¹พระวจนะของพระเยโฮวาห์มาถึงข้าพเจ้าอีกว่า

¹Moreover the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

²"เจ้า บุตรแห่งมนุษย์เอ๋ย องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสกับแผ่นดินอิสราเอลดังนี้ว่า อวสาน ความสิ้นสุดได้มาถึงทั้งสี่มุมของแผ่นดินแล้ว

²You, son of man, thus says the Lord Yahweh to the land of Israel, An end: the end has come on the four corners of the land.

³บัดนี้บั้นปลายก็มาถึงเจ้าแล้ว และเราจะปล่อยความโกรธของเรามาเหนือเจ้าทั้งหลาย และจะพิพากษาเจ้าตามวิถีทางทั้งหลายของเจ้า และเราจะตอบสนองการกระทำอันน่าสะอิดสะเอียนทั้งสิ้นของเจ้าแก่เจ้า

³Now is the end on you, and I will send my anger on you, and will judge you according to your ways; and I will bring on you all your abominations.

⁴นัยน์ตาของเราจะไม่เมตตาเจ้า และเราจะไม่สงสาร แต่เราจะตอบสนองต่อวิถีทางทั้งหลายของเจ้าแก่เจ้าเอง และสิ่งที่น่าาสะอิดสะเอียนของเจ้าจะอยู่ท่ามกลางเจ้า แล้วเจ้าจะทราบว่า เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์

⁴My eye shall not spare you, neither will I have pity; but I will bring your ways on you, and your abominations shall be in the midst of you: and you shall know that I am Yahweh.

⁵องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า วิบัติแล้ววิบัติเล่า ดูเถิด วิบัติมาถึงแล้ว

⁵Thus says the Lord Yahweh: An evil, an only evil; behold, it comes.

⁶ความสิ้นสุดมาถึงแล้ว อวสานนั้นมาถึง มันตื่นขึ้นต่อสู้เจ้า ดูเถิด วิบัติมาถึงแล้ว

⁶An end has come, the end has come; it awakes against you; behold, it comes.

⁷ชาวแผ่นดินเอ๋ย เวลาเช้ามาถึงแล้ว เวลามาถึงแล้ว วันแห่งความโกลาหลใกล้เข้ามาแล้ว และไม่ใช่เสียงโห่ร้องยินดีที่บนภูเขา

⁷Your doom has come to you, inhabitant of the land: the time has come, the day is near, a day of tumult, and not of joyful shouting, on the mountains.

⁸บัดนี้ ไม่ช้าแล้วเราจะเทความเดือดดาลของเราลงบนเจ้า และกระทำให้ความโกรธของเราซึ่งมีต่อเจ้าถึงที่สำเร็จ และเราจะพิพากษาเจ้าตามวิถีทางทั้งหลายของเจ้า และเราจะตอบสนองเจ้าสำหรับการกระทำอันน่าสะอิดสะเอียนทั้งสิ้นของเจ้า

⁸Now will I shortly pour out my wrath on you, and accomplish my anger against you, and will judge you according to your ways; and I will bring on you all your abominations.

⁹นัยน์ตาของเราจะไม่เมตตา และเราจะไม่สงสาร เราจะตอบสนองเจ้าตามวิถีทางทั้งหลายของเจ้า และตามการกระทำอันน่าสะอิดสะเอียนของเจ้าซึ่งอยู่ท่ามกลางเจ้า แล้วเจ้าจะทราบว่า เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์ผู้โบยตี

⁹My eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will bring on you according to your ways; and your abominations shall be in the midst of you; and you shall know that I, Yahweh, do strike.

¹⁰ดูเถิด วันนั้น ดูเถิด มาถึงแล้ว เวลาเช้าออกมาแล้ว พลองก็บานแล้ว ความเย่อหยิ่งก็ผลิดอก

¹⁰Behold, the day, behold, it comes: your doom is gone forth; the rod has blossomed, pride has budded.

¹¹ความทารุณได้เจริญเป็นพลองชั่วร้าย จะไม่มีใครเหลืออยู่เลย ประชาชนของเขาก็ไม่มี สิ่งของของเขาก็ไม่มี ไม่มีใครร้องคร่ำครวญเผื่อพวกเขาเลย

¹¹Violence has risen up into a rod of wickedness. None of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of their wealth. There shall be nothing of value among them.

¹²เวลานั้นมาถึงแล้ว วันนั้นก็ใกล้เข้า อย่าให้ผู้ซื้อดีใจ อย่าให้ผู้ขายเสียใจ เพราะพระพิโรธอยู่เหนือประชาชนทั้งสิ้นของเธอ

¹²The time has come, the day draws near: don’t let the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn; for wrath is on all its multitude.

¹³เพราะว่าผู้ขายจะไม่ได้กลับไปยังสิ่งที่เขาได้ขายไป ขณะเมื่อเขายังมีชีวิตอยู่ เพราะว่านิมิตนั้นก็เกี่ยวข้องกับประชาชนทั้งมวล และจะไม่หันกลับ และเพราะความชั่วช้าของเขา จึงจะไม่มีผู้ใดรักษาชีวิตไว้ได้

¹³For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they be yet alive: for the vision is touching the whole multitude of it, none shall return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.

