¹And the second lot goeth out for Simeon, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, for their families; and their inheritance is in the midst of the inheritance of the sons of Judah,

²Panhaka yavo vakanga vane Bheeri-shebha, kana Shebha, neMoradha,

²and they have in their inheritance Beer-Sheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,

³neHazari-shuari, neBhara, neEzemi,

³and Hazar-Shual, and Balah, and Azem,

⁴neEritoradhi, neBheturi, neHoma,

⁴and Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,

⁵neZikiragi, neBheti-marikabhoti, neHazari-susa,

⁵and Ziklag, and Beth-Marcaboth, and Hazar-Susah,

⁶neBheti-rebhaoti, neSharuheni; maguta ane gumi namatatu nemisha yawo.

⁶and Beth-Lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages.

⁷Aini, neRimoni, neEteri, neAshani; maguta mana nemisha yawo ;

⁷Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages;

⁸misha yose yakapoteredza maguta iwayo kusvikira paBhaarati-bheeri, raiva Rama rezasi. Ndiyo yakanga iri nhaka yorudzi rwavana vaSimioni nemhuri dzavo.

⁸also all the villages which [are] round about these cities, unto Baalath-Beer, Ramoth of the south. This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, for their families;

⁹Nhaka yavana vaSimioni yakanga yato rwa pamugove wavana vaJudha, nekuti mugove wavana vaJudha wakange uri mukurusa; naizvozvo vana vaSimioni vakapiwa nhaka pakati penhaka yavo.

⁹out of the portion of the sons of Judah [is] the inheritance of the sons of Simeon, for the portion of the sons of Judah hath been too much for them, and the sons of Simeon inherit in the midst of their inheritance.

¹⁰Mugove wechitatu wakapiwa vana vaZebhuruni, nemhuri dzavo; muganhu wenhaka yavo wakasvika paSaridhi.

¹⁰And the third lot goeth up for the sons of Zebulun, for their families; and the border of their inheritance is unto Sarid,

¹¹Muganhu wavo wakakwira kumavirazuva, kusvikira paMarara, ndokusvikira paDhabhesheti, ndokusvikira kurukova rwaiva pamberi peJokineamu;

¹¹and their border hath gone up towards the sea, and Maralah, and come against Dabbasheth, and come unto the brook which [is] on the front of Jokneam,

¹²kubva paSaridhi wakadzokera kumabvazuva, kunobuda zuva, kusvikira kumuganhu weKisiroti-tabhori, ndokubudira kuDhabherati, ndokukwira Jafia;

¹²and turned back from Sarid eastward, at the sun-rising, by the border of Chisloth-Tabor, and gone out unto Daberath, and gone up to Japhia,

¹³kubva ipapo wakapfuura kumabvazuva uchienda Gatiheferi, kusvikira paEti-kazini, ndokuguma paRimoni, rinosvika paNea;

¹³and thence it hath passed over eastward, to the east, to Gittah-Hepher, [to] Ittah-Kazin, and gone out [to] Rimmon-Methoar to Neah;

¹⁴zvino muganhu ndokudzoka kurutivi rwokumusoro, ndokuenda Hanatoni, ndokuguma pamupata weIfitaeri;

¹⁴and the border hath gone round about it, from the north to Hannathon; and its outgoings have been [in] the valley of Jiphthah-El,

¹⁵neKatati, neNaharari, neShimuroni, neIdhara, neBheterehemu; maguta ane gumi namaviri nemisha yawo.

¹⁵and Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-Lehem; twelve cities and their villages.

¹⁶Ndiyo yakanga iri nhaka yavana vaZebhuruni, nemhuri dzavo, maguta iwayo nemisha yawo.

¹⁶This [is] the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun, for their families, these cities and their villages.

¹⁷Mugove wechina wakapiwa Isakari, ivo vana vaIsakari, nemhuri dzavo.

