¹கர்த்தாவே, உமது செவியைச் சாய்த்து, என் விண்ணப்பத்தைக் கேட்டருளும்; நான் சிறுமையும் எளிமையுமானவன்.

¹Hear, Yahweh, and answer me, for I am poor and needy.

²என் ஆத்துமாவைக் காத்தருளும், நான் பக்தியுள்ளவன்; என் தேவனே, உம்மை நம்பியிருக்கிற உமது அடியேனை நீர் இரட்சியும்.

²Preserve my soul, for I am godly. You, my God, save your servant who trusts in you.

³ஆண்டவரே, எனக்கு இரங்கும், நாடோறும் உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுகிறேன்.

³Be merciful to me, Lord, for I call to you all day long.

⁴உமது அடியேனுடைய ஆத்துமாவை மகிழ்ச்சியாக்கும்; ஆண்டவரே, உம்மிடத்தில் என் ஆத்துமாவை உயர்த்துகிறேன்.

⁴Bring joy to the soul of your servant, for to you, Lord, do I lift up my soul.

⁵ஆண்டவரே, நீர் நல்லவரும், மன்னிக்கிறவரும், உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுகிற யாவர்மேலும் கிருபை மிகுந்தவருமாயிருக்கிறீர்.

⁵For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive; abundant in loving kindness to all those who call on you.

⁶கர்த்தாவே, என் ஜெபத்திற்குச் செவிகொடுத்து, என் விண்ணப்பங்களின் சத்தத்தைத் கவனியும்.

⁶Hear, Yahweh, my prayer. Listen to the voice of my petitions.

⁷நான் துயரப்படுகிற நாளில் உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுவேன்; நீர் என்னைக் கேட்டருளுவீர்.

⁷In the day of my trouble I will call on you, for you will answer me.

⁸ஆண்டவரே, தேவர்களுக்குள்ளே உமக்கு நிகருமில்லை; உம்முடைய கிரியைகளுக்கு ஒப்புமில்லை.

⁸There is no one like you among the gods, Lord, nor any deeds like your deeds.

⁹ஆண்டவரே, நீர் உண்டாக்கின எல்லா ஜாதிகளும் வந்து, உமக்கு முன்பாகப் பணிந்து, உமது நாமத்தை மகிமைப்படுத்துவார்கள்.

⁹All nations you have made will come and worship before you, Lord. They shall glorify your name.

¹⁰தேவரீர் மகத்துவமுள்ளவரும் அதிசயங்களைச் செய்கிறவருமாயிருக்கிறீர்; நீர் ஒருவரே தேவன்.

¹⁰For you are great, and do wondrous things. You are God alone.

¹¹கர்த்தாவே, உமது வழியை எனக்குப் போதியும், நான் உமது சத்தியத்திலே நடப்பேன்; நான் உமது நாமத்திற்குப் பயந்திருக்கும்படி என் இருதயத்தை ஒருமுகப்படுத்தும்.

¹¹Teach me your way, Yahweh. I will walk in your truth. Make my heart undivided to fear your name.

¹²என் தேவனாகிய ஆண்டவரே; உம்மை என் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் துதித்து, உமது நாமத்தை என்றென்றைக்கும் மகிமைப்படுத்துவேன்.

¹²I will praise you, Lord my God, with my whole heart. I will glorify your name forevermore.

¹³நீர் எனக்குப் பாராட்டின உமது கிருபை பெரியது; என் ஆத்துமாவைத் தாழ்ந்த பாதாளத்திற்குத் தப்புவித்தீர்.

¹³For your loving kindness is great toward me. You have delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol Sheol is the place of the dead. .

¹⁴தேவனே, அகங்காரிகள் எனக்கு விரோதமாய் எழும்புகிறார்கள், கொடுமைக்காரராகிய கூட்டத்தார் என் பிராணனை வாங்கத் தேடுகிறார்கள், உம்மைத் தங்களுக்கு முன்பாக நிறுத்தி நோக்காதிருக்கிறார்கள்.

¹⁴God, the proud have risen up against me. A company of violent men have sought after my soul, and they don’t hold regard for you before them.

¹⁵ஆனாலும் ஆண்டவரே, நீர் மனவுருக்கமும், இரக்கமும், நீடிய பொறுமையும், பூரண கிருபையும், சத்தியமுமுள்ள தேவன்.

¹⁵But you, Lord, are a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth.

¹⁶என்மேல் நோக்கமாகி, எனக்கு இரங்கும்; உமது வல்லமையை உமது அடியானுக்கு அருளி, உமது அடியாளின் குமாரனை இரட்சியும்.

¹⁶Turn to me, and have mercy on me! Give your strength to your servant. Save the son of your handmaid.

¹⁷Show me a sign of your goodness, that those who hate me may see it, and be shamed, because you, Yahweh, have helped me, and comforted me.
