King James Version

2 Corinthians

3

1Koumau kigenhoih ka pan nawn dekta ua hia? Ahihkeileh, na kiang ua piak ding hiam aw, na kiang ua kipan hiam genhoihna lai, mi khenkhat adia a kiphamoh bangin, kou din a kiphamoh sam dia hia?
1Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you?
2Noute ka lai uh, na lungtang ua gelh, mi tengteng theih leh sim na hi uhi;
2Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:
3Kris lai, kou hon gelh sak laituia gelh hilou, Pathian hing Kha gelh hijaw, suangpeka gelh hilou, sa lungtang peka gelh hijaw na hi uh chih chiantakin na taklangta ngalua.
3Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
4Huan, Pathian lamah huchibang muanna Kris vangin ka nei uhi;
4And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:
5Bangpeuh koumau akipana pawta sim dingin koumau kiain ka chin uh ka chi kei ua; ka chin theihna uh tuh Pathian kianga kipan ahi jaw.
5Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
6Amahmahin thukhun thak nasemte hi dingin honchingsaka; a lai thu gelh lel nasemte ding hilouin, a Kha nasemte din ahi jaw hi; lai thu gelh lelin jaw ahihlum nak ngala, Khain bel ahihhing nak ahi.
6Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
7Mosi mel a vak jiakin Israel taten a mel a en gige theikei ua, huai thupina a mang hiaihiai a; sihna nasepna suanga laimal gelh bawn, huchi tela thupi-a a tun leh,
7But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:
8Kha nasepna pen bangchi pheta thupiin a tung de aw?
8How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious?
9Siamlouh tansakna nasepna bawn a thupi leh, diktatna nasepna thupi lamah a thupi zo mahmah ding ahi.
9For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.
10Hihthupia omsain hiaiah jaw thupina himhim a neita ngal keia, thupina thupijawin a khuh tak jiakin.
10For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.
11Mangta hiaihiai bawn thupia a tun leh, om gige ding tuh thupia tuamin om zo mahmah ding ahi.
11For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.
12Huan, huchi bang lametna ka neih jiakun hangtaka pan ngamna ka nei uhi,
12Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:
13Mosi hihbangin ka hih keiua, aman jaw thupina mangta hiaihiai man tawpna Israel taten a et gige louhna ding un a mai maikhuhnain a khuha;
13And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:
14A lungsim ubel hihkhauhin a oma; tuni tanphain thukhun lui a sim un khuhna ngeina tuh hawk louhin a om gige ngala, huai khuhna tuh Kris ah hihmangin a omta hi.
14But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
15Himahleh, tuni tanphain Mosi Laibu a sim peuh chiang un a lungtang uah khuhna a om gige hi.
15But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
16Himahleh, a lungtang uh Toupa lama a ngat peuh chiangun khuhna tuh lakmang a hita ding hi.
16Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
17Huan, Toupa tuh huai kha ahia, Toupa kha omna peuh ah noplenna a om jel hi.Huchiin, eite jaw i vek un mai khuh louin limlang banga Toupa thupina tangsawnsak jelin, amah kibatpih ngeingeia om dingin hihlamdanin i om jel; hiai tuh Toupa akipan i muh ahi; Amah tuh Kha ahi
17Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18Huchiin, eite jaw i vek un mai khuh louin limlang banga Toupa thupina tangsawnsak jelin, amah kibatpih ngeingeia om dingin hihlamdanin i om jel; hiai tuh Toupa akipan i muh ahi; Amah tuh Kha ahi
18But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
