1Give ye thanks to Jehovah — call ye in His name, Make known among the peoples His acts.
2Isaga u gabya, oo ammaan ugu gabya, Shuqulladiisa yaabka badan oo dhanna ka hadla.
2Sing ye to Him — sing praise to Him, Meditate ye on all His wonders.
3Ku faana magiciisa quduuska ah, Kuwa Rabbiga doondoona qalbigoodu ha reyreeyo.
3Boast yourselves in His Holy Name, The heart of those seeking Jehovah rejoiceth.
4Rabbiga iyo xooggiisa doondoona, Oo weligiinba wejigiisa doondoona.
4Seek ye Jehovah and His strength, Seek ye His face continually.
5Xusuusta shuqulladiisii yaabka badnaa oo uu sameeyey, Iyo cajaa'ibyadiisii iyo xukummadii afkiisa,
5Remember His wonders that He did, His signs and the judgments of His mouth.
6Kuwiinna farcankii addoonkiisii Ibraahim ahow, Kuwiisa uu doortay oo reer Yacquub ahow.
6O seed of Abraham, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones.
7Isagu waa Rabbiga Ilaaheenna ah, Xukummadiisuna waxay ku jiraan dhulka oo dhan.
7He [is] Jehovah our God, In all the earth [are] His judgments.
8Axdigiisuu soo xusuustay weligiisba, Kaasoo ah hadalkiisii uu kun farcan ku amray,
8He hath remembered to the age His covenant, The word He commanded to a thousand generations,
9Kaasu waa axdigii uu Ibraahim la dhigtay, Oo uu Isxaaq ugu dhaartay,
9That He hath made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac,
10Oo isla kaas wuxuu u adkeeyey oo qaynuun uga dhigay Yacquub, Oo Israa'iilna wuxuu uga dhigay axdi weligiis jiraya,
10And doth establish it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel — a covenant age-during,
11Oo wuxuu ku yidhi, Dalka Kancaan waxaan kuu siinayaa Inuu ahaado qaybtii dhaxalkiinna,
11Saying, `To thee I give the land of Canaan, The portion of your inheritance,`
12Markay dad tiro yar ahaayeen, Oo ay aad u yaraayeen, qariibna dalka ku ahaayeen,
12In their being few in number, But a few, and sojourners in it.
13Oo iyagu quruunba quruun bay uga bexeen, Oo intay boqortooyo ka tageen ayay dad kale u gudbeen.
13And they go up and down, from nation unto nation, From a kingdom unto another people.
14Isagu ninna uma oggolaanin inuu wax yeelo, Haah, oo daraaddood ayuu boqorro u canaantay,
14He hath not suffered any to oppress them And He reproveth for their sakes kings.
15Oo wuxuu ku yidhi, Ha taabanina kuwayga subkan, Oo nebiyadaydana waxba ha yeelina.
15`Strike not against Mine anointed, And to My prophets do not evil.`
16Dhulkiina abaar buu ugu yeedhay inay ku dhacdo, Ushii cuntada oo ay ku tiirsanaayeen oo dhanna wuu wada jebiyey.
16And He calleth a famine on the land, The whole staff of bread He hath broken.
17Oo nin buu iyaga ka sii hor diray, Kaas oo ahaa Yuusuf oo loo iibiyey addoon ahaan.
17He hath sent before them a man, For a servant hath Joseph been sold.
18Cagihiisii waxay ku xanuujiyeen bircago, Oo naftiisii waxay gashay silsilado bir ah,
18They have afflicted with fetters his feet, Iron hath entered his soul,
19Ilaa wakhtigii eraygiisu noqday Eraygii Rabbiga ayaa isaga tijaabiyey.
19Till the time of the coming of His word The saying of Jehovah hath tried him.
20Markaasaa boqorkii u cid diray oo furay, Kaas oo ahaa taliyihii dadyowga, wuuna sii daayay.
20The king hath sent, and looseth him, The ruler of the peoples, and draweth him out.
21Oo wuxuu isagii ka dhigay sayidkii reerkiisa, Iyo taliyihii maalkiisa oo dhan,
21He hath made him lord of his house, And ruler over all his possessions.
22Inuu amiirradiisa xidho markuu doonayoba, Oo uu odayaashiisana xigmad baro.
22To bind his chiefs at his pleasure, And his elders he maketh wise.
23Israa'iilna wuxuu yimid dalkii Masar, Yacquubna wuxuu qariib ahaan u joogay dalkii Xaam.
23And Israel cometh in to Egypt, And Jacob hath sojourned in the land of Ham.
24Oo isagu dadkiisii aad buu u badiyey, Oo wuxuu ka dhigay inay ka xoog bataan cadaawayaashoodii.
