¹ خداوند متعال چنین می‌فرماید: «دروازهٔ شرقی حیاط درونی باید شش روز کاری هفته بسته باشد ولی در روز سبت و در روز جشن ماه نو باز باشد.

¹Thus says the Lord Yahweh: The gate of the inner court that looks toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the Sabbath day it shall be opened, and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

² فرمانروا از حیاط خارجی از راه دروازه، داخل اتاق ورودی شود و در کنار چهارچوب دروازه بایستد درحالی‌که کاهنان مراسم قربانی‌های سوختنی و سلامتی او را بجا می‌آورند. آنجا در آستانهٔ دروازه، مراسم ستایش را انجام دهد و سپس از آنجا خارج شود. دروازه نباید تا شامگاه بسته شود.

²The prince shall enter by the way of the porch of the gate outside, and shall stand by the post of the gate; and the priests shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate: then he shall go forth; but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.

³ در روزهای سبت و جشن ماه نو، همهٔ مردم نیز در برابر دروازه سجده کنند و خدا را ستایش نمایند.

³The people of the land shall worship at the door of that gate before Yahweh on the Sabbaths and on the new moons.

⁴ در روز سبت، فرمانروا شش برّه و یک قوچ بدون عیب برای قربانی سوختنی به خداوند تقدیم کند.

⁴The burnt offering that the prince shall offer to Yahweh shall be on the Sabbath day six lambs without blemish and a ram without blemish;

⁵ با قوچ چهارده کیلو آرد و برای هر برّه هراندازه که دوست دارد آرد بیاورد و برای هر چهارده کیلو آرد باید سه لیتر روغن زیتون بیاورد.

⁵and the meal offering shall be an ephah for the ram, and the meal offering for the lambs as he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.

⁶ در جشن ماه نو، یک گاو نر جوان، شش گوسفند و یک قوچ بدون عیب تقدیم کند.

⁶On the day of the new moon it shall be a young bull without blemish, and six lambs, and a ram; they shall be without blemish:

⁷ با هر گاو و قوچ چهارده کیلو آرد و برای هر برّه هر آنچه که فرمانروا می‌خواهد آرد هدیه کند و با هر چهارده کیلو آرد، سه لیتر روغن زیتون هدیه کند.

⁷and he shall prepare a meal offering, an ephah for the bull, and an ephah for the ram, and for the lambs according as he is able, and a hin of oil to an ephah.

⁸ فرمانروا باید از اتاق ورودی از راهی که وارد شده بود، خارج گردد.

⁸When the prince shall enter, he shall go in by the way of the porch of the gate, and he shall go forth by its way.

⁹ «هنگامی‌که مردم در جشن‌ها برای ستایش خداوند می‌آیند، هرکس که از دروازهٔ شمالی وارد شود باید از دروازهٔ جنوبی خارج شود و هرکس از دروازهٔ جنوبی وارد شود باید از دروازهٔ شمالی خارج گردد. ایشان نباید از دروازه‌ای که وارد شدند، بازگردند بلکه از روبه‌رو خارج شوند.

⁹But when the people of the land shall come before Yahweh in the appointed feasts, he who enters by the way of the north gate to worship shall go forth by the way of the south gate; and he who enters by the way of the south gate shall go forth by the way of the north gate: he shall not return by the way of the gate by which he came in, but shall go forth straight before him.

¹⁰ فرمانروا باید با مردم وارد شود و هنگامی‌که ایشان خارج می‌شوند، بازگردد.

¹⁰The prince, when they go in, shall go in with of them; and when they go out, he shall go out.

¹¹ در جشن‌ها و روزهای معیّن شده، هدیهٔ آردی برای هر گاو چهارده کیلو و برای قوچ چهارده کیلو و برای هر برّه هر چقدر که شخص می‌خواهد و سه لیتر روغن زیتون با چهارده کیلو آرد می‌باشد.

¹¹In the feasts and in the solemnities the meal offering shall be an ephah 1 ephah is about 22 litres or about 2/3 of a bushel for a bull, and an ephah for a ram, and for the lambs as he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.

¹² «هنگامی‌که فرمانروا می‌خواهد داوطلبانه به خداوند قربانی بدهد، چه قربانی سوختنی یا قربانی سلامتی، دروازهٔ شرقی به حیاط درونی برای او باز می‌شود، او باید قربانی‌های خود را مانند روز سبت تقدیم کند و هنگامی‌که خارج می‌شود باید دروازه را پشت سر او ببندند.»

¹²When the prince shall prepare a freewill offering, a burnt offering or peace offerings as a freewill offering to Yahweh, one shall open for him the gate that looks toward the east; and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, as he does on the Sabbath day: then he shall go forth; and after his going forth one shall shut the gate.

