¹Huan kum sawmthumna, kha lina, huai kha ni ngana ah Kebar luia saltangte laka ka om laiin hichi a hong hia, van a kihonga, Pathian kilaknate ka mu hi,

¹Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river of Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

²Huai kha ni ngana ah, huai bel kumpipa Jehoiakin saltan kum ngana, ahi a;

²In the fifth day of the month, which was the fifth year of king Jehoiachin's captivity,

³Kaldai gama Kebar lui ah, Buzi tapa siampu Ezekiel kiangah TOUPA thu a hongtunga; huaiah TOUPA khut a tungah a om hi.

³The word of the LORD came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the LORD was there upon him.

⁴Huan ka ena, ngaiin, mallam akipan huihpi thupi mahmah a hongkuana, meipi a sahasah, kuang zoizoi, a kim tengteng tanvak puappuap a sung mei lai takah sik-am banga am a om hi.

⁴And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

⁵Huan huai lai akipanin thilhing li kibatpih a hongpawt khia ua, a kimuhdan uh hichibang ahi: mihing batna a nei uh.

⁵Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.

⁶Mai li a nei chiat ua, kha li a nei chiat nawn uh.

⁶And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.

⁷Huan a khete uh a tang ahia a; a khepek nuai lam uh bawngnou khepek bang ahi a; huan dalte mahmah bangin a vak khe jualjual jel uhi.

⁷And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.

⁸Huan a pang lite ua a kha nuai uah mihing khut bang a nei ua: huchiin a li un a mel u leh a khate uh hichi bangin a pu uhi;

⁸And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings.

⁹A khate uh a kizom a; a pai un leng a kihei ngei kei ua, a majawn ua a pai ahi jel chiat uh.

⁹Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.

¹⁰A mel un a kibatpihte mihing mel bang ahi a, a li un a taklam pang uah humpinelkai mel a pu ua, a li un a veilam panguah bawngtal mel, bang a pu ua, ali un muvanlai mel bang a pu nawn ua, a mel uh huchibang ahi hi;

¹⁰As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.

¹¹Huan a khate uh a jak khia ua, a kha nihte un a kijak zom chiat ua, nihin a pumpi uh a khuh uh,

¹¹Thus were their faces: and their wings were stretched upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.

¹²Ma lamsangin a pai chiat ua, kha painalam ding ah a pai ua, a pai un leng a kihei ngei kei uh.

¹²And they went every one straight forward: whither the spirit was to go, they went; and they turned not when they went.

¹³Thilhingte lakah suangkuangthei ampha bang, meisel bang mai asuk leh atouin a pai a; mei bel a ampha mahmaha, mei akipanin khopia a hongsuak khe jualjual hi.

¹³As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.

¹⁴Huan thilhingte khophe jualjual bangin a vial taita uhi.

¹⁴And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.

¹⁵Huan thil hingte ka et laiin, ngaiin, thil hingte jul ah a mel lite uh adingin leiah kangtalai khe khat jel ka mu a.

¹⁵Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces.

¹⁶Kangtalai khe leh a tat vel dan berul suang jia bang maiin a langa, a li un latdan khat a nei ua, a lat dan uh leh a tat vel dan uh kangtalai khe khat sunga kangtalai khe dang om bang ahi hi.

¹⁶The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.

¹⁷A pai chiang un sik liin a pai thei ua, a pai un leng a kihei ngei kei uh.

¹⁷When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went.

¹⁸A kangtalai khe kual lah sang tak leh mulkimhuaitak ahia; a li un kual, mita dim tetup mai a nei uhi.

¹⁸As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.

¹⁹Huan thilhingte a pai chiang un a jul uah kangtalai khete a pai tei sek uh: huan thil hingte lei akipan dopkanga a om uleh kangtalai khete leng dopkangin a om tei sek uhi.

¹⁹And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.

²⁰Kha paina ding lam peuhmah ah a pai ua; huai lamah kha a pai ding ahi hi; huan, kangtalai khete a jul uah dopkangin a om ua, thilhing kha kangtalai khete ah lah a om ngala.

²⁰Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.

²¹Huaite a pai chiang un hiaite a pai uhi: huaite a din chiang un hiaite a ding ua: huaite leia kipana dopkanga a om chiang un kangtalai khete amau julah dopkangin a om ua, thilhingte kha kangtalai khete ah lah a om ngala.

²¹When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.

²²Huan thil hingte lu tungah van kibatpih a oma, kristal vak banga te mulkimhuai tak a lu tunguah a kiphalh zeizoi mai hi.

²²And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.

²³Huan van dim nuaiah a kha uh a kop khat thil hing dangte sunin a jak ua, a kha uh kop khat nawnin a pumpi uh a khuh uhi.

²³And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.

²⁴Huan a len uleh a kha ging uh tui tampi mahmah ging bang, Bangkimhihtheipa aw bang mai, mipi ging vengvung husa, sepaih hon husa bang maiin ka jaa; a din uleh a kha uh a kaisak uhi.

²⁴And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.

²⁵Huan lu tung ua van dum tungah aw a hongoma, a din uleh a kha uh a kaisak uhi.

²⁵And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings.

²⁶Huan a lu tung ua van dum tungah laltutphah bang mahmah, saphir suang bang maia kimu a oma: huan laltutphah bang tak tungah mihing bang taka kilang a om hi.

²⁶And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

²⁷Huan a kawng chiang tunglam khina jia bang maiin ka mua, a kawng hi leh kilawm chiang nuai lam mei bang mai hiin ka mu a, a vak kimvel lelaw hi.Vuah zuk nia meipi tunga sakhituihup lat dan bang tak a kima vak latdan ahi a. Hiai TOUPA thupina latdan bang ahi. Huan ka muhin kakhuppuka, thugenpa aw ka ja hi.

²⁷And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.

²⁸Vuah zuk nia meipi tunga sakhituihup lat dan bang tak a kima vak latdan ahi a. Hiai TOUPA thupina latdan bang ahi. Huan ka muhin kakhuppuka, thugenpa aw ka ja hi.

²⁸As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
