¹အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကရုဏာတော် ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။ ကိုယ်တော်၏သစ္စာကို လူမျိုးအဆက်ဆက်တို့အား ဟောပြောမြွက်ဆိုပါမည်။

¹I will sing of the loving kindness of Yahweh forever. With my mouth, I will make known your faithfulness to all generations.

²ကရုဏာတော်သည် အစဉ်အမြဲတည်ရပါ၏။ သစ္စာတော်ကို ကောင်းကင်၌ခိုင်ခံ့မြဲမြံစေတော်မူသည် ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်သဘောကျပါ၏။

²I indeed declare, “Love stands firm forever. You established the heavens. Your faithfulness is in them.”

³ကိုယ်တော်မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သင်၏အမျိုး အနွယ်ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် ငါမြဲမြံစေမည်။

³“I have made a covenant with my chosen one, I have sworn to David, my servant,

⁴သင်၏ပလ္လင်ကိုလည်း လူမျိုးအဆက်ဆက် တည်စေမည်ဟု ငါရွေးကောက်သောသူနှင့် ငါသည် ပဋိညာဉ်ဖွဲ့၍၊ ငါ၏ ကျွန်ဒါဝိဒ်အား ကျိန်ဆိုခြင်းကိုပြုပြီ။

⁴‘I will establish your seed forever, and build up your throne to all generations.’” Selah.

⁵အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကောင်းကင်သည် အံ့ဘွယ် သော အမှုတော်တို့ကို၎င်း၊ သန့်ရှင်းသောသူတို့သည် စည်းဝေးလျက် သစ္စာတော်ကို၎င်း ချီးမွမ်းကြပါစေသော။

⁵The heavens will praise your wonders, Yahweh; your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.

⁶အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ကောင်းကင်တွင် ထာဝရ ဘုရားနှင့် အဘယ်သူပြိုင်နိုင်သနည်း။ ဘုရားသခင်၏ သားတို့တွင် ထာဝရဘုရားနှင့် အဘယ်သူတူသနည်း။

⁶For who in the skies can be compared to Yahweh? Who among the sons of the heavenly beings is like Yahweh,

⁷ဘုရားသခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်းသူတို့၏ ပရိသတ် တွင် အလွန်ကြောက်ရွံ့ဘွယ်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အထံတော်၌ ပတ်လည်နေသောသူအပေါင်းတို့ထက် ရိုသေဘွယ် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

⁷a very awesome God in the council of the holy ones, to be feared above all those who are around him?

⁸ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်နှင့် အဘယ်သူ တူပါသနည်း။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ခွန်အားကြီးတော်မူ၏။ သစ္စာတော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပတ်ဝန်းလျက်ရှိပါ၏။

⁸Yahweh, God of Armies, who is a mighty one, like you? Yah, your faithfulness is around you.

⁹သမုဒ္ဒရာ ဟုန်းခြင်းကို အစိုးရတော်မူ၏။ လှိုင်း တံပိုးထသောအခါ ငြိမ်းစေတော်မူ၏။

⁹You rule the pride of the sea. When its waves rise up, you calm them.

¹⁰ကိုယ်တော်သည် သူရဲကဲ့သို့ ရာခပ်ကိုချိုးဖျက်၍၊ အားကြီးသော လက်ရုံးတော်ဖြင့် ရန်သူတို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြားစေတော်မူ၏။

¹⁰You have broken Rahab in pieces, like one of the slain. You have scattered your enemies with your mighty arm.

¹¹ကောင်းကင်နှင့်မြေကြီးသည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥစ္စာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ လောကဓာတ်နှင့် လောကဓာတ်တန်ဆာ များကို တည်တော်မူပြီ။

¹¹The heavens are yours. The earth also is yours; the world and its fullness. You have founded them.

¹²မြောက် မျက်နှာနှင့်တောင်မျက်နှာ ကိုလည်းဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူပြီ။ တာဗော်တောင်နှင့် ဟေရမုန် တောင်သည် နာမတော်ကို အမှီပြု၍ ရွှင်လန်းစွာ သီချင်း ဆိုကြပါ၏။

¹²The north and the south, you have created them. Tabor and Hermon rejoice in your name.

