2Who are standing in the house of Jehovah, In the courts of the house of our God.
3Rumbidzai Jehovha; nekuti Jehovha akanaka; Imbirai zita rake nziyo dzokurumbidza; nekuti ndizvo zvinofadza.
3Praise ye Jah! for Jehovah [is] good, Sing praise to His name, for [it is] pleasant.
4nekuti Jehovha akazvisanangurira Jakove, NaIsiraeri kuti ave fuma yake chaiyo.
4For Jacob hath Jah chosen for Himself, Israel for His peculiar treasure.
5nekuti ndinoziva kuti Jehovha . mukuru, Uye kuti Ishe wedu ari kumusoro kwavamwari vose.
5For I have known that great [is] Jehovah, Yea, our Lord [is] above all gods.
6Zvose zvaakada kuita Jehovha akazviita, Kudenga napasi, nomumakungwa napakadzika pose.
6All that Jehovah pleased He hath done, In the heavens and in earth, In the seas and all deep places,
7Anokwidza makore pamigumo yapasi; Anoita mheni kuuyisa mvura; Anobudisa mhepo panovigwa fuma yake.
7Causing vapours to ascend from the end of the earth, Lightnings for the rain He hath made, Bringing forth wind from His treasures.
8Ndiye akaparadza matangwe Avanhu neezvipfuwo.
8Who smote the first-born of Egypt, From man unto beast.
9Akatuma zviratidzo nezvishamiso mukati mako, iwe Egipita, Pamusoro paFarao napamusoro pavaranda vake vose.
9He sent tokens and wonders into thy midst, O Egypt, On Pharaoh and on all his servants.
10Ndiye akaparadza ndudzi zhinji, Nokuuraya madzimambo anesimba.
10Who smote many nations, and slew strong kings,
11Sihoni mambo wavaAmori, NaOgi mambo weBhashani, Noushe hwose bweKanani;
11Even Sihon king of the Amorite, And Og king of Bashan, And all kingdoms of Canaan.
12Akapa nyika yavo ive nhaka, Ive nhaka yaIsiraeri vanhu vake.
12And He gave their land an inheritance, An inheritance to Israel His people,
13Zita renyu, Jehovha, riripo nokusingaperi; Munorangarirwa Jehovha, kusvikira kumarudzi namarudzi.
13O Jehovah, Thy name [is] to the age, O Jehovah, Thy memorial to all generations.
14nekuti Jehovha achatonga vanhu vake, Nokuzvidemba pamusoro pavaranda vake.
14For Jehovah doth judge His people, And for His servants comforteth Himself.
15Zvifananidzo zvavahedheni isirivha nendarama, Mubato wamaoko avanhu.
15The idols of the nations [are] silver and gold, Work of the hands of man.
16Zvinemiromo, asi hazvitauri; Nameso zvinawo, asi hazvioni;
16A mouth they have, and they speak not, Eyes they have, and they see not,
17Zvinenzeve, asi hazvinzwi; Hakuna kufema pamiromo yazvo.
17Ears they have, and they give not ear, Nose — there is no breath in their mouth!
18Vanozviita vachafanana nazvo; Zvirokwazvo, navose vanovimba nazvo.
18Like them are their makers, Every one who is trusting in them.
19imwi veimba yalsiraeri, rumbidzai Jehovha; imwi veimba yaAroni, rumbidzai Jehovha;
19O house of Israel, bless ye Jehovah, O house of Aaron, bless ye Jehovah,
20imwi veimba yaRevhi, rumbidzai Jehovha; imwi vanotya Jehovha, rumbidzai Jehovha.
20O house of Levi, bless ye Jehovah, Those fearing Jehovah, bless ye Jehovah.
21Jehovha ngaarumbidzwe paZiyoni, Iye agere Jerusaremu. Hareruya!
21Blessed [is] Jehovah from Zion, Inhabiting Jerusalem — praise ye Jah!
