1Andek dies O Jesus beshelas pasha maria le Gennersaretako, ai o narodo sas pasha leste te ashunen E Vorba le Devleski.
1And it came to pass, in the multitude pressing on him to hear the word of God, that he was standing beside the lake of Gennesaret,
2Dikhlia dui chunuria pasha pai, le masharia nas kotse ke xalavenas penge siti.
2and he saw two boats standing beside the lake, and the fishers, having gone away from them, were washing the nets,
3O Jesus anklisto ande iek chuno kai sas le Simonosko, ai mangle lestar te duriol xantsi mai dur katar e phuv. O Jesus beshlo tele ande chuno ai sicharelas le narodos.
3and having entered into one of the boats, that was Simon`s, he asked him to put back a little from the land, and having sat down, was teaching the multitudes out of the boat.
4Kana getosardia te del duma, phendia le Simonoske, "An cho chuno pek than kai si baro pai, ai porme tu ai kodola kai si tusa shuden tumare siti te len mashe."
4And when he left off speaking, he said unto Simon, `Put back to the deep, and let down your nets for a draught;`
5O Simon phendia leske, "Gazda, sorho riat kerdiam buchi ai chi astardiam kanch, numa pala che vorbi shudav murhe siti tele ando pai."
5and Simon answering said to him, `Master, through the whole night, having laboured, we have taken nothing, but at thy saying I will let down the net.`
6Ai kana shude le, won line but mashe, ke de but mashe kai sas lenge siti shinenas.
6And having done this, they enclosed a great multitude of fishes, and their net was breaking,
7Antunchi akharde penge vortakon, kai kerenas buchi ando kolaver chuno, te aven te zhutin le. Avile, ai pherde dui chunuria, de fial but mashe kai tasonas.
7and they beckoned to the partners, who [are] in the other boat, having come, to help them; and they came, and filled both the boats, so that they were sinking.
8Kana o Simon Petri dikhlia so kerdilia, pelo ande changende angla Jesus ai phendia, "Duriol mandar Devla, ke sim ek bezexalo manush!"
8And Simon Peter having seen, fell down at the knees of Jesus, saying, `Depart from me, because I am a sinful man, O lord;`
9O Simon ai vi kodola kai sas lesa chudisaile pala but mashe kai line sas.
9for astonishment seized him, and all those with him, at the draught of the fishes that they took,
10Sakadia sas le vortacha le Simonoske, o Iakov, o Iovano, le shave le Zebedoske. O Jesus phendia le Simonosko, "Na dara, de akanara le manushen astaren."
10and in like manner also James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon; and Jesus said unto Simon, `Fear not, henceforth thou shalt be catching men;`
11Antunchi line penge chunuria ai tsirde le pe phuv, ai mekle sa ai linepe pala Jesus.
11and they, having brought the boats upon the land, having left all, did follow him.
12Kana O Jesus sas andek foro avilo iek manush kai sas pherdo lepra, kana dikhlia O Jesus shudiape angla leste le mosa pe phuv, ai rhugisailo leste ai phendia, "Gazda, te mangesa sai sastiares ma!"
12And it came to pass, in his being in one of the cities, that lo, a man full of leprosy, and having seen Jesus, having fallen on [his] face, he besought him, saying, `Sir, if thou mayest will, thou art able to cleanse me;`
13O Jesus lunzhardia o vas, azbadia les ai phendia, "Me mangav ai akana te aves vuzho!" Ai strazo e lepra gelitar pa kado manush.
13and having stretched forth [his] hand, he touched him, having said, `I will; be thou cleansed;` and immediately the leprosy went away from him.
14O Jesus dia les trad "Na phen kanikaste so kerdem tuke, numa zhas sikav le rashange sar san, ai mudar la bakrorha kai o Moses dia sas ordina te sikaves savorhenge ke san sasto.
14And he charged him to tell no one, `But, having gone away, shew thyself to the priest, and bring near for thy cleansing according as Moses directed, for a testimony to them;`
15Numa e viasta pe Jesus ashundesas mai but ai mai but, ai but narodo chidelaspe te ashunen leste, ai te sastion ande penge naswalimata.
15but the more was the report going abroad concerning him, and great multitudes were coming together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities,
16Numa O Jesus duriolas kai nas khonik korkorho te rhugilpe.
16and he was withdrawing himself in the desert places and was praying.
17Andek dies O Jesus sicharelas, uni Farizeanuria ai le manush kai sicharno zakono beshenas tele, won avile anda gava kai si ande Galilee ai Judea, ai anda Jerusalem, ai O Jesus sas les e putiera te sastiarel le naswalen.
17And it came to pass, on one of the days, that he was teaching, and there were sitting by Pharisees and teachers of the Law, who were come out of every village of Galilee, and Judea, and Jerusalem, and the power of the Lord was — to heal them.

18And lo, men bearing upon a couch a man, who hath been struck with palsy, and they were seeking to bring him in, and to place before him,

19and not having found by what way they may bring him in because of the multitude, having gone up on the house-top, through the tiles they let him down, with the little couch, into the midst before Jesus,
20Kana O Jesus dikhlia lengo pachamos, wo phendia kal manushes "Che bezexa iertimele, murho vortako."