¹³You have a mighty arm. Your hand is strong, and your right hand is exalted.

¹⁴တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်ခြင်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ ဆုံးဖြတ် ခြင်းသည် ပလ္လင်တော်၏ တည်ရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကရုဏာနှင့် သစ္စာသည် မျက်နှာတော်ရှေ့၌ သွားကြပါ၏။

¹⁴Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Loving kindness and truth go before your face.

¹⁵အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ နှိုးဆော်တော် မူခြင်းအသံကို နားလည်သော လူမျိုးသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိပါ၏။

¹⁵Blessed are the people who learn to acclaim you. They walk in the light of your presence, Yahweh.

¹⁶သူတို့သည် မျက်နှာတော်အလင်း၌ သွားလာ ရကြပါ၏။ နာမတော်၌အစဉ် ဝမ်းမြောက်၍ ဖြောင့်မတ် တော်မူခြင်းတရားအားဖြင့် ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရ ကြပါ၏။

¹⁶In your name they rejoice all day. In your righteousness, they are exalted.

¹⁷ကိုယ်တော်သည် သူတို့အစွမ်းသတ္တိ၏ ဘုန်းဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။ ကျေးဇူးတော်အားဖြင့်လည်း အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဦးချိုသည် ချီးမြှောက်လျက် ရှိပါ၏။

¹⁷For you are the glory of their strength. In your favor, our horn will be exalted.

¹⁸ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို ကွယ်ကာ တော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏သန့်ရှင်းသော ဘုရား သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ရှင်ဘုရင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁸For our shield belongs to Yahweh; our king to the Holy One of Israel.

¹⁹တရံရောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်၏ သန့်ရှင်းသူတို့ကို ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အားဖြင့် မိန့်မြွက်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ အားကြီးသော သူသည် ကူမမည် အကြောင်းငါခန့် ထားပြီ။ လူစုထဲက ရွေးကောက်သောသူတယောက်ကို ငါချီးမြှောက်ပြီ။

¹⁹Then you spoke in vision to your saints, and said, “I have bestowed strength on the warrior. I have exalted a young man from the people.

²⁰ငါ၏ ကျွန် ဒါဝိဒ်ကို ငါတွေ့၍၊ သန့်ရှင်းသော ဆီနှင့်ဘိသိက်ပေးပြီ။

²⁰I have found David, my servant. I have anointed him with my holy oil,

²¹သူ့ဘက်မှာ ငါ့လက်သည် တည်လိမ့်မည်။ ငါ့လက်ရုံးသည် သူ့ကို မြဲမြံခိုင်ခံ့စေမည်။

²¹with whom my hand shall be established. My arm will also strengthen him.

²²ရန်သူသည် သူ၏ဥစ္စာကို အနိုင်အထက်မယူရ။ မတရားသော သူသည် မညှဉ်းဆဲရ။

²²No enemy will tax him. No wicked man will oppress him.

²³သူ၏ ရန်သူတို့ကို သူ့ရှေ့မှာ ငါနှိပ်စက်၍၊ သူ့ကိုမုန်းသော သူတို့ကို ဒဏ်ခတ်မည်။

²³I will beat down his adversaries before him, and strike those who hate him.

²⁴ငါ၏သစ္စာနှင့် ကရုဏာသည် သူ့ဘက်မှာနေ၍၊ ငါ၏နာမအားဖြင့် သူ၏ ဦးချိုသည် ချီးမြှောက်လျက် ရှိလိမ့်မည်။

²⁴But my faithfulness and my loving kindness will be with him. In my name, his horn will be exalted.

²⁵သူ၏လက်ကိုလည်း၊ ပင်လယ်ပေါ်မှာ၎င်း၊သူ၏လက်ျာလက်ကို မြစ်များပေါ်မှာ၎င်း ငါတင်၍ ထားမည်။

²⁵I will set his hand also on the sea, and his right hand on the rivers.

