1 Corinthians

14

1Jacaylka raaca, oo weliba hadiyadaha Ruuxa ka yimaada aad u doona, oo siiba doona inaad wax sii sheegtaan.
1Follow after love, and earnestly desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.
2Waayo, kii af uusan aqoon ku hadlaa, lama hadlo dadka, wuxuuse la hadlaa Ilaah, waayo, ninna ma garto; laakiin Ruuxa ayaa waxyaalaha qarsoon kaga dhex hadliya.
2For he who speaks in another language speaks not to men, but to God; for no one understands; but in the Spirit he speaks mysteries.
3Laakiin kii wax sii sheegaa wuxuu dadka kula hadlaa hadallo wax dhisa oo gargaar iyo qalbiqaboojis leh.
3But he who prophesies speaks to men for their edification, exhortation, and consolation.
4Kii af uusan aqoon ku hadlaa wuu isdhisaa, laakiin kii wax sii sheegaa wuxuu dhisaa kiniisadda.
4He who speaks in another language edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the assembly.
5Now I desire to have you all speak with other languages, but rather that you would prophesy. For he is greater who prophesies than he who speaks with other languages, unless he interprets, that the assembly may be built up.
6Laakiin hadda, walaalayaalow, haddaan idiin imaado, anigoo afaf ku hadlaya, maxaan idiin tari doonaa, haddaanan idinkula hadlin muujin ama aqoon ama wax sii sheegid ama waxbarid?
6But now, brothers, if I come to you speaking with other languages, what would I profit you, unless I speak to you either by way of revelation, or of knowledge, or of prophesying, or of teaching?
7Xataa waxyaalo aan naf lahayni markay dhawaaqaan, ha ahaadeen ama biibiile ama kataarad, haddaanay dhawaaqa kala soocin, sidee baa loo kala garanayaa waxa la yeedhiyo ama waxa kataaradda laga dhawaajiyo?
7Even things without life, giving a voice, whether pipe or harp, if they didn’t give a distinction in the sounds, how would it be known what is piped or harped?
8Hadduu buunku ku dhawaaqo cod aan la kala garan, yaa dagaal isu diyaargarayn doona?
8For if the trumpet gave an uncertain sound, who would prepare himself for war?
9Sidaasoo kalena idinku markaad af ku hadashaan haddaydnan ku hadlin hadal la garto, sidee baa loo garanayaa waxa lagu hadlayo? Waayo, dabayshaad la hadlaysaan.
9So also you, unless you uttered by the tongue words easy to understand, how would it be known what is spoken? For you would be speaking into the air.
10Mindhaa waxaa dunida jira codad badan oo kala cayn ah, oo mid aan micne lahayni ma jiro.
10There are, it may be, so many kinds of sounds in the world, and none of them is without meaning.
11Haddaba haddaanan garanaynin micnaha codka, waxaan kii hadlaya u ahaan doonaa nin qalaad, kan hadlayaana nin qalaad ayuu ii ahaan doonaa.
11If then I don’t know the meaning of the sound, I would be to him who speaks a foreigner, and he who speaks would be a foreigner to me.
12Sidaasoo kale idinkuna, idinkoo ku kulul hadiyadaha ruuxa, aad u dadaala inaad hadiyado badan u lahaataan kiniisadda dhisniinteeda.
12So also you, since you are zealous for spiritual gifts, seek that you may abound to the building up of the assembly.
13Sidaa daraaddeed kii af ku hadlaa, Ilaah ha ka baryo si uu u fasiro.
13Therefore let him who speaks in another language pray that he may interpret.
14Waayo, haddaan Ilaah af aanan oqoon ku baryo, ruuxayga ayaa barya, laakiin garashadaydu faa'iido ma leh.
14For if I pray in another language, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful.
15Maxaa jira haddaba? Ruuxa ayaan Ilaah ku baryi doonaa, laakiin waxaan kaloo isaga ku baryi doonaa garashada. Ruuxa ayaan ku heesi doonaa, oo garashadana waan ku heesi doonaa.
15What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also. I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.
16Haddii kale haddaad ruuxa ku ducaysid, kii meesha jooga oo aan garanaynin, sidee buu u odhan doonaa, Aamiin, markaad mahad naqaysid, hadduusan garanaynin waxaad leedahay?
16Otherwise if you bless with the spirit, how will he who fills the place of the unlearned say the “Amen” at your giving of thanks, seeing he doesn’t know what you say?
17Si wanaagsan baad u mahad naqdaa, laakiin kan kale ma dhisna.
17For you most certainly give thanks well, but the other person is not built up.
18Waxaan Ilaah ugu mahad naqayaa inaan afaf ku hadlo intaad dhammaantiin ku hadashaan in ka badan,
18I thank my God, I speak with other languages more than you all.
19laakiin kiniisadda dhexdeeda, meeshii aan toban kun oo eray af kaga hadli lahaa, waxaan ka jeclaan lahaa inaan shan eray garashadayda ku hadlo inaan kuwa kalena wax baro.
19However in the assembly I would rather speak five words with my understanding, that I might instruct others also, than ten thousand words in another language.
20Walaalayaalow, carruur ha ka noqonina xagga maanka, xagga xumaantase dhallaan ka ahaada, laakiin xagga maanka dad waaweyn ka ahaada.
20Brothers, don’t be children in thoughts, yet in malice be babies, but in thoughts be mature.
