1Toupan hichiin a chi, Vaihawm jui unla, diktakin hih un: ka hotdamna lah a hongtung dekdekin, ka diktatna a hongtung dekdek ngala.
1Thus says Yahweh, “Keep justice, and do righteousness; for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
2Huchibang hih mi leh, huai tak pom geih mihing tapain nuam a sa hi; khawlni tanglou lou-a tang jel leh, hoihlou himhim hih lou dinga khut venghoih jelmi.
2Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast; who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”
3Huan, gam dang mi, Toupa toh kizommiin, Toupan a mite lakah honhihtuam ngei ding, chi kei leh: chilgehmin, Enin, sing keu ka hi, hi sam kei leh.
3Neither let the foreigner, who has joined himself to Yahweh, speak, saying, “Yahweh will surely separate me from his people”; neither let the eunuch say, “Behold, I am a dry tree.”
4Ka khawlnite tanga, ka kipahpihlam thilte tela, ka thukhun pom kipmi chilgehte tungtang thu-ah lah Toupan hichiin a chi ngala:
4For thus says Yahweh, “To the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and hold fast my covenant:
5A kiang uah ka in sung leh ka kulh sungte-a tanu leh tapa neite sang mahin theihgigena hoihjaw leh min hoih jaw ka pe ding; a kiang uah khantawn min, hihman nawn louh ding, ka pe ding, chiin.
5to them I will give in my house and within my walls a memorial and a name better than of sons and of daughters; I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
6Gam dang mite leng, khawlni tanglou lou-a tang jel leh, ka thukhun pom kip peuhmah, Toupa nasem ding leh, Toupa min it ding leh, a sikhate-a om dinga Toupa toh kizom peuhmahte;
6Also the foreigners who join themselves to Yahweh, to minister to him, and to love the name of Yahweh, to be his servants, everyone who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and holds fast my covenant;
7Amaute mah ka tang siangthou-ah ka pi dinga, ka thumna inah nuam ka sasak ding; haltuma a thillatte u leh a kithoihnate uh ka maitama kipahpihin a om ding: ka in lah mi chih adinga thumna in chi ding uh ahi ngala, chiin.
7even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted on my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.”
8Toupa Pathian, delhkhiak Israelte pi khawmpan, Amaha pi khawma omte lou leng nam dangte a kiangah ka pi khawm lai ding, a chi hi.
8The Lord Yahweh, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, says, “Yet will I gather others to him, besides his own who are gathered.”
9Gam sa tengteng aw, ahi, gam nuaia sa om tengteng aw, ne dingin hongpai un.
9All you animals of the field, come to devour, all you animals in the forest.
10A galvilmite a mit uh a tawa, theihna neilou ngen ahi ua; ui aw neilou ngen ahi ua, a na theikei uh; mang neia, lum gigea, lup hai mi ahi uh.
10His watchmen are blind, they are all without knowledge; they are all mute dogs, they can’t bark; dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber.

11Yes, the dogs are greedy, they can never have enough; and these are shepherds who can’t understand: they have all turned to their own way, each one to his gain, from every quarter.
12Hongpai un, uain ka la dinga huchiin juin I kithundim ding; jingchiang tuni bang ahi nawn dinga, ni thupi mahmah ahi ding, a chi chiat uhi.
12“Come,” say they, “I will get wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and tomorrow shall be as this day, great beyond measure.”
