1บรรดาผู้ที่วางใจในพระเยโฮวาห์ก็เหมือนภูเขาศิโยน ซึ่งไม่หวั่นไหว แต่ดำรงอยู่เป็นนิตย์
1Those who trust in Yahweh are as Mount Zion, which can’t be moved, but remains forever.
2ภูเขาอยู่รอบเยรูซาเล็มฉันใด พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงอยู่รอบประชาชนของพระองค์ ตั้งแต่เวลานี้สืบต่อไปเป็นนิตย์ฉันนั้น
2As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so Yahweh surrounds his people from this time forth and forevermore.
3เพราะคทาของคนชั่วจะไม่พักอยู่เหนือแผ่นดินที่ตกเป็นส่วนของคนชอบธรรม เกรงว่าคนชอบธรรมจะยื่นมือออกกระทำความชั่วช้า
3For the scepter of wickedness won’t remain over the allotment of the righteous; so that the righteous won’t use their hands to do evil.
4ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ขอทรงประกอบการดีต่อผู้ทำดี และต่อผู้เที่ยงธรรมในจิตใจของเขา
4Do good, Yahweh, to those who are good, to those who are upright in their hearts.
5แต่บรรดาผู้ที่หันเข้าหาทางคดของเขา พระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงพาเขาไปพร้อมกับคนทำความชั่วช้า แต่สันติภาพจะมีอยู่ในอิสราเอล
5But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, Yahweh will lead them away with the workers of iniquity. Peace be on Israel.
