¹အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ရန်သူတို့သည်၊ အလွန်တိုးပွါး၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ထသောသူတို့သည် များကြပါ၏။

¹Yahweh, how my adversaries have increased! Many are those who rise up against me.

²သူသည်ဘုရားသခင်ကို အမှီပြု၍ချမ်းသာမရဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရည်ဆောင်၍ ပြောသောသူ အများ ရှိကြပါ၏။

²Many there are who say of my soul, “There is no help for him in God The Hebrew word rendered “God” is “Elohim.” .” Selah.

³သို့သော်လည်း၊ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏အကွယ်အကာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုန်းလည်းဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဦးခေါင်းကို ချီကြွသော သူလည်းဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

³But you, Yahweh, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.

⁴ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားထံသို့ အသံကိုလွှင့်၍ အော်ဟစ်သောအခါ၊ သန့်ရှင်းသော တောင်တော်ပေါ်မှာ နားထောင်တော်မူ၏။

⁴I cry to Yahweh with my voice, and he answers me out of his holy hill. Selah.

⁵ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကိုမစတော်မူသော ကြောင့်၊ ငါသည် အိပ်၍ ပျော်ခြင်းအခွင့်နှင့် နိုးခြင်း အခွင့်ရှိ၏။

⁵I laid myself down and slept. I awakened; for Yahweh sustains me.

⁶ငါ့ကိုရန်ဘက်ပြု၍ ဝန်းရံသော သူအထောင် အသောင်းကို ငါမကြောက်ဘဲနေမည်။

⁶I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of people who have set themselves against me on every side.

⁷အိုထာဝရဘုရားထတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်မတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူတို့၏ ပါးရိုးကိုရိုက်၍၊ မတရား သောသူတို့၏ သွားကိုချိုးတော်မူ၏။

⁷Arise, Yahweh! Save me, my God! For you have struck all of my enemies on the cheek bone. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.

⁸ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကြောင့် ချမ်း သာရပါ၏။ ပေးတော်မူသော ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာသည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ လူစုအပေါ်သို့ သက်ရောက်ပါစေသော။ ဒါဝိဒ်သည်သားတော်အဗရှလုံရှေ့မှ ပြေးသောအခါ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။

⁸Salvation belongs to Yahweh. Your blessing be on your people. Selah.