20and he having seen their faith, said to him, `Man, thy sins have been forgiven thee.`
21Le Farizeanuria ai le Gramnoturia denas pe duma ande pende, ai phenenas, "Kon si kado manush kai del duma nasul pa Del? Chi iek manush sai iertil le bezexa, ferdi O Del sai iertil."
21And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, `Who is this that doth speak evil words? who is able to forgive sins, except God only?`
22O Jesus zhanglia lengo ginduria, ai phendia lenge,
22And Jesus having known their reasonings, answering, said unto them, `What reason ye in your hearts?
23"Savendar ginduria si tume ando ilo? So si mai vushoro te phenel tu "Che bezexa iertimele" vai "Vushti opre ai phir?"
23which is easier — to say, Thy sins have been forgiven thee? or to say, Arise, and walk?
24"Numa ke zhanen ke O Shav le Manushengo pe phuv si les putiera te iertil le bezexa, ai phendia le bangeske, "Vushti opre, le cho than ai zha khere."
24`And that ye may know that the Son of Man hath authority upon the earth to forgive sins — (he said to the one struck with palsy) — I say to thee, Arise, and having taken up thy little couch, be going on to thy house.`
25Strazo vushtilo angla lende, lia pesko than kai beshelas pe leste, ai gelotar khere. Ai naisilas le Devles.
25And presently having risen before them, having taken up [that] on which he was lying, he went away to his house, glorifying God,
26Sa narodo chudisailo, naisin le Devles, ai darasa, phenenas, "Dikhliam adies shodo dieli."
26and astonishment took all, and they were glorifying God, and were filled with fear, saying — `We saw strange things to-day.`
27Pala kodia O Jesus anklisto avri ai dikhlia ieke manushes kai chidelas le love le guvernoske, wo busholas Levi, wo beshelas po than kai avenas le manush te pochinen e taksa, ai O Jesus phendia leske, "Aidi pala mande."
27And after these things he went forth, and beheld a tax-gatherer, by name Levi, sitting at the tax-office, and said to him, `Be following me;`
28Ai kodo manush vushtilo opre, meklia sa ai liape pala leste.
28and he, having left all, having arisen, did follow him.
29Porme o Levi kerdia iek bari pachiv le Jesusos ando pesko kher. Ai but manush kai chidenas taksa ai aver narodo sas kai skafidi lensa.
29And Levi made a great entertainment to him in his house, and there was a great multitude of tax-gatherers and others who were with them reclining (at meat),
30Uni Farizeanuria ai le Gramnoturia marenas mui pa leske disipluria, "Sostar tume xan ai pen le manushensa kai chiden love (taksa) ai le bezexalensa?"
30and the scribes and the Pharisees among them were murmuring at his disciples, saying, `Wherefore with tax-gatherers and sinners do ye eat and drink?`
31O Jesus phendia lenge, "Chi trobul o dokxtoro kodolen kai si saste, numa kodolen kai si naswale.
31And Jesus answering said unto them, `They who are well have no need of a physician, but they that are ill:
32Chi avilem te akharav le lashe manushen. Avilem te akharav le bezexalen."
32I came not to call righteous men, but sinners, to reformation.`
33Ai phenen leske, "Le disipluria le Iovanoske ai vi le disipluria le Farizeanonge postin butivar ai rhuginpe, numa che disipluria xan ai pen."
33And they said unto him, `Wherefore do the disciples of John fast often, and make supplications — in like manner also those of the Pharisees — but thine do eat and drink?`
34Ai O Jesus phendia lenge, "Sar sai postin le vortacha le rhomeske, kana o rhom lensa lo?
34And he said unto them, `Are ye able to make the sons of the bride-chamber — in the bridegroom being with them — to fast?
35Numa le dies aven, kai o rhom zhalatar, antunchi sai postina."
35but days will come, and, when the bridegroom may be taken away from them, then they shall fast in those days.`
36Antunchi O Jesus phendia lenge ek paramichi: "Khonik chi shinel iek kotor andal neve tsalia te thol pal phurane tsalia, ke antunchi wo shinel le tsalia neve, ai o kotor kai shindia chi maladiol kal phurane.
36And he spake also a simile unto them — `No one a patch of new clothing doth put on old clothing, and if otherwise, the new also doth make a rent, and with the old the patch doth not agree, that [is] from the new.
37Khonik chi thol nevi mol andel phurane morchia; ke e mol e nevi shinel e morchi, ai e mol shordiol ai e morchi nai lashi.
37`And no one doth put new wine into old skins, and if otherwise, the new wine will burst the skins, and itself will be poured out, and the skins will be destroyed;
38Numa trobul te thon e nevi mol andel nevi morchi.
38but new wine into new skins is to be put, and both are preserved together;
39Ai khonik kana pela e mol phurai chi mangel nevi mol. E phurai mol mai lashi.
39and no one having drunk old [wine], doth immediately wish new, for he saith, The old is better.`