21Waxaa sharciga ku qoran, Waxaan dadkan kula hadli doonaa afaf qalaad iyo bushimo dad kale, oo xataa sidaa daraaddeed ima maqli doonaan, ayuu Rabbigu leeyahay.
21In the law it is written, “By men of strange languages and by the lips of strangers I will speak to this people. Not even thus will they hear me, says the Lord.”
22Haddaba afafku calaamo uma aha kuwa rumaysta ee waxay calaamo u yihiin kuwa aan rumaysan, wax sii sheegidduse calaamo uma aha kuwa aan rumaysan, laakiin waxay calaamo u tahay kuwa rumaysta.
22Therefore other languages are for a sign, not to those who believe, but to the unbelieving; but prophesying is for a sign, not to the unbelieving, but to those who believe.
23Haddaba haddii kiniisadda oo dhammu isu timaado, oo ay ku wada hadlaan afaf, oo haddii dad aan garanaynin ama aan rumaysanayni soo galaan, miyaanay odhanaynin, Waad waalan tihiin?
23If therefore the whole assembly is assembled together and all speak with other languages, and unlearned or unbelieving people come in, won’t they say that you are crazy?
24Laakiin hadday dhammaantood wax sii sheegaan oo uu u yimaado mid aan rumaysanayn ama aan garanaynini, isaga waa la wada canaantaa, oo la wada xukumaa.
24But if all prophesy, and someone unbelieving or unlearned comes in, he is reproved by all, and he is judged by all.
25Waxyaalaha qarsoon ee qalbigiisa waa la muujiyaa, oo taa aawadeed wejigiisuu u dhici doonaa oo Ilaah ayuu caabudi doonaa isagoo odhanaya, Runtii Ilaah waa idin dhex joogaa.
25And thus the secrets of his heart are revealed. So he will fall down on his face and worship God, declaring that God is among you indeed.
26Maxaa jira haddaba, walaalayaalow? Markaad isu timaadaan, mid kasta hees sabuur ah buu leeyahay, midna waxbarid buu leeyahay, midna muujin buu leeyahay, midna af buu leeyahay, midna fasiraad buu leeyahay. Wax walba ha loo sameeyo dhisniin.
26What is it then, brothers? When you come together, each one of you has a psalm, has a teaching, has a revelation, has another language, has an interpretation. Let all things be done to build each other up.
27Haddii nin uun af ku hadlo, ha ahaadeen laba, ama hadday u bataan, saddex, oo midba markiisa ha hadlo, midna ha fasiro,
27If any man speaks in another language, let it be two, or at the most three, and in turn; and let one interpret.
28laakiin haddaan mid fasiraa jirin, kiniisadda ha ka aamusnaado, oo isagu ha la hadlo qudhiisa iyo Ilaah.
28But if there is no interpreter, let him keep silent in the assembly, and let him speak to himself, and to God.
29Nebiyadana laba ama saddex ha hadleen, kuwa kalena ha kala xukumeen waxay leeyihiin.
29Let the prophets speak, two or three, and let the others discern.
30Laakiin haddii wax loo muujiyo mid ag fadhiya, kii hore ha aamuso.
30But if a revelation is made to another sitting by, let the first keep silent.
31Waayo, dhammaantiin mid mid baad wax u sii wada sheegi kartaan, si ay dhammaan wax u bartaan oo dhammaan loogu wada gargaaro.
31For you all can prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be exhorted.
32Oo ruuxyada nebiyadu waa ka dambeeyaan nebiyada.
32The spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets,
33Waayo, Ilaah ma aha Ilaaha iskuqasnaanta, laakiin waa kan nabadda. Kiniisadaha quduusiinta oo dhan dhexdoodana waa sidaas oo kale.
33for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace. As in all the assemblies of the saints,
34Dumarku markay kiniisadaha joogaan ha aamuseen, waayo, looma fasixin inay hadlaan; laakiin ha dambeeyeen, sida uu sharcigu leeyahay.
34let your wives keep silent in the assemblies, for it has not been permitted for them to speak; but let them be in subjection, as the law also says.
35Hadday doonayaan inay wax bartaan, nimankooda ha ku weyddiiyeen guriga, maxaa yeelay, waa ku ceeb naag inay kiniisadda dhexdeeda ku hadasho.
35If they desire to learn anything, let them ask their own husbands at home, for it is shameful for a woman to chatter in the assembly.
36Maxaa jira! Ma idinkay ahaayeen kuwii uu ereyga Ilaah ka soo baxay, mise keligiin buu idiin yimid?
36What? Was it from you that the word of God went out? Or did it come to you alone?
37Nin uun hadduu isu maleeyo inuu nebi yahay, ama mid Ruuxa raaca, ha garto waxyaalahaan idiin soo qorayo inay yihiin qaynuunka Rabbiga.
37If any man thinks himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him recognize the things which I write to you, that they are the commandment of the Lord.
38Nin uuni hadduusan ogayn tan, isagana lama yaqaan.
38But if anyone is ignorant, let him be ignorant.
39Taa aawadeed, walaalahayow, ku dadaala inaad wax sii sheegtaan, hana diidina in afaf lagu hadlo, laakiin wax walba ha loo sameeyo si habboon oo hagaagsan.
39Therefore, brothers, desire earnestly to prophesy, and don’t forbid speaking with other languages.
40laakiin wax walba ha loo sameeyo si habboon oo hagaagsan.
40Let all things be done decently and in order.
