1म सम्पूर्ण हृदयबाट परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर्छु। हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंले सिर्जना गर्नु भएका सबै आर्श्चयपूर्ण कुराहरूको विषयमा म भन्नेछु।
1{To the chief Musician. Upon Muthlabben. A Psalm of David.} I will praise Jehovah with my whole heart; I will recount all thy marvellous works.
2सर्वोच्च परमेश्वर, म तपाईंको नाउँको प्रशंसा गर्छु। तपाईंले मलाई अत्यन्त खुशी बनाउनु भयो।
2I will be glad and rejoice in thee; I will sing forth thy name, O Most High.
3मेरा शत्रुहरू तपाईंदेखि भागेर फर्किए तर तिनीहरू लडे र नष्ट भए।
3When mine enemies turned back, they stumbled and perished at thy presence:
4तपाईं साँचो न्यायकर्त्ता हुनुहुन्छ, तपाईं आफ्नो सिंहासनमा न्यायकर्त्ता सरह विराजमान हुनुहुन्छ। हे परमप्रभु तपाईंले मेरो मामिला सुनिदिनु भयो र मेरो विषयमा निर्णय लिनु भयो।
4For thou hast maintained my right and my cause. Thou sittest on the throne, judging righteously.
5तपाईंले अन्य मानिसहरूका दोष देखाउनु भयो। हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंले ती दुष्टहरूलाई नाश गर्नुभयो। तपाईंले तिनीहरूको नाउँ जिउँदा मानिसहरूको सूचीबाट सदाको लागि मेटिदिनु भयो।
5Thou hast rebuked the nations, thou hast destroyed the wicked; thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.
6शत्रुहरू खत्तम भए! हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंले तिनीहरूका शहरहरू पनि ध्वंश पारिदिनु भयो। अब, खाली भग्नावशेष मात्र छाडिएका छन्। ती दुष्टहरूको पुनः सम्झनाको लागि हामीसँग केही पनि बाँकी छैन।
6O enemy! destructions are ended for ever. -- Thou hast also destroyed cities, even the remembrance of them hath perished.
7तर परमप्रभुले सदा सर्वदा राज्य गर्नुहुन्छ, परमप्रभुले आफ्नो साम्राज्य दरिलो बनाउनु भएको छ। परमप्रभुले यस पृथ्वीमा भएका सबै मानिसहरूको ठीक न्याय गर्नुहुन्छ।
7But Jehovah sitteth for ever; he hath ordained his throne for judgment.
8परमप्रभुले यस पृथ्वीका सबैलाई निष्पक्ष न्याय गर्नुहुन्छ। उहाँले सबै जातिहरूलाई एक समान न्याय गर्नुहुन्छ।
8And it is he that will judge the world with righteousness; he shall execute judgment upon the peoples with equity.
9धेरै मानिसहरू संकष्टमा फसेका छन् र पीडित छन् किनभने तिनीहरूसँग धेरै कष्टहरू छन्। ती मानिसहरू आफ्ना समस्याहरूको बोझद्वारा श्रापित छन्। परमप्रभु, सुरक्षाको स्थान हुनुहुन्छ, तिनीहरू भाग्न सक्छन्।
9And Jehovah will be a refuge to the oppressed one, a refuge in times of distress.
10मानिसहरू ज-जसले तपाईंको नाउँ जान्दछन् तपाईंमाथि भरोसा राख्ने नै छन्। हे परमप्रभु, यदि मानिसहरू तपाईंकहाँ आए भने, तपाईंले उनीहरूलाई सहयोग नगरी बस्न सक्नु हुन्न।
10And they that know thy name will confide in thee; for thou, Jehovah, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
11तिमीहरू जो सियोनमा बस्द छौ परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गाऊ। अन्य मानिसहरूलाई पनि परमप्रभुले गर्नु भएका महान् कार्यहरूको विषयमा भन।
11Sing psalms to Jehovah who dwelleth in Zion; tell among the peoples his doings.
12परमप्रभुले ती मानिसहरूलाई सम्झनु भयो जसले उहाँलाई गुहारे। ती दुःखी मानिसहरू सहयोगको लागि चिच्याए अनि परमप्रभुले उनीहरूलाई बिर्सनु भएन।
12For when he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them; the cry of the afflicted ones hath he not forgotten.
13मैले परमेश्वरलाई यो प्रार्थना गरें, “हे परमप्रभु, ममाथि कृपा गर्नुहोस्। मेरो शत्रुहरूले मलाई सताइरहेछन ‘मृत्युको द्वारबाट’ मलाई बचाउँनु होस्।
13Be gracious unto me, O Jehovah; consider mine affliction from them that hate me, lifting me up from the gates of death:
14तब, यरूशलेमको प्रवेशद्वारहरूमा म तपाईंको लागि स्तुति-गान गर्न सक्छु। परमप्रभु म अत्यन्त खुशी हुनेछु किनभने तपाईंले मलाई बचाउनु भयो।”
14That I may declare all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion. I will be joyful in thy salvation.
15ती मानिसहरू जो अन्य जातिहरूबाट आएका थिए, तिनीहरूले अरूलाई संकष्टमा पार्न खाडल खने। तर तिनीहरू आफूले थापेका पासोहरूमा आफैं फस्नेछन्। अनि तिनीहरू ती जालहरूमा आफैं पर्ने छन्।
15The nations are sunk down in the pit [that] they made; in the net that they hid is their own foot taken.
16परमप्रभुले ती दुष्ट मानिसहरूलाई समाउनु हुनेछ, यसकारण मानिसहरूले अधर्म काम गर्दा परमप्रभुबाट दण्ड पाइन्छ भनेर ज्ञान पाउनेछन्।
16Jehovah is known [by] the judgment he hath executed: the wicked is ensnared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.
17मानिसहरू जसले परमेश्वरलाई बिर्सन्छन् तिनीहरू दुष्टहरू हुन्, तिनीहरू मृत्युको ठाउँमा जानेछन्।
17The wicked shall be turned into Sheol, all the nations that forget God.
18कहिले काहीं यस्तो लाग्छ परमेश्वरले दुःखमा परेका मानिसहरूलाई बिर्सनु भयो। यस्तो भन हुन्छ ती गरीबहरूमा आशा छैन। तर परमेश्वले तिनीहरूलाई कहिल्यै पनि बिर्सनु हुने छैन।
18For the needy one shall not be forgotten alway; the hope of the meek shall not perish for ever.
19हे परमप्रभु, उठ्नुहोस् र जाति-जातिहरूलाई न्याय गर्नुहोस्। तिनीहरू शक्तिशाली छन् भनेर मानिसहरूलाई सोच्न नदिनुहोस्।
19Arise, Jehovah; let not man prevail: let the nations be judged in thy sight.
20मानिसहरूलाई शिक्षा दिनुहोस्। तिनीहरूले जान्न सकुन तिनीहरू मनुष्य मात्र हुन्।
20Put them in fear, Jehovah: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.
