1 Ma hantum Almasihu marga diya se kaŋ go Sardisu ka ne: «Nga kaŋ gonda Irikoy Biya iyye da handariyayze iyya din, sanno kaŋ a ci neeya: Ay ga ni goyey bay. Ni gonda maa ni ya fundikooni no, amma ni ya buuko no.
1 “And to the angel of the assembly in Sardis write: “He who has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars says these things: “I know your works, that you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead.
2 Ma batu! Ma hayey kaŋ cindi gaabandi, kaŋ yaŋ go buuyaŋ me, zama yana ni goyey kulu gar timmante yaŋ no ay Irikoyo jine.
2 Wake up, and keep the things that remain, which you were about to throw away, for I have found no works of yours perfected before my God.
3 Ma fongu mo haŋ kaŋ ni du nda haŋ kaŋ ni maa. Ni m'a gaay ka tuubi mo. Da ni mana batu binde, ay ga kaa sanda zay cine. Ni si bay mo saaya kaŋ cine ay ga ni jirsi.
3 Remember therefore how you have received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If therefore you won’t watch, I will come as a thief, and you won’t know what hour I will come upon you.
4 Amma ni gonda boro fooyaŋ Sardisu ra, kaŋ yaŋ mana ngey bankaarayey ziibandi. Ngey no ga dira ay banda da bankaaray kwaaray, zama i to r'a.
4 Nevertheless you have a few names in Sardis that did not defile their garments. They will walk with me in white, for they are worthy.
5 Boro kaŋ te zaama ga bankaaray yaadin da bankaaray kwaaray yaŋ. Ay s'a maa tuusu fundi tira ra hal abada. Ay g'a maa seeda ay Baaba nda nga malaykey jine.
5 He who overcomes will be arrayed in white garments, and I will in no way blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
6 Boro kaŋ gonda hanga ma maa haŋ kaŋ Biya goono ga ci Almasihu margey se.»
6 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.
7 Ma hantum Almasihu marga diya se kaŋ go Filadelfiya ka ne: «Nga kaŋ ya Ihanna no, nga kaŋ ga ti Cimi-Cimo, nga kaŋ gonda Dawda saafo, nga kaŋ d'a feeri, boro kulu si hin ka daabu, nga kaŋ d'a daabu mo, boro kulu si hin ka feeri, sanno kaŋ a ci neeya:
7 “To the angel of the assembly in Philadelphia write: “He who is holy, he who is true, he who has the key of David, he who opens and no one can shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says these things:
8 Ay ga ni goyey bay. Guna, ay na me feerante daŋ ni jine, kaŋ boro kulu si hin k'a daabu. Ni gonda dabari kayna. Ni n'ay sanno haggoy, ni man'ay maa ze mo.
8 “I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name.
9 Guna, Saytan* jama ra boro fooyaŋ go no, kaŋ yaŋ ga ne ngey ya Yahudanceyaŋ no, manti yaadin no i go mo, amma i ga tangari no. Guna, ay g'i daŋ i ma kaa ka sombu ni jine, i ma bay kaŋ ay ba nin.
9 Behold, I give of the synagogue of Satan, of those who say they are Jews, and they are not, but lie. Behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.
10 Za kaŋ ni n'ay sanno gaay da himma, ay mo ga ni faaba zarraba alwaato gaa kaŋ go kaa ndunnya kulu boŋ, zama a ma ndunnya gorokoy kulu si.
10 Because you kept my command to endure, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, which is to come on the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.
11 Ay go kaa da waasi. Ma haŋ kaŋ go ni se gaay hal a ma boori, zama boro kulu ma si ni boŋtoba ta.
11 I am coming quickly! Hold firmly that which you have, so that no one takes your crown.
12 Boro kaŋ te zaama, ay g'a te bonjare, fuwo kaŋ ra i ga sududu Irikoy se. A si fatta a ra mo hal abada. Ay g'ay Irikoyo maa hantum a boŋ, d'ay Irikoyo birno maa, kaŋ ti Urusalima tajo kaŋ ga zumbu ka fun beena ra ay Irikoyo do, d'ay bumbo maa tajo mo.
12 He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will go out from there no more. I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God, and my own new name.

14 Ma hantum Almasihu marga diya se kaŋ go Lawodisiya ka ne: «Nga kaŋ ga ti Amin, Seeda naanaykoyo, cimi-cimo wano, Irikoy takahari kulu Kaajo, sanno kaŋ a ci neeya:
14 “To the angel of the assembly in Laodicea write: “The Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Head of God’s creation, says these things:
15 Ay ga ni goyey bay. Ni si yay, ni si dungu mo. Doŋ day ni ma yay wala ni ma dungu!
15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or hot.
16 Za kaŋ ni go kumay-kumay, ni si yay, ni si dungu mo, kal ay ma ni yeeri.
16 So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of my mouth.
17 Ni go ga ne: ay ya arzakante no, ay te arzaka, ay sinda hay kulu muraadu! Ni si bay mo kaŋ ni ya alfukaaru no, bakaraw hari, talka, danaw, gaa-koonu!
17 Because you say, ‘I am rich, and have gotten riches, and have need of nothing;’ and don’t know that you are the wretched one, miserable, poor, blind, and naked;
18 Ay ga saaware ni gaa, ma wura day ay do kaŋ i hanse danji ra, zama ni ma ciya arzakante. Ma bankaaray kwaaray yaŋ day mo, hal ni ma ni boŋ bankaaray, zama ni haawi ma si bangay. Ma mo safari day mo ka tuusu ni moy gaa zama ni ma du ka di.
18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, that you may become rich; and white garments, that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes, that you may see.
19 Borey kulu kaŋ ay ga ba, ay ga deeni i gaa k'i gooji. Yaadin gaa, ma anniya daŋ ka tuubi.
19 As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent.
20 Guna, ay goono ga kay fu meyo gaa, ay goono ga kar-kar. Da boro fo maa ay jinda ka meyo fiti, kulu ay ga furo a do, ya ŋwa a banda, nga mo ma ŋwa ay banda.
20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with me.
21 Boro kaŋ te zaama, ay g'a gorandi ay banda ay karga boŋ, sanda mate kaŋ ay mo te zaama, ay goro mo ay Baaba banda a karga boŋ.
21 He who overcomes, I will give to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne.
22 Boro kaŋ gonda hanga ma maa haŋ kaŋ Biya goono ga ci Almasihu margey se.»