¹⁷For Issachar hath the fourth lot gone out, for the sons of Issachar, for their families;

¹⁸Muganhu wavo wakasvika paJezireeri, neKesuroti, neShunemi,

¹⁸and their border is [at] Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,

¹⁹neHafaraimi, neShioni, neAnaharoti,

¹⁹and Haphraim, and Shihon, and Anaharath,

²⁰neRabhiti, neKishioni, neEbhesi,

²⁰and Rabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,

²¹neRemeti, neEniganimi, neEni-hadha, neBheti-pazezi;

²¹and Remeth, and En-Gannim, and En-Haddah, and Beth-Pazzez;

²²muganhu ukasvika paTabhori, neShahazuma, neBheti-shemeshi; muganhu ndokugumira paJoridhani; maguta ane gumi namatanhatu nemisha yawo.

²²and the border hath touched against Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth-Shemesh, and the outgoings of their border have been [at] the Jordan; sixteen cities and their villages.

²³Ndiyo yakanga iri nhaka yorudzi rwavana vaIsakari nemhuri dzavo, maguta nemisha yawo.

²³This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, for their families, the cities and their villages.

²⁴Mugove wechishanu wakapiwa rudzi rwavana vaAsheri nemhuri dzavo.

²⁴And the fifth lot goeth out for the tribe of the sons of Asher, for their families;

²⁵Muganhu wavo wakange uri: Harakati, neHari, neBheteni, neAkishafi,

²⁵and their border is Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,

²⁶neMamereki, neAmadhi, neMishari, ndokusvikira paKarimeri kumavirazuva, nokuShihori-ribhinati;

²⁶and Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal; and it toucheth against Carmel westward, and against Shihor-Libnath;

²⁷ndokudzokera kumabvazuva kuBheti-dhagoni ndokusvikira kwaZebhuruni, nokumupata weIfitaeri kumusoro, kusvikira paBheti-emeki, neNeyeri, nokubudira paKabhuri kuruboshwe,

²⁷and hath turned back, at the sun-rising, [to] Beth-Dagon, and come against Zebulun, and against the valley of Jiphthah-El toward the north of Beth-Emek, and Neiel, and hath gone out unto Cabul on the left,

²⁸neEbhuroni, neRehobhi, neHamoni, neKana, kusvikira paZidhoni guru;

²⁸and Hebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, unto great Zidon;

²⁹zvino muganhu ndokudzokera kuRama, nokuguta reTire rakakombwa norusvingo; muganhu ndokudzokera Hosa, ndokuguma pagungwa panyika yeAkizibhi;

²⁹and the border hath turned back to Ramah, and unto the fenced city Tyre; and the border hath turned back to Hosah, and its outgoings are at the sea, from the coast to Achzib,

³⁰uye Uma, neAfeki, neRehobhi; maguta makumi maviri namaviri nemisha yawo.

³⁰and Ummah, and Aphek, and Rehob; twenty and two cities and their villages.

³¹Ndiyo yakanga iri nhaka yorudzi rwavana vaAsheri, nemhuri dzavo maguta iwaya nemisha yawo.

³¹This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Asher, for their families, these cities and their villages.

³²Mugove wechitanhatu wakapiwa vana vaNafutari, ivo vana vaNafutari nemhuri dzavo.

³²For the sons of Naphtali hath the sixth lot gone out, for the sons of Naphtali, for their families;

³³Muganhu wavo wakabva paHerefi, kubva pamuouki weZaananimi, neAdhami-nekebhi, neJabhuneeri, kusvikira paRakumi, ndokuguma paJoridhani;

³³and their border is from Heleph, from Allon in Zaanannim, and Adami, Nekeb, and Jabneel, unto Lakkum, and its outgoings are [at] the Jordan;

³⁴ipapo muganhu wakadzoka kumabvazuva, ndokuenda Azinoti-tabhori; ndokubvapo, ndokuenda Hukoki; ndokusvika kwaZebhuruni kurutivi rwezasi, ndokusvika kwaAsheri kumavirazuva, ndokusvika kwaJudha paJoridhani kumabvazuva.

