¹ਮੈਂ ਕੈਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹਾਂ। ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਚੁਣਿਆ। ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

¹I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beg you to walk worthily of the calling with which you were called,

²ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਮ੍ਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਮਲ ਬਣੋ ਧੀਰਜ ਰਖੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁਡ਼ੇ ਰਹੋ।

²with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love;

³ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਤਮਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁਡ਼ੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੋ। ਇਸ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਜੁਡ਼ੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਜਤਨ ਕਰੋ। ਕਾਸ਼ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੇ ਬੰਧਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਹੋ।

³being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

⁴ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਹੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

⁴There is one body, and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling;

⁵ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੈ, ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੀ ਬਪਤਿਸਮਾ।

⁵one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

⁶ਉਥੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਹੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਹਰ ਜਗ਼੍ਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੈ।

⁶one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in us all.

⁷ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਦਾਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਜੋ ਮਸੀਹ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ।

⁷But to each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

⁸ਇਸੇ ਲਈ, ਇਹ ਪੋਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ; “ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਉੱਪਰ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ, ਉਸਨੇ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।” ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 68:18

⁸Therefore he says, “When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men.” Psalm 68:18

⁹ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਉਹ ਉੱਚਾ ਗਿਆ,” ਇਸਦਾ ਕੀ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ? ਇਸਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਥੱਲੇ ਆਇਆ।

⁹Now this, “He ascended,” what is it but that he also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?

¹⁰ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮਸੀਹ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਹੇਠਾ ਆਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹਡ਼ਾ ਉੱਪਰ ਗਿਆ। ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਗਿਆ। ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ।

¹⁰He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.

¹¹ਅਤੇ ਉਸੇ ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਉਸਨੇ ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਸੂਲ, ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਬੀ, ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ, ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਇੱਕ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਭਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਇਆ।

¹¹He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds or, pastors and teachers;

¹²ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਦਾਤਾਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

¹²for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ;

¹³ਇਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਠ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ। ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਵਧਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਪੱਕ ਬਣਨਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਸੀਹ ਵਰਗੇ ਨਾ ਬਣ ਜਾਈਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਉਤਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਲਈਏ।

¹³until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

¹⁴ਉਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਬੱਚੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵਾਂਗੇ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵਾਂਗੇ ਜਿਹਡ਼ੇ ਉਸ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਵਾਂਗ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਬਦਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਲਹਿਰਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸਿਉਂ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵਾਂਗੇ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਰਾਹੇ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਰਾਹ ਸੁਝਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

¹⁴that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error;

¹⁵ਨਹੀਂ। ਅਸੀਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਚ ਬੋਲਾਂਗੇ। ਅਸੀਂ ਹਰ ਰਾਹੇ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਨਣ ਲਈ ਵਧਾਂਗੇ। ਮਸੀਹ ਸਿਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਹਾਂ।

¹⁵but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ;

¹⁶ਸਮੁੱਚਾ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਮਸੀਹ ਉੱਪਰ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਅੰਗ ਜੁਡ਼ੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਤੇ ਇਕਠੇ ਹਨ। ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਅੰਗ ਆਪਣਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਪੂਰਣ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਵਧਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

¹⁶from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the working in measure of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love.

¹⁷ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ; ਅਨਾਸਥਾਵਾਨਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਜਿਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਰ ਨਾ ਰਹੋ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।

¹⁷This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind,

¹⁸ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਹਨੇਰਮਈ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੁਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰੀ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਜੀਵਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਜਿਹਡ਼ਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

¹⁸being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts;

¹⁹ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਗੁਆ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਦੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਧ ਤੋਂ ਵਧ ਬਦਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

¹⁹who having become callous gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

²⁰ਪਰ ਜਿਹਡ਼ੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮਸੀਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਖੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।

²⁰But you did not learn Christ that way;

²¹ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਣ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹੋ। ਅਤੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੁ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ, ਉਸਦਾ ਸੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਹਾਂ ਸੱਚ ਯਿਸੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।

²¹if indeed you heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus:

²²ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਆਪੇ ਦਾ ਤਿਆਗ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੰਦੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਉਣਾ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਿਉਂ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਆਪਾ ਬਦਤਰ ਬਣਦਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੁ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਦਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜਿਹਡ਼ੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

²²that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man, that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit;

²³ਪਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

²³and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

²⁴ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਨਵਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵਰਗਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

²⁴and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.

²⁵ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਚ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕੋ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਗ ਹਾਂ।

²⁵Therefore putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another.

²⁶ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਨਾ ਬਨਣ ਦਿਓ ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰਨਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਾ ਰਖੋ।

²⁶“Be angry, and don’t sin.” Psalm 4:4 Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath,

²⁷ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਰਾਹ ਨਾ ਦਿਓ ਜਿਹਡ਼ਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਸਕੇ।

²⁷neither give place to the devil.

²⁸ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦੀ ਜਗ਼੍ਹਾ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸਖਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਚੰਗੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਗਰੀਬ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਨਾ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

²⁸Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.

²⁹ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬੋਲੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੰਦੇ ਬੋਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਜਿਹਡ਼ੀਆਂ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਬਣਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਈ ਹੋਣ। ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸੁਣਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ।

²⁹Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.

³⁰ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਦਾਸ ਨਾ ਬਣਾਓ। ਆਤਮਾ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਹੋ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਤਮਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦਰਸ਼ਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਜ਼ਾਦ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

³⁰Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

³¹ਸਭ ਕੁਡ਼ਤ੍ਤਣ, ਕ੍ਰੋਧ, ਕੋਪ ਰੌਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਾਰੀ ਬੁਰਿਆਈ ਸਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੋ।

³¹Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice.

³²ਦਿਆਲੂ ਬਾਣੋ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਸਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੋ। ਇੱਕ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਫ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਮਸੀਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

³²And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
