1จงสรรเสริญพระเยโฮวาห์เถิด ข้าพเจ้าจะสรรเสริญพระเยโฮวาห์ด้วยสิ้นสุดใจของข้าพเจ้า ในคณะผู้เที่ยงธรรม ในชุมนุมชน
1Praise Yah! Psalm 111 is an acrostic poem, with each verse after the initial “Praise Yah!” starting with a letter of the alphabet (ordered from Alef to Tav). I will give thanks to Yahweh with my whole heart, in the council of the upright, and in the congregation.
2บรรดาพระราชกิจของพระเยโฮวาห์ใหญ่ยิ่ง เป็นที่ค้นคว้าของทุกคนที่พอใจ
2Yahweh’s works are great, pondered by all those who delight in them.
3พระราชกิจของพระองค์สูงส่งและมีเกียรติ และความชอบธรรมของพระองค์ดำรงอยู่เป็นนิตย์
3His work is honor and majesty. His righteousness endures forever.
4พระองค์ได้ทรงให้พระราชกิจมหัศจรรย์ของพระองค์เป็นที่จดจำ พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงมีพระคุณและเต็มไปด้วยพระกรุณา
4He has caused his wonderful works to be remembered. Yahweh is gracious and merciful.
5พระองค์ประทานอาหารให้ผู้ที่เกรงกลัวพระองค์ พระองค์จะทรงจดจำพันธสัญญาของพระองค์เสมอ
5He has given food to those who fear him. He always remembers his covenant.
6พระองค์ได้ทรงสำแดงฤทธานุภาพแห่งพระราชกิจของพระองค์แก่ประชาชนของพระองค์ เพื่อจะทรงประทานมรดกของบรรดาประชาชาติแก่เขา
6He has shown his people the power of his works, in giving them the heritage of the nations.
7พระหัตถกิจของพระองค์นั้นสุจริตและยุติธรรม และพระบัญญัติทั้งหลายของพระองค์ก็ไว้ใจได้
7The works of his hands are truth and justice. All his precepts are sure.
8สถาปนาอยู่เป็นนิจกาล และประกอบความจริงกับความเที่ยงธรรม
8They are established forever and ever. They are done in truth and uprightness.
9พระองค์ทรงใช้การไถ่ให้มายังประชาชนของพระองค์ พระองค์ทรงบัญชาพันธสัญญาของพระองค์เป็นนิตย์ พระนามของพระองค์บริสุทธิ์และน่าคร้ามกลัวจริงๆ
9He has sent redemption to his people. He has ordained his covenant forever. His name is holy and awesome!
10ความยำเกรงพระเยโฮวาห์เป็นที่เริ่มต้นของสติปัญญา บรรดาผู้ที่ปฏิบัติตามพระบัญญัติของพระองค์ก็ได้ความเข้าใจดี การสรรเสริญพระเจ้าดำรงอยู่เป็นนิตย์
10The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. All those who do his work have a good understanding. His praise endures forever!
