⁴They have said, `Come, And we cut them off from [being] a nation, And the name of Israel is not remembered any more.`

⁵Waayo, iyagoo isku waafaqsan ayay ku arrinsadeen, Oo axdi kaa gees ah ayay isla dhigtaan,

⁵For they consulted in heart together, Against Thee a covenant they make,

⁶Teendhooyinkii reer Edom iyo reer Ismaaciil, Iyo reer Moo'aab iyo reer Hagariim,

⁶Tents of Edom, and Ishmaelites, Moab, and the Hagarenes,

⁷Reer Gebal iyo reer Cammoon iyo reer Camaaleq, Reer Falastiin iyo kuwii Turos degganaa,

⁷Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek, Philistia with inhabitants of Tyre,

⁸Oo xataa reer Ashuurna way ku darsameen, Oo waxay kaalmeeyeen ilma Luud. (Selaah)

⁸Asshur also is joined with them, They have been an arm to sons of Lot. Selah.

⁹Iyaga ku samee wixii aad ku samaysay reer Midyaan, Iyo Siiseraa iyo Yaabiin markii ay ag joogeen Webi Qiishoon,

⁹Do to them as [to] Midian, As [to] Sisera, as [to] Jabin, at the stream Kishon.

¹⁰Waxay ku halligmeen Ceyn Door, Oo waxay dhulka u noqdeen digo.

¹⁰They were destroyed at Endor, They were dung for the ground!

¹¹Nimankooda gobta ah oo dhan waxaad ka dhigtaa sida Cooreeb iyo Se'eeb, Oo amiirradooda oo dhanna sida Sebah iyo Salmunnac,

¹¹Make their nobles as Oreb and as Zeeb, And as Zebah and Zalmunna all their princes,

¹²Kuwaas oo isyidhi, War aan iska qaadanno oo hantinno Ilaah degmooyinkiisa.

¹²Who have said, `Let us occupy for ourselves The comely places of God.`

¹³Ilaahayow, iyaga ka dhig sida boodhka warwareega, Iyo sida xaab dabaysha ka horreeya,

¹³O my God, make them as a rolling thing, As stubble before wind.

¹⁴Sida dabka duurka guba, Iyo sida ololka buuraha huriya,

¹⁴As a fire doth burn a forest, And as a flame setteth hills on fire,

¹⁵Sidaasoo kale iyaga duufaankaaga ku eri, Hufadaadana ku cabsii.

¹⁵So dost Thou pursue them with Thy whirlwind, And with Thy hurricane troublest them.

¹⁶Rabbiyow, wejigoodu wareer ha ka buuxsamo, Si ay magacaaga u doondoonaan.

¹⁶Fill their faces [with] shame, And they seek Thy name, O Jehovah.

¹⁷Weligood ha ceeboobeen, hana baqeen, Ha wareereen, hana baabbe'een,Si ay u ogaadaan in adigoo magacaagu Ilaah yahay Aad tahay Ilaaha ugu sarreeya dunida oo dhan.

¹⁷They are ashamed and troubled for ever, Yea, they are confounded and lost.

¹⁸Si ay u ogaadaan in adigoo magacaagu Ilaah yahay Aad tahay Ilaaha ugu sarreeya dunida oo dhan.

¹⁸And they know that Thou — (Thy name [is] Jehovah — by Thyself,) [Art] the Most High over all the earth!