¹³ خداوند می‌فرماید: «هر روز باید یک برّهٔ بدون عیب برای قربانی سوختنی، جهت خداوند قربانی کنید. این قربانی باید هر روز تقدیم شود.

¹³You shall prepare a lamb a year old without blemish for a burnt offering to Yahweh daily: morning by morning you shall prepare it.

¹⁴ همچنین هر روز صبح باید دو کیلو آرد و یک لیتر روغن زیتون اهدا شود. قوانین این قربانی همیشگی خواهد بود

¹⁴You shall prepare a meal offering with it morning by morning, the sixth part of an ephah, and the third part of a hin of oil, to moisten the fine flour; a meal offering to Yahweh continually by a perpetual ordinance.

¹⁵ برّه، آرد و روغن زیتون باید در هر سحرگاه برای همیشه به خداوند تقدیم شود.»

¹⁵Thus shall they prepare the lamb, and the meal offering, and the oil, morning by morning, for a continual burnt offering.

¹⁶ خداوند متعال می‌فرماید: «هرگاه فرمانروا قطعه زمینی را که به او تعلّق دارد به یکی از پسرانش هدیه کند، آن زمین جزء املاک خانوادگی به آن پسر تعلّق خواهد داشت.

¹⁶Thus says the Lord Yahweh: If the prince give a gift to any of his sons, it is his inheritance, it shall belong to his sons; it is their possession by inheritance.

¹⁷ امّا اگر فرمانروا از زمین خود به کسانی‌که به او خدمت می‌کنند، بدهد، هنگامی‌که سال آزادی فرا رسد، زمین به فرمانروا تعلّق خواهد گرفت و فقط او و پسرانش می‌توانند به صورت دایمی ‌مالک زمین باشند.

¹⁷But if he give of his inheritance a gift to one of his servants, it shall be his to the year of liberty; then it shall return to the prince; but as for his inheritance, it shall be for his sons.

¹⁸ فرمانروا نباید املاک مردم را از ایشان بگیرد. هر ملکی را که به پسرانش می‌دهد، باید از سهم خودش باشد تا با گرفتن زمین از قوم من، به ایشان ظلم نکند.»

¹⁸Moreover the prince shall not take of the people’s inheritance, to thrust them out of their possession; he shall give inheritance to his sons out of his own possession, that my people not be scattered every man from his possession.

¹⁹ سپس او مرا از طریق دری که پهلوی دروازه بود به اتاقهای قسمت شمالی که مخصوص کاهنان بود، برد؛ در آنجا مکانی را در انتهای قسمت غربی جنوبی حیاط درونی، به اتاق ورودی که به طرف اتاقهایی که درشان به سوی شمال باز می‌شود برد. این اتاقهای مقدّس برای کاهنان است. او به قسمت غربی اتاق اشاره کرد.

¹⁹Then he brought me through the entry, which was at the side of the gate, into the holy rooms for the priests, which looked toward the north: and behold, there was a place on the hinder part westward.

²⁰ او گفت: «اینجا مکانی است که کاهنان گوشت قربانی گناه و جبران خطا را می‌جوشانند و هدایای آردی را می‌پزند تا چیز مقدّسی به حیاط خارجی حمل نشود تا به مردم صدمه‌ای وارد نشود.»

²⁰He said to me, This is the place where the priests shall boil the trespass offering and the sin offering, and where they shall bake the meal offering; that they not bring them forth into the outer court, to sanctify the people.

²¹ آنگاه او، مرا به حیاط بیرونی برد و چهارگوشهٔ آن را به من نشان داد. در هر گوشه آن، حیاط کوچکی بود

²¹Then he brought me forth into the outer court, and caused me to pass by the four corners of the court; and behold, in every corner of the court there was a court.

²² به درازای بیست متر و پهنای پانزده متر. همهٔ حیاط‌های چهار گوشهٔ آن یک اندازه بودند.

²²In the four corners of the court there were courts enclosed, forty cubits long and thirty broad: these four in the corners were of one measure.

²³ هریک از آنها دیواری سنگی در پیرامون داشتند که در کنار دیوارش اجاقی ساخته شده بود. آن مرد به من گفت: «اینجا آشپزخانه‌ای است که خادمان معبد بزرگ، گوشت قربانی اهدایی مردم را در آن می‌پزند.»

²³There was a wall around in them, around the four, and boiling places were made under the walls all around.

²⁴ آن مرد به من گفت: «اینجا آشپزخانه‌ای است که خادمان معبد بزرگ، گوشت قربانی اهدایی مردم را در آن می‌پزند.»

²⁴Then he said to me, These are the boiling houses, where the ministers of the house shall boil the sacrifice of the people.
