1Vakapinza areka yaMwari, vakaiisa pakati petende rayakanga yadzikirwa naDhavhidhi; vakabayira pamberi paMwari zvipiriso zvinopiswa nezvipiriso zvokuyananisa.
1And they bring in the ark of God, and set it up in the midst of the tent that David hath stretched out for it, and they bring near burnt-offerings and peace-offerings before God;
2Zvino Dhavhidhi akati apedza kubayira zvipiriso zvinopiswa nezvipiriso zvokuyananisa, akaropafadza vanhu nezita raJehovha.
2and David ceaseth from offering the burnt-offering and the peace-offerings, and blesseth the people in the name of Jehovah,
3Akapa mumwe nomumwe wavaIsiraeri, murume nomukadzi, mumwe nomumwe bundu rechingwa, nenhindi yenyama, nebundu ramazambiringa.
3and giveth a portion to every man of Israel, both man and woman: to each a cake of bread, and a measure of wine, and a grape-cake.
4Akagadza vashumir pavaRevhi, pamberi peareka yaJehovha, nokurumbidza, nokuvonga, nokukudza Jehovha Mwari waIsiraeri;
4And he putteth before the ark of Jehovah, of the Levites, ministers, even to make mention of, and to thank, and to give praise to Jehovah, God of Israel,
5mukuru waiva Asafi, tevere Zekariya, naJeyieri, naShemiramoti, naJehieri, naMatitia, naEriabhi, naBhenaya, naObhedhi-Edhomu, naJeyieri, vane mitengeremwa nembira; Asafi airidza kwazvo makandira.
5Asaph the head, and his second Zechariah; Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-Edom, and Jeiel, with instruments of psalteries, and with harps; and Asaph with cymbals is sounding;
6Bhenaya naJahazieri ndivo vairidza hwamanda nguva dzose pamberi peareka yesungano yaMwari.
6and Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests [are] with trumpets continually before the ark of the covenant of God.
7Zvino nezuva iro Dhavhidhi akatanga kuraira kuti vavonge Jehovha nomuromo waAsafi nehama dzake:
7On that day then hath David given at the beginning to give thanks to Jehovah by the hand of Asaph and his brethren: —
8Vongai Jehovha, mudane zita rake; Zivisai zvaakaita pakati pendudzi dzavanhu.
8Give thanks to Jehovah, call in His name, Make known among the peoples His doings.
9Muimbirei, mumuimbire nziyo dzokukudza; Rondedzerai mabasa ake ose anoshamisa.
9Sing ye to Him, sing psalms to Him, Meditate on all His wonders.
10Zvirumbidzei muzita rake dzvene; moyo yavanotsvaka Jehovha ngaifare kwazvo.
10Boast yourselves in His holy name, Rejoice doth the heart of those seeking Jehovah.
11Tsvakai Jehovha nesimba rake; Tsvakai chiso chake nguva dzose.
11Seek ye Jehovah and His strength, Seek His face continually.
12Rangarirai mabasa ake anoshamisa, aakaita; Zvishamiso zvake, nezvaakatonga nomuromo wake.
12Remember His wonders that He did, His signs, and the judgments of His mouth,
13imwi vana vaIsiraeri, muranda wake, imwi vana vaJakove vasanangurwa vake.
13O seed of Israel, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones!
14Ndiye Jehovha Mwari wedu, Zvaakatonga zviri pasi pose.
14He [is] Jehovah our God, In all the earth [are] His judgments.
15Rangarirai sungano yake nokusingaperi, Iro shoko raakaraira kumarudzi ane chiuru;
15Remember ye to the age His covenant, The word He commanded — To a thousand generations,
16Iyo sungano yaakaita naAbhurahamu, Nemhiko yake kuna Isaka;
16Which He hath made with Abraham, And His oath — to Isaac,
17Akazvisimbisira Jakove, kuti ave mutemo, Kuna Isiraeri kuti ive sungano isingaperi;
17And He establisheth it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel — a covenant age-during.
18Achiti, Ndichakupa iwe nyika yeKanani, uve mugove wenhaka yenyu;
18Saying: To thee I give the land of Canaan, The portion of your inheritance,
19Panguva imwi muchiri varume vashoma pakuverengwa, Zvirokwazvo vashoma kwazvo, navatorwa mairi.
19When ye are few of number, As a little thing, and sojourners in it.
20Vakafamba-famba vachibva kuno rumwe rudzi vachienda kuno rumwe, Nokubva kunoumwe ushe vachienda kunavamwe vanhu.
20And they go up and down, From nation unto nation, And from a kingdom unto another people.
21Haana kutendera munhu kuvaitira zvakaipa; Zvirokwazvo wakatuka madzimambo nokuda kwavo;
21He hath not suffered any to oppress them, And reproveth on their account kings:
22Achiti, Musagunzva vazodzwa vangu, Navaporofita vangu musavaitira chakaipa.
22Come not against Mine anointed ones, And against My prophets do not evil.
23Imbirai Jehovha, pasi pose; Paridzirai kuponesa kwake zuva rimwe nerimwe,
23Sing to Jehovah, all the earth, Proclaim from day unto day His salvation.
24dudzirai kubwinya. kwake. akati pavahedheni, Namabasa ake anoshamisa pakati pendudzi dzose.