³⁴and the border hath turned back westward [to] Aznoth-Tabor, and gone out thence to Hukkok, and touched against Zebulun on the south, and against Asher it hath touched on the west, and against Judah [at] the Jordan, at the sun-rising;

³⁵Maguta akanga akakombwa namasvingo akanga ari Zidhimu, neZera, neHamati, neRakati, neKinereti,

³⁵and the cities of defence [are] Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,

³⁶neAdhama, neRama, neHazori,

³⁶and Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,

³⁷neKedheshi, neEdhirei, neEni-harori,

³⁷and Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-Hazor,

³⁸neIroni, neMigadhari-eri, neHoremu, neBheti-anati, neBheti-shemeshi; maguta ane gumi namapfumbamwe, nemisha yawo.

³⁸and Iron, and Migdal-El, Horem, and Beth-Anath, and Beth-Shemesh; nineteen cities and their villages.

³⁹Ndiyo yakanga iri nhaka yorudzi rwavana vaNafutari nemhuri dzavo, maguta iwaya nemisha yawo.

³⁹This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, for their families, the cities and their villages.

⁴⁰Mugove wechinomwe wakapiwa rudzi rwavana vaDhani nemhuri dzavo.

⁴⁰For the tribe of the sons of Dan, for their families, hath the seventh lot gone out;

⁴¹Muganhu wenhaka yavo wakange uri Zora, neEshitaori, neIri-shemeshi;

⁴¹and the border of their inheritance is Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-Shemesh,

⁴²neShaarabhini, neAjaroni, neItira,

⁴²and Shalabbin, and Aijalon, and Jethlah,

⁴³neEroni, neTimuna, neEkironi,

⁴³and Elon, and Thimnathah, and Ekron,

⁴⁴neEriteke, neGibhetoni, neBhaarati,

⁴⁴and Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalath,

⁴⁵neJehudhi, neBheni-bheraki, neGati-rimoni,

⁴⁵and Jehud, and Bene-Barak, and Gath-Rimmon,

⁴⁶neMejarikoni, neRakoni, nenyika yakatarisana neJopa.

⁴⁶and Me-Jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border over-against Japho.

⁴⁷Asi nyika yavana vaDhani yakanga iri dukusa; naizvozvo vana vaDhani vakandorwa neReshemi, vakarikunda, vakariparadza neminondo inopinza, vakapiwa guta iro, vakagaramo; vakatumidza Reshemi zita rinonzi Dhani, zita rababa vavo Dhani.

⁴⁷And the border of the sons of Dan goeth out from them, and the sons of Dan go up and fight with Leshem, and capture it, and smite it by the mouth of the sword, and possess it, and dwell in it, and call Leshem, Dan, according to the name of Dan their father.

⁴⁸Ndiyo yakanga iri

⁴⁸This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan, for their families, these cities and their villages.

⁴⁹Naizvozvo vakapedza kugovera nyika, yakanga iri nhaka yavo nemiganhu yayo; vana vaIsiraeri vakapa Joshua mwanakomana waNuni nhaka yake pakati pavo;

⁴⁹And they finish to give the land in inheritance, by its borders, and the sons of Israel give an inheritance to Joshua son of Nun in their midst;

⁵⁰sezvavakanga varairwa naJehovha, vakamupa guta raakakumbira, Timunati-sera, panyika yamakomo yaEfuremu; akavaka guta iro, akagaramo.

⁵⁰by the command of Jehovah they have given to him the city which he asked, Timnath-Serah, in the hill-country of Ephraim, and he buildeth the city and dwelleth in it.

⁵¹Ndidzo nhaka dzakagoverwa nemijenya paShiro pamberi paJehovha, pamukova wetende rokusangana, nomupristi Ereazari, naJoshua mwanakomana waNuni, navakuru vedzimba dzamadzibaba amarudzi avana valsiraeri, kuti dzive nhaka dzavo. Naizvozvo vakapedza kugovera nyika.

⁵¹These [are] the inheritances which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the sons of Israel, have caused to inherit by lot, in Shiloh, before Jehovah, at the opening of the tent of meeting; and they finish to apportion the land.
