John

21

1Pala kodia O Jesus mai avisailo le disiplonge pashai maria kai bushol Tiberias; ai eta, sar avisailo lenge.
1After these things did Jesus manifest himself again to the disciples on the sea of Tiberias, and he did manifest himself thus:
2O Simon Petri, ai o Thomas kai akharenas les Didimus, ai o Nathanael andai Cana kai si ande Galilee, ai le shav le Zebedeske, ai dui aver disipluria le Jesusoske sas andek than.
2There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas who is called Didymus, and Nathanael from Cana of Galilee, and the [sons] of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples.
3O Simon Petri phendia lenge, "Me zhav te astarav mashe." Ai won phende leske, "Vi ame zhas tusa." Ankliste avri, ai ankliste andek paraxoditsi; numa kodia riat chi astarde khanch.
3Simon Peter saith to them, `I go away to fish;` they say to him, `We go — we also — with thee;` they went forth and entered into the boat immediately, and on that night they caught nothing.
4Kana phuterdilo o dies, O Jesus sas pashai maria pe chishai; numa le disipluria chi zhanenas ke O Jesus sas.
4And morning being now come, Jesus stood at the shore, yet indeed the disciples did not know that it is Jesus;
5O Jesus phendia lenge, "Shavorhale, nai tume khanchi te xan?"ai won dine les atweto, "Nichi."
5Jesus, therefore, saith to them, `Lads, have ye any meat?`
Won shude, ai nashti mai ankalavenas e sita avri de but mashe kai sas.
6they answered him, `No;` and he said to them, `Cast the net at the right side of the boat, and ye shall find;` they cast, therefore, and no longer were they able to draw it, from the multitude of the fishes.
7That disciple, therefore, whom Jesus was loving saith to Peter, `The Lord it is!` Simon Peter, therefore, having heard that it is the Lord, did gird on the outer coat, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea;
8Ai le kolaver disipluria avile ande paraxodoski, tsirdenas e sita kai sas pherdo mashe, ke nas dur katar o bedigo, iek shel meteria sas. (200 cubits).
8and the other disciples came by the little boat, for they were not far from the land, but as it were about two hundred cubits off, dragging the net of the fishes;
9Kana huliste pe phuv, dikhle kotse angara dine iag, ai masho sas opral, ai sas vi manrho.
9when, therefore, they came to the land, they behold a fire of coals lying, and a fish lying on it, and bread.
10O Jesus phendia lenge, "Anen mashe kai astardian akana.
10Jesus saith to them, `Bring ye from the fishes that ye caught now;`
11O Simon Petri anklisto anda paraxodo, ai andia pe phuv e sita pherdo iek shel ai panvardesh bare mashe: ai marka ke sas but, e sita chi shindili.
11Simon Peter went up, and drew the net up on the land, full of great fishes, an hundred fifty and three, and though they were so many, the net was not rent.
12O Jesus phendia lenge, "Aven ai xan." Ai chi iek andal disipluria chi tromailo te phushel lestar, "Kon san tu?" ke åanenas ke O Del si.
12Jesus saith to them, `Come ye, dine;` and none of the disciples was venturing to inquire of him, `Who art thou?` knowing that it is the Lord;
13O Jesus pashilo, lia o manrho, ai dia len, ai porme lia o masho ai dia len.
13Jesus, therefore, doth come and take the bread and give to them, and the fish in like manner;
14this [is] now a third time Jesus was manifested to his disciples, having been raised from the dead.
15Kana getosarde te xan, O Jesus phendia le Simonoske Petri, "Simon, shav le Jonasosko, san tuke drago mange mai but sar kodola?" Ai wo phendia leske, "E Devla, tu zhanes ke sim mange drago tuke." O Jesus phendia leske, "Le sama katar murhe bakriorha."
15When, therefore, they dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, `Simon, [son] of Jonas, dost thou love me more than these?` he saith to him, `Yes, Lord; thou hast known that I dearly love thee;` he saith to him, `Feed my lambs.`
16Ai mai phendia leske pe duito data, "Simon, shav le Jonasosko, san tuke drago mange?" O Petri phendia leske, "E Devla, Tu zhanes ke sim mange drago tuke." O Jesus phendia leske, "Le sama katar murhe bakriorha."
16He saith to him again, a second time, `Simon, [son] of Jonas, dost thou love me?` he saith to him, `Yes, Lord; thou hast known that I dearly love thee;` he saith to him, `Tend my sheep.`
17Ai mai phendia leske pe trito data, "Simon, shav le Jonasosko, san tuke drago mange?" O Petri nekezhisailo anda so phendia leske pe trito data, "San tuke drago mange?" ai phendia leske, "Devla, tu zhanes swako fielo; tu zhanes ke sim mange drago tuke." O Jesus phendia leske, "Le sama katar murhe bakriorha."
17He saith to him the third time, `Simon, [son] of Jonas, dost thou dearly love me?` Peter was grieved that he said to him the third time, `Dost thou dearly love me?` and he said to him, `Lord, thou hast known all things; thou dost know that I dearly love thee.` Jesus saith to him, `Feed my sheep;
18" Chachimasa, chachimasa, me phenav tuke, kana sanas mai terno, tu thosas pe tute e prashtia, ai zhasas kai tu mangesas; numa kana avesa phuro, tu vazdesa che vas opre, ai aver thola e prashtia pe tute, ai ingerela tu kai tu chi mangesa te zhas."
18verily, verily, I say to thee, When thou wast younger, thou wast girding thyself and wast walking whither thou didst will, but when thou mayest be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another will gird thee, and shall carry [thee] whither thou dost not will;`
Porme kana phendia kodo divano, phendia leske, "Le tu pala mande."
19and this he said, signifying by what death he shall glorify God; and having said this, he saith to him, `Be following me.`
20And Peter having turned about doth see the disciple whom Jesus was loving following, (who also reclined in the supper on his breast, and said, `Sir, who is he who is delivering thee up?`)
21Peter having seen this one, saith to Jesus, `Lord, and what of this one?`
22O Jesus phendia leske, "Te mangava te traiil zhi kai avava palpale, soi tuke kotsar? Le tu pala mande."
22Jesus saith to him, `If him I will to remain till I come, what — to thee? be thou following me.` This word, therefore, went forth to the brethren that that disciple doth not die,
23Kodia viasta geli antunchi mashkar le phral, ke kodia disiplo chi merela: Numa O Jesus chi phendiasas le Petreske, ke chi merela; numa phendia, te mangava te traiil zhi kai avav palpale, soi tuke kotsar?"
23yet Jesus did not say to him, that he doth not die, but, `If him I will to remain till I come, what — to thee?`
24this is the disciple who is testifying concerning these things, and he wrote these things, and we have known that his testimony is true.
25O Jesus mai kerdia but aver dieli, te ramosardiamas le, divano pe divanoste, me gindiv ke sa e lumia nashtisardino te inkerel le klishki kai ramosardamas. Amen.
25And there are also many other things — as many as Jesus did — which, if they may be written one by one, not even the world itself I think to have place for the books written. Amen.
