1यसर्थ, म ख्रीष्ट येशूको कैदी हुँ, र तिमीहरूको पनि एक कैदी जो यहूदीहरू होइनौ।
1For this reason *I* Paul, prisoner of the Christ Jesus for you nations,
2अवश्य तिमीहरू जान्दछौ कि परमेश्वरले आफ्ना अनुग्रहले तिमीहरूलाई सहायता गर्न मलाई यो काम सुम्पनु भएकोछ।
2(if indeed ye have heard of the administration of the grace of God which has been given to me towards you,
3परमेश्वरले मलाई आफ्नो गुप्त योजना दर्शाउनु भयो। यसबारे मैले केही लेखिसकेकैछु।
3that by revelation the mystery has been made known to me, (according as I have written before briefly,
4अनि मैले लेखेका ती कुराहरू पढयौ भने ख्रीष्टको बारेमा गुप्त सत्यता मैले बुझेको रहेछु भन्ने तिमीहरू जान्नसक्छौ।
4by which, in reading it, ye can understand my intelligence in the mystery of the Christ,)
5अघि-अघिका मानिसहरूलाई त्यो गुप्त सत्यता दर्शाइएको थिएन तर अहिले आत्माद्वारा त्यो गुप्त रहस्य उहाँको पवित्र प्रेरितहरू र अगमवक्ताहरूलाई दर्शाइएकोछ।
5which in other generations has not been made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in [the power of the] Spirit,
6गुप्त सत्यता यही होः परमेश्वरले आफ्ना यहूदी मानिसहरूलाई दिनुभएको त्यही कुराहरू गैर-यहूदीहरूले पनि पाउनेछन्। गैर-यहूदीहरू यहूदीहरूसितै एक जीउमा सम्मिलित हुनेछन् अनि ख्रीष्ट येशूमा दिइएको परमेश्वरको वचनको सहभागी हुनेछन्। सुसमाचारको कारणले गैर-यहूदीहरूले यी सबै पाउनेछन्।
6that [they who are of] the nations should be joint heirs, and a joint body, and joint partakers of [his] promise in Christ Jesus by the glad tidings;
7परमेश्वरको विशेष अनुग्रहले, म सुसमाचराको एक जना सेवक बनिएँ। उहाँले आफ्नो शक्तिद्वारा मलाई यो अनुग्रह दिनुभएको छ।
7of which I am become minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me, according to the working of his power.
8परमेश्वरका मानिसहरू मध्ये म सबभन्दा तुच्छ हुँ। तर उहाँले मलाई ख्रीष्टको अनन्त धनरूपी सुसमाचार बारे गैर-यहूदीहरू माझ प्रचार गर्ने यो उपहार दिनुभयो। त्यस धनको महिमा बुझिनसक्नुको छ।
8To me, less than the least of all saints, has this grace been given, to announce among the nations the glad tidings of the unsearchable riches of the Christ,
9अनि परमेश्वरले मलाई उहाँको गुप्त सत्यताको योजना बारे सबै मानिसलाई भनि दिने काम दिनुभयो, त्यो सत्यता आदि कालदेखि नै उहाँमा लुकेको थियो। उहाँनै परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ जसले सब कुछ सृष्टि गर्नु भयो।
9and to enlighten all [with the knowledge of] what is the administration of the mystery hidden throughout the ages in God, who has created all things,
10उहाँको उदेश्य थियो कि स्वर्गीय ठाँउका जम्मै शासकहरू र अधिकारीहरूले परमेश्वरले आफ्नो ज्ञान विभिन्न प्रकारले प्रदर्शन गर्नुहुन्छ भन्ने जानून्।
10in order that now to the principalities and authorities in the heavenlies might be made known through the assembly the all-various wisdom of God,
11युगौं अघि परमेश्वरले बनाउनु भएको योजना अनुसार यो गरिएकोछ। आफूले योजना गरेकै अनुरूप उहाँले यो गर्नुभयो। उहाँले यो हाम्रा प्रभु ख्रीष्ट येशू मार्फत गर्नुभयो।
11according to [the] purpose of the ages, which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord,
12ख्रीष्टमा हामीहरू परमेश्वरको अघि निर्भय भई विश्वाससित उभिन सक्छौं। ख्रीष्टमा विश्वासद्वारा हामी यो गर्न सक्छौं।
12in whom we have boldness and access in confidence by the faith of him.
13यसैले म तिमीहरूलाई बिन्ती गर्दछु तिमीहरूको कारण मेरा कष्टहरू देखेर तिमीहरूले हरेश खानु हुँदैन र आशा पनि मार्नु हुँदैन। मेरो कष्टले तिमीहरूमा आदर ल्याउने छ।
13Wherefore I beseech [you] not to faint through my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
14यसर्थ पिता अघि प्रार्थनामा म झुक्दछु।
14For this reason I bow my knees to the Father [of our Lord Jesus Christ],
15स्वर्गको र पृथ्वीको प्रत्येक परिवारले उहाँबाटनै यसको नाम लिंदछन्।
15of whom every family in [the] heavens and on earth is named,
16म पितालाई आफ्नो महिमामयी सम्पत्ती अनुसार तिनीहरुलाई शक्ति प्रदान गरुन् भनी प्रार्थना गर्दछु, जसमा कि आफ्ना आत्मामा तिमीहरु दरिलो हुन सक्छै। उहाँको आत्माद्वारा उहाँले तिमाहरुलाई त्यो शक्ति दिनु हुन्छ।
16in order that he may give you according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power by his Spirit in the inner man;
17तिमाहरुको विश्वासको कारणले ख्राष्ट तिमीहरुको हृदयमा बसून् भनी म प्रार्थना गर्दछु। म प्रार्थना गर्दछु, ख्रिष्टको प्रेमको महानता बुझ्ने शक्ति परमेश्वरका सबै मानिसहरुले पउन्।
17that the Christ may dwell, through faith, in your hearts, being rooted and founded in love,
18अनि प्रार्थना गर्दछु कि परमेश्वरका जम्मै तिमीहरुलाई र परमेश्वरको पवित्रजनले ख्रिष्टको प्रेमको महानता बुझ्ने शक्ति पाउन्। म यो पनि प्रर्थना गर्दछु कि उहाँको प्रेमको चौंडाई, लम्मबाई, उँचाई र गहिराई तिमाहरुले बुझ्न सक।
18in order that ye may be fully able to apprehend with all the saints what [is] the breadth and length and depth and height;
19ख्रिष्टको प्रेम मानव समझ भन्दा बाहिर छ। तर तिमीहरुले त्यो प्रेम बुझ्न सक भन्ने मेरो पार्थनाछ। परमेश्वरको शक्ति जो हामीभित्र काम गरिरहेकोछ, त्यसले हामीले सोचेको वा कल्पना गरेको भन्दा धेरै गर्न सक्छ। मण्डलीमा अनि ख्रीष्ट येशूमा सदा सर्वदा र युग-युगसम्म उहाँको महिमा भइरहोस्। आमिन।
19and to know the love of the Christ which surpasses knowledge; that ye may be filled [even] to all the fulness of God.

20But to him that is able to do far exceedingly above all which we ask or think, according to the power which works in us,

21to him be glory in the assembly in Christ Jesus unto all generations of the age of ages. Amen).
