¹အကယ်စင်စစ် ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ဘုရားသခင်ရှေ့မှာ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာ နေတတ်၏။ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်း အကြောင်းသည် အထံတော်က သက်ရောက်ရ၏။

¹My soul rests in God alone. My salvation is from him.

²အကယ်စင်စစ် ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ၏ကျောက်၊ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါ့ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော် မူ၍၊ ငါ၌ လှုပ်ရှားခြင်းများစွာ မရှိရာ။

²He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress— I will never be greatly shaken.

³How long will you assault a man, would all of you throw him down, Like a leaning wall, like a tottering fence?

⁴ထိုသူကို မြင့်သော အရပ်က လှဲခြင်းငှါ ကြံစည်လျက် နေကြ၏။ မုသာကို နှစ်သက်ကြ၏။ နှုတ်ဖြင့်ကား၊ ကောင်းကြီးကို ပေးလျက်၊ နှစ်လုံး၌ကြား၊ ကျိန်ဆဲခြင်းကို ပြုတတ်ကြ၏။

⁴They fully intend to throw him down from his lofty place. They delight in lies. They bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

⁵အကယ်စင်စစ် ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ဘုရားသခင်ရှေ့မှာ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာ နေတတ်၏။ ငါမြော်လင့်ခြင်း အကြောင်းသည် အထံတော်က သက်ရောက်ရ၏။

⁵My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him.

⁶အကယ်စင်စစ် ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ၏ကျောက်၊ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော် မူ၍၊ ငါသည် လှုပ်ရှားခြင်းမရှိရာ။

⁶He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress. I will not be shaken.

⁷ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါ၏ဘုန်းပွင့်ခြင်းအကြောင်းကား ဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။ ငါ့ကို အားပေးသောကျောက်၊ ငါခိုလှုံရာကား ဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။

⁷With God is my salvation and my honor. The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

⁸အိုလူများတို့၊ ဘုရားသခင်၌ အစဉ်မပြတ် ခိုလှုံကြလော့။ ရှေ့တော်၌ စိတ်နှလုံးကို ဖွင့်ပြကြလော့။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါတို့ ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

⁸Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. Selah.

⁹အကယ်စင်စစ် ယုတ်ညံ့သော သူတို့သည် အနတ္တ၊ အသရေရှိသော သူတို့သည် မုသာဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ချိန်ခွင်နှင့် ချိန်စက်လျှင် ထိုသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် အနတ္တထက် သာ၍ ပေါ့ကြ၏။

⁹Surely men of low degree are just a breath, and men of high degree are a lie. In the balances they will go up. They are together lighter than a breath.

¹⁰ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကို မကိုးစားကြနှင့်။ အနိုင်အထက်လုယူ၍ မဝါကြွားကြနှင့်။ ဥစ္စာများပြားလျှင် စိတ်စွဲလမ်းခြင်း မရှိကြနှင့်။

¹⁰Don’t trust in oppression. Don’t become vain in robbery. If riches increase, don’t set your heart on them.

¹¹ဘုရားသခင်သည် တကြိမ် ဗျာဒိတ်ပေးတော်မူပြီ။ နှစ်ကြိမ်မြောက် ငါကြားရသော ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ဟူမူ ကား၊ တန်ခိုးသည် ဘုရားသခင်၌ ရှိ၏။

¹¹God has spoken once; twice I have heard this, that power belongs to God.

¹²အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကရုဏာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် လူအသီးအသီးတို့ အား သူတို့အကျင့်နှင့်အလျောက် အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ဆပ်ပေးတော်မူ၏။

¹²Also to you, Lord, belongs loving kindness, for you reward every man according to his work.