²⁶သူကလည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏အဘ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်ရာ ကျောက်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏ဟု၊ ငါ့ကို ကြွေးကြော်လိမ့်မည်။

²⁶He will call to me, ‘You are my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation!’

²⁷အကယ်စင်စစ်သူ့ကို သားဦးအရာ၌ ခန့်ထား၍၊ လောကီရှင် ဘုရင်တို့အပေါ်မှာ ချီးမြှောက်မည်။

²⁷I will also appoint him my firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth.

²⁸ငါ၏ ကရုဏာကို သူ့အဘို့ငါသည် အစဉ်စောင့်၍၊ ငါ၏ ပဋိညာဉ်တရားသည် သူ၌ မြဲမြံလိမ့်မည်။

²⁸I will keep my loving kindness for him forevermore. My covenant will stand firm with him.

²⁹သူ၏ အမျိုးအနွယ်ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်စေ မည်။ သူ၏ပလ္လင်သည် ကောင်းကင်ကလာကဲ့သို့ နိစ္စ ထာဝရဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။

²⁹I will also make his seed endure forever, and his throne as the days of heaven.

³⁰သူ၏သားမြေးတို့သည် ငါ့တရားကို စွန့်ပယ်၍၊ ငါ၏စီရင်ချက်တို့ကို မကျင့်၊

³⁰If his children forsake my law, and don’t walk in my ordinances;

³¹ငါ၏အထုံးအဖွဲ့တို့ကို ရှုတ်ချ၍၊ ငါ၏ပညတ် တို့ကို မစောင့်ဘဲနေလျှင်၊

³¹if they break my statutes, and don’t keep my commandments;

³²ငါသည် သူတို့ပြစ်မှားသောကြောင့်၊ ကြိမ်လုံးနှင့် ဆုံးမ၍ ဒဏ်ချက်တို့နှင့် ဒုစရိုက်အတိုင်း အပြစ်ပေးမည်။

³²then I will punish their sin with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.

³³သို့သော်လည်း၊ ငါ၏ကရုဏာကိုသူမှ ငါမနှုတ် မပယ်။ ငါ၏သစ္စာကိုလည်း မဖျက်။

³³But I will not completely take my loving kindness from him, nor allow my faithfulness to fail.

³⁴ငါ၏ပဋိညာဉ် တရားကိုလည်း မရှုတ်ချ။ ငါမိန့် မြွက်သော စကားလည်း ဖေါက်ပြန်ခြင်းမရှိရ။

³⁴I will not break my covenant, nor alter what my lips have uttered.

³⁵ငါသည် ဒါဝိဒ်ကို မလှည့်စားဟု ငါ၏သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်း ပါရမီကို တိုင်တည်၍ တခါကျိန်ဆိုပြီ။

³⁵Once have I sworn by my holiness, I will not lie to David.

³⁶သူ၏အမျိုးအနွယ်သည် အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်ရ မည်။ သူ၏ပလ္လင်သည်လည်း၊ ငါ့ရှေ့၌ နေကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ရ မည်။

³⁶His seed will endure forever, his throne like the sun before me.

³⁷လကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်၌ သစ္စာစောင့် သော သက်သေကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ အစဉ်မြဲမြံရမည်ဟု ကိုယ် တော်သည် မိန့်တော်မူပါပြီ။

³⁷It will be established forever like the moon, the faithful witness in the sky.” Selah.

³⁸သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ယခုစွန့်ပယ်၍ ရွံရှာတော်မူပြီ။ အထံတော်၌ ဘိသိက်ခံသော သူကို အမျက်ထွက်တော်မူပြီ။

³⁸But you have rejected and spurned. You have been angry with your anointed.

³⁹ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်နှင့်ဖွဲ့သော ပဋိညာဉ်ကို ဖျက်၍၊ သူ၏သရဖူကို မြေတိုင်အောင် ရှုတ်ချတော်မူပြီ။

³⁹You have renounced the covenant of your servant. You have defiled his crown in the dust.

