ့သို့ စားရပါ၏။ သောက်သောအခါ လည်း၊ မျက်ရည်ရော၍ သောက်ရပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ချီးမြှောက်ပြီးမှ အောက်သို့ ချတော်မူပြီ။

¹⁰Because of your indignation and your wrath, for you have taken me up, and thrown me away.

¹¹အကျွန်ုပ်၏နေ့ရက်တို့သည် ရှည်လျားသော အရိပ်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ မြက်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ညှိုးနွမ်းပါ၏။

¹¹My days are like a long shadow. I have withered like grass.

¹²အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နိစ္စထာဝရ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နာမတော်သည် ကာလအစဉ်အဆက် တည်ပါ၏။

¹²But you, Yahweh, will remain forever; your renown endures to all generations.

¹³ထတော်မူပါ။ ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို သနားတော်မူပါ။ ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို ကယ်မသနားရသောအချိန်၊ ချိန်းချက်တော် မူသော အချိန်ရောက်ပါပြီ။

¹³You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for it is time to have pity on her. Yes, the set time has come.

¹⁴ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်တို့သည် ထိုမြို့၏ ကျောက်ခဲ တို့ကိုပင် နှစ်သက်၍၊ သူ၏မြေမှုန့်ကိုပင် စုံမက်ကြပါ၏။

¹⁴For your servants take pleasure in her stones, and have pity on her dust.

¹⁵တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်ကို၎င်း၊ လောကီရှင်ဘုရင်အပေါင်းတို့သည် ဘုန်းတော်ကို၎င်း ကြောက်ရွံကြပါလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁵So the nations will fear the name of Yahweh; all the kings of the earth your glory.

¹⁶ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို တည်ထောင် ၍၊ ဘုန်းတော်နှင့်တကွ ထင်ရှားတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁶For Yahweh has built up Zion. He has appeared in his glory.

¹⁷ကိုးကွယ်ရာမဲ့သောသူတို့ ဆုတောင်းခြင်း အကြောင်းကို မထီမဲ့မြင်မပြု၊ သူတို့၏ ပဌနာကို မှတ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁷He has responded to the prayer of the destitute, and has not despised their prayer.

¹⁸ထိုအကြောင်းအရာကို နောက်ဖြစ်လတံ့သော လူမျိုးအဘို့ ရေးမှတ်ရမည်။ ပြုပြင်တော်မူလတံ့သော လူတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို ချီးမွမ်းကြလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁸This will be written for the generation to come. A people which will be created will praise Yah.

¹⁹ချုပ်ထားသောသူ၏ ညည်းတွားသံကို နားထောင်ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ သေရမည့် သူတို့ကို လွှတ်ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ အတိုင်းတိုင်အပြည်ပြည်သော လူမျိုးတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်နှင့် ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ သန့်ရှင်းရာ ဌာနတော်အထွဋ်က ငုံ့ကြည့်တော်မူ၍၊ ကောင်းကင်ပေါ်က ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မြေကြီးကို ရှုမှတ်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁹For he has looked down from the height of his sanctuary. From heaven, Yahweh saw the earth;

²³လမ်းခရီး၌ ငါ၏အစွမ်းကို လျော့စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ငါ၏နေ့ရက်ကာလကို တိုစေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း ပြုတော်မူသော အခါ၊

²⁰to hear the groans of the prisoner; to free those who are condemned to death;

²⁴ငါလျှောက်သော အချက်ဟူမူကား၊ အို အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ပျိုစဉ်ပင် ပယ်ရှားတော် မမူပါနှင့်။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ နှစ်တို့သည် ကာလအစဉ် အဆက်မြဲကြပါ၏။

²¹that men may declare the name of Yahweh in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;

²⁵ကိုယ်တော်သည် ရှေ့ဦးစွာ၌ မြေကြီးကို တည် တော်မူပြီ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်သည်လည်း လက်တော်နှင့် ဖန်ဆင်းသောအရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။

²²when the peoples are gathered together, the kingdoms, to serve Yahweh.

²⁶ထိုအရာတို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သော် လည်း ကိုယ်တော်သည် အမြဲတည်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုအရာ ရှိသမျှတို့သည် အဝတ်ကဲ့သို့ ဟောင်းနွမ်းခြင်းသို့ရောက်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဝတ်လုံကိုလဲသကဲ့သို့ လဲတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းရှိကြသော်လည်း၊

²³He weakened my strength along the course. He shortened my days.

²⁷ကိုယ်တော်သည် ပြောင်းလဲတော်မမူပါ။ အသက်တော်လည်း မကုန်မဆုံးရပါ။

²⁴I said, “My God, don’t take me away in the midst of my days. Your years are throughout all generations.

²⁸ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန်တို့၏သားမြေးတို့သည် တည်၍၊ အမျိုးအနွယ်သည်လည်း ရှေ့တော်၌ မြဲမြံပါလိမ့်မည်။ ဆင်းရဲသောသူသည် ညှိုးငယ်သောစိတ်နှင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့တော်၌ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်း၍ပြုသော ပဌနာ။

²⁵Of old, you laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the work of your hands.

²⁶They will perish, but you will endure. Yes, all of them will wear out like a garment. You will change them like a cloak, and they will be changed.

²⁷But you are the same. Your years will have no end.

²⁸The children of your servants will continue. Their seed will be established before you.”
