¹ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကောင်းမြတ်တော်မူ၍၊ ကရုဏာတော် အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်သောကြောင့်၊ ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။

¹Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.

²ကရုဏာတော် အစဉ်အမြဲတည်သည်ဟု ဣသ ရေလအမျိုး ဝန်ခံစေ။

²Let Israel now say that his loving kindness endures forever.

³ကရုဏာတော် အစဉ်အမြဲတည်သည်ဟု အာရုန် အနွှယ် ဝန်ခံစေ။

³Let the house of Aaron now say that his loving kindness endures forever.

⁴ကရုဏာတော် အစဉ်အမြဲတည်သည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သော သူတို့သည် ဝန်ခံကြ စေ။

⁴Now let those who fear Yahweh say that his loving kindness endures forever.

⁵ငါသည် ကျဉ်းမြောင်းရာထဲက ထာဝရဘုရားကို ခေါ်၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကျယ်ဝန်းသော အရပ်ထဲသို့ သွင်းတော်မူ၏။

⁵Out of my distress, I called on Yah. Yah answered me with freedom.

⁶ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ဘက်မှာ ရှိတော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍ ကြောက်စရာမရှိ။ လူသည် ငါ၌ အဘယ်သို့ ပြုနိုင်သနည်း။

⁶Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?

⁷ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ဘက်၌ မစတော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါ့ကို မုန်းသောသူတို့၌ ငါ့အလိုပြည့်စုံလိမ့်မည်။

⁷Yahweh is on my side among those who help me. Therefore I will look in triumph at those who hate me.

⁸ထာဝရဘုရား၌ ခိုလှုံခြင်းသည်၊ လူကို ကိုးစား ခြင်းထက် သာ၍ ကောင်း၏။

⁸It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man.

⁹ထာဝရဘုရား၌ ခိုလှုံခြင်းသည် မင်းကို ကိုးစား ခြင်းထက် သာ၍ကောင်း၏။

⁹It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in princes.

¹⁰လူမျိုးအပေါင်းတို့သည် ငါ့ကိုဝိုင်းကြသော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်အားဖြင့် သူတို့ကို ပယ်ဖြတ် ရ၏။

¹⁰All the nations surrounded me, but in the name of Yahweh, I cut them off.

¹¹ငါ့ကိုဝိုင်းကြ၏။ ဝိုင်းကြသော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ နာမတော်အားဖြင့် သူတို့ကို ပယ်ဖြတ်ရ၏။

¹¹They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me. In the name of Yahweh I indeed cut them off.

¹²ပျားများကဲ့သို့ ငါ့ကိုဝိုင်း၍ အုံကြသော်လည်း၊ ဆူးပင်ကို လောင်သော မီးကဲ့သို့ ငြိမ်းကြ၏။ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ နာမတော်အားဖြင့် သူတို့ကို ပယ်ဖြတ်ရ၏။

¹²They surrounded me like bees. They are quenched like the burning thorns. In the name of Yahweh I cut them off.

¹³သင်သည် ငါ့ကိုလှဲခြင်းငှါ ပြင်းထန်စွာ တွန်း သော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကိုမစတော်မူ၏။

¹³You pushed me back hard, to make me fall, but Yahweh helped me.

¹⁴ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ၏အစွမ်းသတ္တိ၊ ငါသီချင်း ဆိုရာအကြောင်း၊ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်း ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁴Yah is my strength and song. He has become my salvation.

¹⁵ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့၏ နေရာ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်းအသံနှင့် ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအသံရှိ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ လက်ျာလက်တော်သည် ကြီးသောအမှုကိုပြု၏။

¹⁵The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous. “The right hand of Yahweh does valiantly.

¹⁶ထာဝရဘုရား၏ လက်ျာလက်တော်သည် ချီးမြှင့်လျက်ရှိ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ လက်ျာလက်တော် သည် ကြီးသောအမှုကိုပြု၏။

¹⁶The right hand of Yahweh is exalted! The right hand of Yahweh does valiantly!”

¹⁷ငါမသေရသေး။ အသက်ရှင်၍ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အမှုတော်တို့ကို ကြားပြောရဦးမည်။

¹⁷I will not die, but live, and declare Yah’s works.

¹⁸ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကိုကျပ်တည်းစွာ ဆုံးမ သော်လည်း၊ သေခြင်း၌ အပ်တော်မမူသေး။

¹⁸Yah has punished me severely, but he has not given me over to death.

¹⁹ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတံခါးတို့ကို ငါ့အားဖွင့်ကြ။ ငါဝင်၍ထာဝရဘုရား၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းရမည်။

¹⁹Open to me the gates of righteousness. I will enter into them. I will give thanks to Yah.

²⁰ဤတံခါးသည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ တံခါးဖြစ်၏။ ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့သည် ဝင်ရကြ၏။

²⁰This is the gate of Yahweh; the righteous will enter into it.

²¹ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စကား ကို နားထောင်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူ၏။

²¹I will give thanks to you, for you have answered me, and have become my salvation.

²²တိုက်ကို တည်လုပ်သော သူများပယ်ထားသော ကျောက်သည် နောက်တဖန် တိုက်ထောင့်အထွဋ်ဖျားသို့ ရောက်ပြန်၏။

²³ထိုအမှုသည် ထာဝရဘုရားပြုတော်မူသော အမှုဖြစ်၏။ ငါတို့ မျက်မှောက်၌လည်း အံ့ဩဘွယ်ဖြစ်၏။

²³This is Yahweh’s doing. It is marvelous in our eyes.

²⁴ဤနေ့ရက်သည် ထာဝရဘုရားစီရင်တော်မူ သော နေ့ရက်ဖြစ်၍၊ ယနေ့ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွှင်လန်းကြ ကုန်အံ့။

²⁴This is the day that Yahweh has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it!

²⁵အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါဟု တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂာကို ပေးတော်မူပါဟု တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။

²⁵Save us now, we beg you, Yahweh! Yahweh, we beg you, send prosperity now.

²⁶ထာဝရဘုရား၏အခွင့်နှင့် ကြွလာသောသူ သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိစေသတည်း။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော် ထဲက အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြပါ၏။

²⁶Blessed is he who comes in the name of Yahweh! We have blessed you out of the house of Yahweh.

²⁷ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါတို့၌ ရောင်ခြည်တော်ကို လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။ ယဇ်တင်ရန် အကောင်ကို ယဇ်ပလ္လင်ဦးချို၌ ကြိုးနှင့် ချည်ကြလော့။

²⁷Yahweh is God, and he has given us light. Bind the sacrifice with cords, even to the horns of the altar.

²⁸ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ချီးမြှောက်ပါမည်။

²⁸You are my God, and I will give thanks to you. You are my God, I will exalt you.

²⁹ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကောင်းမြတ်တော်မူ၍၊ ကရုဏာတော် အစဉ်အမြဲတည်သောကြောင့်၊ ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။

²⁹Oh give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.