¹⁴เขาได้เป่าแตรแล้ว และได้เตรียมทุกอย่างไว้พร้อม แต่ไม่มีใครเข้าสงคราม เพราะว่าพิโรธของเราอยู่เหนือประชาชนทั้งสิ้นของเธอ

¹⁴They have blown the trumpet, and have made all ready; but none goes to the battle; for my wrath is on all its multitude.

¹⁵ดาบก็อยู่ข้างนอก โรคระบาดและการกันดารอาหารก็อยู่ข้างใน ผู้ที่อยู่ในทุ่งนาจะตายเสียด้วยดาบ และผู้ที่อยู่ในเมืองการกันดารอาหารและโรคระบาดจะกินเสีย

¹⁵The sword is outside, and the pestilence and the famine within: he who is in the field shall die with the sword: and he who is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.

¹⁶แต่ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดที่รอดตายได้จะหนีไปอยู่บนภูเขาเหมือนนกเขาแห่งหุบเขา ทุกคนก็ร้องครวญครางเพราะความชั่วช้าของตน

¹⁶But those of those who escape shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them moaning, every one in his iniquity.

¹⁷มือทั้งสิ้นจะอ่อนแอ และเข่าทั้งหมดจะอ่อนเหมือนน้ำ

¹⁷All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.

¹⁸เขาทั้งหลายจะคาดเอวไว้ด้วยผ้ากระสอบ และความสั่นสะท้านจะครอบเขาไว้ ความละอายจะอยู่ที่ใบหน้าของเขาทุกคน และศีรษะของเขาจะล้านหมด

¹⁸They shall also clothe themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be on all faces, and baldness on all their heads.

¹⁹เขาจะโยนเงินของเขาไปในถนน และทองคำของเขาจะถูกเอาออกไปเสีย เงินและทองของเขาไม่อาจที่จะช่วยเขาให้พ้นในวันแห่งพระพิโรธของพระเยโฮวาห์ เขาจะให้หายหิว หรือบรรจุให้เต็มท้องด้วยเงินทองก็ไม่ได้ เพราะว่าเป็นสิ่งที่สะดุดให้เขาทำความชั่วช้า

¹⁹They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be as an unclean thing; their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of Yahweh: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels; because it has been the stumbling block of their iniquity.

²⁰เขานำความงดงามแห่งเครื่องประดับของเขามาแสดงออกถึงความสง่าผ่าเผย และเขาสร้างรูปเคารพด้วยสิ่งที่น่าสะอิดสะเอียนและน่าเกลียดน่าชังของเขาไว้ภายในเครื่องประดับนั้น เพราะฉะนั้นเราจะกระทำให้สิ่งนี้อยู่ห่างไกลจากเขา

²⁰As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty; but they made the images of their abominations and their detestable things therein: therefore have I made it to them as an unclean thing.

²¹และเราจะมอบสิ่งเหล่านั้นไว้ในมือของชนต่างด้าวให้เป็นของริบ และแก่คนชั่วในแผ่นดินโลกให้เป็นของปล้นได้ และเขาทั้งหลายจะกระทำให้เป็นมลทิน

²¹I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall profane it.

²²เราจะหันหน้าของเราไปเสียจากเขาด้วย แล้วเขาจึงจะกระทำสถานที่ลับของเราให้มัวหมอง โจรจะเข้ามาในสถานที่ลับนั้นและกระทำให้เป็นมลทิน

²²My face will I turn also from them, and they shall profane my secret place; and robbers shall enter into it, and profane it.

²³จงทำโช่ตรวน เพราะว่าแผ่นดินนั้นเต็มด้วยคดีที่แปดเปื้อนด้วยโลหิต และเมืองก็เต็มด้วยความทารุณ

²³Make the chain; for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.

²⁴ฉะนั้นเราจะนำประชาชาติที่ชั่วร้ายที่สุดมาถือกรรมสิทธิ์บ้านเรือนของเขา และเราจะให้ทิฐิของคนที่แข็งแรงนั้นสิ้นสุดลง และสถานที่บริสุทธิ์ของเขาจะเป็นมลทิน

²⁴Therefore I will bring the worst of the nations, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pride of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be profaned.

²⁵เมื่อการทำลายมาถึง เขาจะแสวงสันติภาพ แต่ก็ไม่มีเลย

²⁵Destruction comes; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.

²⁶วิบัติมาถึงแล้ว วิบัติจะมาถึงอีก ข่าวลือจะเกิดตามข่าวลือ เขาจะแสวงหานิมิตจากผู้พยากรณ์ แต่พระราชบัญญัติจะพินาศไปจากปุโรหิต และคำปรึกษาจะปลาตไปจากพวกผู้ใหญ่

²⁶Mischief shall come on mischief, and rumor shall be on rumor; and they shall seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the elders.

²⁷กษัตริย์จะไว้ทุกข์ และเจ้านายจะคลุมกายด้วยความทอดอาลัย และมือของประชาชนแห่งแผ่นดินนั้นจะสั่นเทา เราจะกระทำแก่เขาตามทางของเขา และเราจะพิพากษาเขาตามสมควรแก่การกระทำของเขา และเขาจะทราบว่าเราคือพระเยโฮวาห์"

²⁷The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do to them after their way, and according to their own judgments will I judge them; and they shall know that I am Yahweh.
