1सङ्कष्टहरू परेको बेलामा परमप्रभुले तिम्रो गुहारलाई सुन्नु भएको होस्। याकूबका परमेश्वरले तिम्रो रक्षा गर्नु भएको होस्।
1May Yahweh answer you in the day of trouble. May the name of the God of Jacob set you up on high,
2उहाँको पवित्र स्थानबाट परमप्रभुले तिमीलाई सहायतामा पठानु भएको होस्। उहाँले सियोनबाट तिमीलाई मद्दत दिऊन्।
2send you help from the sanctuary, grant you support from Zion,
3तिमीले अर्पण गरेका सम्पूर्ण उपहारहरू परमेश्वरले सम्झना गरून्। उहाँले तिम्रा सबै बलिहरू स्वीकार गरून्।
3remember all your offerings, and accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah.
4तिमीले खास जे चाहन्छौ परमेश्वरले त्यही दिऊन्। उहाँले तिम्रा सबै योजनाहरू सफल पारी दिऊन्।
4May He grant you your heart’s desire, and fulfill all your counsel.
5जब परमप्रभु परमेश्वरले तिमीलाई सहयोग गर्नु हुन्छ हामीहरू खुशी हुनेछौं। परमेश्वरको नाउँको स्तुति गरौं। तिमीले मागेको प्रत्येक कुरा परमप्रभुले दिऊन्!
5We will triumph in your salvation. In the name of our God, we will set up our banners. May Yahweh grant all your requests.
6अब म जान्दछु आफूले रोजेका राजालाई परमप्रभुले सहयोग गर्नुहुन्छ! परमेश्वर आफ्नो पवित्र स्वर्गमा हुनुहुन्छ अनि आफूले रोजेका राजालाई जवाफ दिनुहुन्छ। परमेश्वरले बचाउन आफ्नो महान् शक्ति चलाउनु हुन्छ।
6Now I know that Yahweh saves his anointed. He will answer him from his holy heaven, with the saving strength of his right hand.
7कतिपय मानिसहरूले आफ्ना रथहरूमाथि भरोसा गर्दछन् कतिपय मानिसहरूले आफ्ना सिपाहीहरू माथि भरोसा गर्दछन्। तर हामी ता परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्वरकै नाउँमा भरोसा गर्छौं।
7Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust the name of Yahweh our God.
8ती अन्य मानिसहरू पराजित भए, तिनीहरू युद्धमा मारिए। तर हामीले जित्यौं! हामी विजेता हौं।
8They are bowed down and fallen, but we rise up, and stand upright.
9परमप्रभुले आफूले रोजेका राजालाई बचाउनु हुन्छ! परमेश्वरले रोजेका राजाले गुहार मागे अनि परमेश्वरले त्यसको जवाफ दिनुभयो!
9Save, Yahweh! Let the King answer us when we call!