24Rehearse among nations His glory, Among all the peoples His wonders.
25nekuti Jehovha mukuru, anofanira kurumbidzwa kwazvo; Iye anofanira kutyiwa kupfuura vamwari vose.
25For great [is] Jehovah, and praised greatly, And fearful He [is] above all gods.
26Nekuti vamwari vose vendudzi zvifananidzo hazvo; Asi Jehovha ndiye akaita kudenga-denga.
26For all gods of the peoples [are] nought, And Jehovah the heavens hath made.
27Kukudzwa noumambo zviri pamberi pake; Simba nomufaro zviri panzvimbo yake;
27Honour and majesty [are] before Him, Strength and joy [are] in His place.
28Ipai Jehovha, imwi ndudzi dzavanhu, Ipai Jehovha kukudzwa nesimba.
28Ascribe to Jehovah, ye families of peoples, Ascribe to Jehovah honour and strength.
29Ipai Jehovha kukudzwa kunofanira zita rake; Uyai nechipiriso, uyai pamberi pake; Namatai kuna Jehovha mune nguvo tsvene.
29Ascribe to Jehovah the honour of His name, Lift up a present, and come before Him. Bow yourselves to Jehovah, In the beauty of holiness.
30Dedera pamberi pake, nyika yose Nyikawo yakasimbiswa kuti irege kuzununguswa.
30Be pained before Him, all the earth:
31Kudenga-denga ngakufare, napasi ngapafarisise; Pakati pendudzi ngavati, Jehovha anobata ushe.
31Also, established is the world, It is not moved! The heavens rejoice, and the earth is glad, And they say among nations: Jehovah hath reigned.
32Gungwa ngaritinhire, nokuzara kwaro; Sango ngarifarisise kwazvo, nezvose zviri mariri;
32Roar doth the sea, and its fulness, Exult doth the field, and all that [is] in it,
33Nguva iyo miti yedondo ichaimba nomufaro pamberi paJehovha; nekuti anouya kuzotonga pasi.
33Then sing do trees of the forest, From the presence of Jehovah, For He hath come to judge the earth!
34Vongai Jehovha; nekuti akanaka; nekuti nyasha dzake dzinogara nokusingaperi.
34Give thanks to Jehovah, for good, For to the age, [is] His kindness,
35Muti, Tiponesei, Mwari woruponeso rwedu, Mutiunganidze pamwechete, mutirwire pandudzi, Kuti tivonge zita renyu dzvene, Tifarisise pakukurumbidzai.
35And say, Save us, O God of our salvation, And gather us, and deliver us from the nations, To give thanks to Thy holy name, To triumph in Thy praise.
36Jehovha Mwari walsiraeri ngaakudzwe, Kubva pakusingaperi kusvikira pakusingaperi. Vanhu vose vakati, Ameni, vakarumbidza Jehovha.
36Blessed [is] Jehovah, God of Israel, From the age and unto the age;` And all the people say, `Amen,` and have given praise to Jehovah.
37Zvino akasiyapo pamberi peareka yesungano yaJ ehovha Asafi nehama dzake, kuti vashumire pamberi peareka nguva dzose, sezvakafanira zuva rimwe nerimwe;
37And he leaveth there before the ark of the covenant of Jehovah, for Asaph and for his brethren, to minister before the ark continually, according to the matter of a day in its day,
38naObhedhi-Edhomu nehama dzavo, makumi matanhatu navasere; naObhedhi-Edhomuwo mwanakomana waJedhutuni, naHosa, kuti vave vatariri vemikova;
38both Obed-Edom and their brethren, sixty and eight, and Obed-Edom son of Jeduthun, and Hosah for gatekeepers,
39nomupristi Zadhoki, nehama dzake vapristi, pamberi petabhenakeri yaJehovha padunhu rakakwirira rakanga riri paGibhiyoni;
39and Zadok the priest, and his brethren the priests, before the tabernacle of Jehovah, in a high place that [is] in Gibeon,
40kuti vabayire Jehovha zvipiriso zvinopiswa, nguva dzose, mangwanani namadeko, paaritari yezvipiriso zvinopiswa, sezvakanyorwa zvose mumurayiro waJehovha, waakaraira Isiraeri;
40to cause to ascend burnt-offerings to Jehovah, on the altar of burnt-offering continually, morning and evening, and for all that is written in the law of Jehovah, that He charged on Israel.
41uye pamwechete navo Hemani naJedhutuni navamwe vakatsaurwa, vakanga varehwa mazita avo, kuti vavonge Jehovha; nekuti nyasha dzake dzinogara nokusingaperi;
41And with them [are] Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen, who were defined by name, to give thanks to Jehovah, for to the age [is] His kindness,
42uye pamwechete navo Hemani naJedhutuni vane hwamanda namakandira, zvaifanira kuridzwa navaridzi, uye zvokuridzira nziyo dzaMwari; uye vanakomana vaJedhutuni kuti vatarire suwo.
42and with them — Heman and Jeduthun — [are] trumpets and cymbals for those sounding, and instruments of the song of God, and the sons of Jeduthun [are] at the gate.
43Vanhu vose vakaenda mumwe nomumwe kumba kwake; Dhavhidhi akadzoka kuzoropafadza imba yake.
43And all the people go, each to his house, and David turneth round to bless his house.