⁴⁰သူ၏ခြံရှိသမျှတို့ကိုချိုး၍၊ သူ၏တိုက်များကို ဖြိုဖျက်တော်မူပြီ။

⁴⁰You have broken down all his hedges. You have brought his strongholds to ruin.

⁴¹လမ်း၌ရှောက်သွားသော သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် သူ့ကိုလုယူကြ၏။ အိမ်နီးချင်းတို့တွင် ကဲ့ရဲ့ဘွယ်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။

⁴¹All who pass by the way rob him. He has become a reproach to his neighbors.

⁴²သူ၏ရန်သူတို့ လက်ျာလက်ကို ချီးမြှင့်၍၊ ရန်ဘက်ပြုသောသူ အပေါင်းတို့ကို ဝမ်းမြောက်စေ တော်မူ၏။

⁴²You have exalted the right hand of his adversaries. You have made all of his enemies rejoice.

⁴³သူ၏ထားသွားကိုလိပ်စေ၍၊ သူစစ်တိုက်ရာတွင် ထောက်မတော်မမူပါ။

⁴³Yes, you turn back the edge of his sword, and haven’t supported him in battle.

⁴⁴သူ၏ဘုန်းကိုကွယ်စေ၍၊ သူ၏ရာဇပလ္လင်ကို မြေသို့နှိမ့်ချတော် မူပြီ။

⁴⁴You have ended his splendor, and thrown his throne down to the ground.

⁴⁵သူ၏ပျိုသောအရွယ်ကို တိုစေ၍ အရှက်ခွဲတော် မူပြီ။

⁴⁵You have shortened the days of his youth. You have covered him with shame. Selah.

⁴⁶အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အလျှင်း မထင်ရှားဘဲ၊ အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံးပုန်း၍ နေတော် မူမည်နည်း။ အမျက်တော်သည် အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံး မီးကဲ့သို့ လောင်ရပါမည်နည်း။

⁴⁶How long, Yahweh? Will you hide yourself forever? Will your wrath burn like fire?

⁴⁷အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အသက်တာသည် အဘယ်မျှ လောက် တိုသည်ကို၎င်း၊ အဘယ်မျှလောက်ပျက်တတ် စေခြင်းငှါ၊ လူသားအပေါင်းတို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသည် ကို၎င်း၊ အောက်မေ့တော်မူပါ။

⁴⁷Remember how short my time is! For what vanity have you created all the children of men!

⁴⁸သေခြင်းသို့မရောက်၊ အသက်ရှင်၍ မိမိဝိညာဉ် ကို မရဏနိုင်ငံတန်ခိုးမှ ကယ်နှုတ်နိုင်သော သူကား အဘယ်သူနည်း။

⁴⁸What man is he who shall live and not see death, who shall deliver his soul from the power of Sheol Sheol is the place of the dead. ? Selah.

⁴⁹အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ သစ္စာတော်နှင့်တကွ ကိုယ် တော်၏ ကျွန်ဒါဝိဒ်အား ကျိန်ဆိုတော်မူသော ရှေး ကရုဏာတော်သည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိပါသနည်း။

⁴⁹Lord, where are your former loving kindnesses, which you swore to David in your faithfulness?

⁵⁰အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်တို့သည် ခံရသောကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို အောက်မေ့တော်မူပါ။ များစွာ သော လူတို့၏ အမှုအလုံးစုံကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ် ရင်ခွင်၌ ဆောင်ရပါ၏။

⁵⁰Remember, Lord, the reproach of your servants, how I bear in my heart the taunts of all the mighty peoples,

⁵¹အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ် တော်၏ ရန်သူတို့သည် ကဲ့ရဲ့တတ်ကြပါ၏။ အထံတော်၌ ဘိသိက်ခံသောသူ၏ ခြေတော်ရာတို့ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့တတ်ကြ ပါ၏။

⁵¹With which your enemies have mocked, Yahweh, with which they have mocked the footsteps of your anointed one.

⁵²ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကမ္ဘာအဆက်ဆက်မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ အာမင်နှင့်အာမင်။

⁵²Blessed be Yahweh forevermore. Amen, and Amen. BOOK IV