24And He maketh His people very fruitful, And maketh it mightier than its adversaries.
25Qalbigoodii wuxuu u beddelay si ay dadkiisa u nebcaadaan, Iyo si ay addoommadiisa u khiyaaneeyaan.
25He turned their heart to hate His people, To conspire against His servants.
26Wuxuu u soo diray addoonkiisii Muuse, Iyo Haaruun oo uu doortay.
26He hath sent Moses His servant, Aaron whom He had fixed on.
27Oo waxay dhexdooda ku sameeyeen calaamooyinkiisii, Oo dalkii Xaamna waxay ku sameeyeen yaabab.
27They have set among them the matters of His signs, And wonders in the land of Ham.
28Wuxuu u soo diray gudcur, dalkiina gudcur buu ka dhigay, Oo iyana hadalkiisii kuma ay caasiyoobin.
28He hath sent darkness, and it is dark, And they have not provoked His word.
29Biyahoodii wuxuu u beddelay dhiig, Oo kalluunkoodiina wuu wada laayay.
29He hath turned their waters to blood, And putteth to death their fish.
30Rahyo waa ku bateen dhulkoodii Iyo qolalka boqorkoodiiba.
30Teemed hath their land [with] frogs, In the inner chambers of their kings.
31Isagu waa hadlay, markaasaa waddankoodii oo dhan Waxaa yimid duqsi faro badan iyo injir.
31He hath said, and the beetle cometh, Lice into all their border.
32Oo roob ahaan wuxuu u siiyey roob dhagaxyaale, Dalkoodiina wuxuu ku soo daayay dab ololaya.
32He hath made their showers hail, A flaming fire [is] in their land.
33Wuxuu wax ku dhuftay geedahoodii canabka ahaa iyo geedahoodii berdaha ahaaba, Oo dhirtii waddankooda ku tiilna wuu jejebiyey.
33And He smiteth their vine and their fig, And shivereth the trees of their border.
34Wuu hadlay, markaasaa waxaa yimid ayax, Iyo diir aan la tirin karin,
34He hath said, and the locust cometh, And the cankerworm — innumerable,
35Oo waxay wada cuneen geedo yaryar oo kasta oo dalkooda ku yiil, Wayna dhammaysteen midhihii dhulkooda.
35And it consumeth every herb in their land, And it consumeth the fruit of their ground.
36Oo weliba wuxuu wada laayay curadyadii dalkooda oo dhan, Kuwaas oo ahaa bilowgii xooggooda.
36And He smiteth every first-born in their land, The first-fruit of all their strength,
37Oo wuxuu dibadda u bixiyey reer binu Israa'iil iyagoo wata lacag iyo dahab, Oo qabiilooyinkiisiina mid taagdarani kuma uu jirin.
37And bringeth them out with silver and gold, And there is not in its tribes a feeble one.
38Reer Masarna way ku farxeen kolkay ambabbexeen, Waayo, cabsidoodii baa ku dhacday.
38Rejoiced hath Egypt in their going forth, For their fear had fallen upon them.
39Wuxuu korkooda ku kala bixiyey daruur inay qariso, Iyo dab habeenkii iftiin u noqda.
39He hath spread a cloud for a covering, And fire to enlighten the night.
40Wax bay weyddiisteen, markaasuu u keenay digaag duur, Oo wuxuu ka dhergiyey kibistii samada.
40They have asked, and He bringeth quails, And [with] bread of heaven satisfieth them.
41Dhagaxii ayuu dillaaciyey, markaasay biyo ka soo buqdeen, Oo meelihii engegnaa ayay ku durdureen sidii webi oo kale.
41He hath opened a rock, and waters issue, They have gone on in dry places — a river.
42Waayo, wuxuu soo xusuustay eraygiisii quduuska ahaa, Oo uu kula hadlay addoonkiisii Ibraahim.
42For He hath remembered His holy word, With Abraham His servant,
43Dadkiisiina wuxuu soo bixiyey iyagoo faraxsan, Kuwii uu doortayna iyagoo gabyaya.
43And He bringeth forth His people with joy, With singing His chosen ones.
44Oo wuxuu iyagii siiyey dalalkii quruumaha, Oo iyana waxay hanti ahaan u qaadeen waxay dadyowgu ku hawshoodeen,Inay amarradiisa dhawraan, Oo ay qaynuunnadiisa xajiyaan. Rabbiga ammaana.
44And He giveth to them the lands of nations, And the labour of peoples they possess,
45Inay amarradiisa dhawraan, Oo ay qaynuunnadiisa xajiyaan. Rabbiga ammaana.
45That they may observe His statutes, And His laws may keep. Praise ye Jehovah!
