15and saying, The time is fulfilled and the kingdom of God has drawn nigh; repent and believe in the glad tidings.

22And they were astonished at his doctrine, for he taught them as having authority, and not as the scribes.
23Zvino kwaiva musinagoge ravo nemunhu wakange ane mweya wetsvina, akadanidzira,
23And there was in their synagogue a man [possessed] by an unclean spirit, and he cried out
24achiti: Regai, tinei nemwi, Jesu weNazareta? Mauya kuzotiparadza here? Ndinokuzivai kuti ndimwi ani: Mutsvene waMwari.
24saying, Eh! what have we to do with thee, Jesus, Nazarene? Art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the holy one of God.
25Jesu ndokumutsiura achiti: Nyarara, ubude maari!
25And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace and come out of him.
26Zvino mweya wetsvina wakati amugwinhisa, ndokudanidzira nenzwi guru, akabuda kwaari.

27And all were amazed, so that they questioned together among themselves, saying, What is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority he commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.
28Zvino pakarepo shoko rake rikabudira panyika yose yakapoteredza Garirea.
28And his fame went out straightway into the whole region of Galilee around.
