1Markaasaa Ayuub u jawaabay oo wuxuu ku yidhi,
1Then Job answered,
2Maqla oo warkayga aad u dhegaysta, Oo tanuna ha noqoto wixii aad igu qalbiqabowjisaan.
2“Listen diligently to my speech. Let this be your consolation.
3Bal mar ii oggolaada aan hadlee, Oo kolkii aan hadlo dabadeed iska sii majaajilooda.
3Allow me, and I also will speak; After I have spoken, mock on.
4Balse anigu ma dad baan ka ashtakoonayaa? Maxaan u ahaan waayay mid aan dulqaadan?
4As for me, is my complaint to man? Why shouldn’t I be impatient?
5Bal i eega, oo yaaba, Oo afkiinna gacanta saara.
5Look at me, and be astonished. Lay your hand on your mouth.
6Oo xataa markaan soo xusuusto waan welwelaa, Oo jidhkaygana waa hoog iyo ba'.
6When I remember, I am troubled. Horror takes hold of my flesh.
7Bal maxay kuwa sharka ahu u noolaanayaan? Oo ay u gaboobayaan? Balse maxay xoog badan u yeeshaan?
7“Why do the wicked live, become old, yes, and grow mighty in power?
8Farcankoodu iyagoo la jooga hortooduu ku xoogaystaa, Oo dhashoodiina hortooday ku dhisan yihiin.
8Their child is established with them in their sight, their offspring before their eyes.
9Reerahoodu cabsi way ka ammaan galeen, Oo ushii Ilaahna iyaga ma kor saarna.
9Their houses are safe from fear, neither is the rod of God upon them.
10Dibidoodu way dhalaan, oo marnaba madhalays ma noqdaan, Sacyahooduna way dhalaan, dhicis mana keenaan.
10Their bulls breed without fail. Their cows calve, and don’t miscarry.
11Dhallaankooda dibadday u baxshaan sidii adhi oo kale, Oo carruurtooduna way cayaaraan.
11They send forth their little ones like a flock. Their children dance.
12Waxay ku gabyaan daf iyo kataarad, Oo dhawaaqa biibiilaha way ku reyreeyaan.
12They sing to the tambourine and harp, and rejoice at the sound of the pipe.
13Cimrigooda waxay ku dhammaystaan barwaaqo, Oo dabadeedna daqiiqad ayay She'ool ku dhaadhacaan.
13They spend their days in prosperity. In an instant they go down to Sheol Sheol is the place of the dead. .
14Laakiin waxay Ilaah ku yidhaahdeen, War naga tag, Waayo, dooni mayno aqoonta jidadkaaga.
14They tell God, ‘Depart from us, for we don’t want to know about your ways.
15Waa maxay Ilaaha Qaadirka ah, oo aan u adeegayno? Balse maxaa faa'iido ah oo aannu ka helaynaa, haddaan isaga u tukanno?
15What is the Almighty, that we should serve him? What profit should we have, if we pray to him?’
16Bal eeg, barwaaqadoodii gacantooda kuma jirto, Kuwa sharka ahna taladoodu way iga fog tahay.
16Behold, their prosperity is not in their hand. The counsel of the wicked is far from me.
17Immisa jeer baa laambadda kuwa sharka ah la demiyaa? Oo immisa jeer baa belaayo ku kor degtaa? Oo immisa jeer baa Ilaah isagoo cadhaysan xanuun u qaybiyaa?
17“How often is it that the lamp of the wicked is put out, that their calamity comes on them, that God distributes sorrows in his anger?
18Oo ay sababtaas aawadeed u noqdaan sidii xaab dabayl ka horreeya, Iyo sidii buunshe uu duufaanu kaxeeyo?
18How often is it that they are as stubble before the wind, as chaff that the storm carries away?
19Idinku waxaad tidhaahdaan, Ilaah xumaantiisii wuxuu u kaydiyaa sharrowga carruurtiisa. Haddaba isagu sharrowga ha ugu abaal gudo si uu laftigiisu u ogaado aawadeed.
19You say, ‘God lays up his iniquity for his children.’ Let him recompense it to himself, that he may know it.
20Indhihiisu ha arkeen halligaaddiisa, Oo isagu ha cabbo Ilaaha Qaadirka ah cadhadiisa.
20Let his own eyes see his destruction. Let him drink of the wrath of the Almighty.
21Waayo, waa maxay farxadda uu reerkiisa ka helo, Markii cimrigiisa dhexda laga gooyo?
21For what does he care for his house after him, when the number of his months is cut off?
22Bal ma Ilaah baa wax la baraa? Maxaa yeelay, isagaa xukuma xataa kuwa sare.
22“Shall any teach God knowledge, since he judges those who are high?
23Mid baa dhinta isagoo xooggiisu ku dhan yahay, Oo istareexsan oo xasilloon,
23One dies in his full strength, being wholly at ease and quiet.
24Oo aad u buuran, Oo dhuuxa lafihiisuna qoyan yahay.
24His pails are full of milk. The marrow of his bones is moistened.
25Oo mid kalena wuxuu ku dhintaa naf qadhaadh, Isagoo aan weligiis wanaag dhedhemin.
25Another dies in bitterness of soul, and never tastes of good.
26Habase yeeshee isku si bay ciidda u dhex jiifsadaan, Oo dirxi baa korkooda daboola.
26They lie down alike in the dust. The worm covers them.
27Bal eega, anigu waan ogahay fikirradiinna, Iyo xeesha aad qaldan igu hindisaysaan.
27“Behold, I know your thoughts, the devices with which you would wrong me.
28Waayo, waxaad tidhaahdaan, War meeh gurigii amiirku? Oo meeday teendhadii sharrowgu ku dhex hoyan jiray?
28For you say, ‘Where is the house of the prince? Where is the tent in which the wicked lived?’
29Miyeydaan weyddiin kuwa jidka mara? Oo miyeydaan garanayn calaamooyinkooda?
29Haven’t you asked wayfaring men? Don’t you know their evidences,
30Iyo in ninkii sharrow ah loo celiyey maalinta belaayada? Iyo in hore loogu sii kaxaynayo maalinta cadhada?
30that the evil man is reserved to the day of calamity, That they are led forth to the day of wrath?
31Bal yaa jidkiisa isaga hortiisa ugu caddayn doona? Oo bal yaa isaga ka abaal marin doona wixii uu sameeyey?
31Who shall declare his way to his face? Who shall repay him what he has done?
32Laakiinse isaga waxaa loo qaadi doonaa xabaasha, Oo qabrigiisa waa la ilaalin doonaa.
32Yet he will be borne to the grave. Men shall keep watch over the tomb.
33Waxaa isaga u macaanaan doonta ciidda dooxada, Oo dadka oo dhammuna isagay soo daba kici doonaan, Sida kuwii aan tirada lahayn oo isagii ka horreeyeyba ay u dhinteen.Haddaba bal maxaad si aan waxba tarayn iigu qalbiqabowjinaysaan, Maxaa yeelay, jawaabihiinnii been oo keliya ayaa ku hadhay?
33The clods of the valley shall be sweet to him. All men shall draw after him, as there were innumerable before him.
34Haddaba bal maxaad si aan waxba tarayn iigu qalbiqabowjinaysaan, Maxaa yeelay, jawaabihiinnii been oo keliya ayaa ku hadhay?
34So how can you comfort me with nonsense, because in your answers there remains only falsehood?”
