4 A ne jama se: «A ga halal* i ma goy hanno te asibti zaaro ra no, wala i ma goy laalo te? I ma fundi faaba wala i m'a wi?» Day i dangay.
4He said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath day to do good, or to do harm? To save a life, or to kill?” But they were silent.
5 Waato kaŋ Yesu na borey din guna, a dukur, a fundo mo goono ga taabi i bine sanda sabbay se. A n'a salle, a kamba du baani mo.
5When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
6 Kala Farisi* fonda borey mo fatta sahãadin-sahãadin, ngey nda Hirodus* borey. I saaware Yesu boŋ mate kaŋ ngey ga te k'a halaci.
6The Pharisees went out, and immediately conspired with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
7 Yesu nda nga talibey mo ye teeko me gaa. Borey marga bambata n'a gana, Galili borey da Yahudiya* laabu borey,

9 A ne nga talibey se i ma hi kayna fo gaay nga se, zama jama ma s'a kankam.
9He spoke to his disciples that a little boat should stay near him because of the crowd, so that they wouldn’t press on him.
10 Zama a na boro boobo no baani hala boro boobo kaŋ gonda doori futu yaŋ n'a kankam zama ngey m'a ham se.
10For he had healed many, so that as many as had diseases pressed on him that they might touch him.
11 Waati kulu kaŋ follay tamey ga di a, i ga sombu a jine ka kuuwa ka ne: «Nin no ga ti Irikoy Izo!»
11The unclean spirits, whenever they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, “You are the Son of God!”
12 Amma a deeni i gaa gumo ka ne i ma s'a bangandi.
12He sternly warned them that they should not make him known.
13 Yesu kaaru tondo boŋ ka borey kaŋ a ga ba nga ma suuban yaŋ ce nga do. I kaa a do mo.
13He went up into the mountain, and called to himself those whom he wanted, and they went to him.

20The multitude came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
21 Waato kaŋ Yesu windi borey maa baaru, i tun ka kaa a do ngey m'a di se, zama i ne a boŋo koma.

23He summoned them, and said to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan?
24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25 If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
26 Da Saytan mo tun ka gaaba nda nga boŋ, a fay ihinka nooya. A si du ka kay, amma a kokora nooya.
26 If Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he can’t stand, but has an end.
27 Zama boro kulu si hin ka furo gaabikooni fu ra k'a jinay ku, da manti a jin ka gaabikoono haw no jina. Waato din gaa no a ga hin ka fuwo din jinayey ku.
27 But no one can enter into the house of the strong man to plunder, unless he first binds the strong man; and then he will plunder his house.
28 Most certainly I tell you, all sins of the descendants of man will be forgiven, including their blasphemies with which they may blaspheme;
29 Amma boro kulu kaŋ ga Biya Hanno kayna, a sinda yaafayaŋ hal abada amma bora din gonda hal abada zunubi taali no.»
29 but whoever may blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”

33 A tu ka ne i se: «May no ga ti ay nya nd'ay nya izey?»
33He answered them, “Who are my mother and my brothers?”
34 Waato kaŋ a na borey kaŋ goono g'a windi guna, a ne: «Ay nya nd'ay nya izey, ngey neeya!
34Looking around at those who sat around him, he said, “Behold, my mother and my brothers!

35 For whoever does the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.”
