1อย่าให้เจ้าเดือดร้อนเพราะเหตุคนที่กระทำชั่ว อย่าอิจฉาคนที่กระทำความชั่วช้า
1Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness.
2เพราะไม่ช้าเขาจะเหี่ยวไปเหมือนหญ้า และแห้งไปเหมือนพืชสด
2For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb.
3จงวางใจในพระเยโฮวาห์ และกระทำความดี ท่านจึงจะอาศัยอยู่ในแผ่นดินและจะได้รับการเลี้ยงดูอย่างแท้จริง
3Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture.
4จงปีติยินดีในพระเยโฮวาห์และพระองค์จะประทานตามใจปรารถนาของท่าน
4Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
5จงมอบทางของท่านไว้กับพระเยโฮวาห์ วางใจในพระองค์ และพระองค์จะทรงกระทำให้สำเร็จ
5Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:
6พระองค์จะทรงให้ความชอบธรรมของท่านกระจ่างอย่างความสว่าง และให้ความยุติธรรมของท่านแจ้งอย่างเที่ยงวัน
6he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun.
7จงสงบอยู่ต่อพระเยโฮวาห์ และเพียรรอคอยพระองค์อยู่ อย่าให้ใจของท่านเดือดร้อนเพราะเหตุผู้ที่เจริญตามทางของเขา หรือเพราะเหตุผู้ที่กระทำตามอุบายชั่ว
7Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen.
8จงระงับความโกรธ และทิ้งความพิโรธ อย่าให้ใจเดือดร้อนของท่านนำท่านไปกระทำชั่ว
8Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret, it leads only to evildoing.
9เพราะคนที่กระทำชั่วจะถูกตัดออกไป แต่คนเหล่านั้นที่รอคอยพระเยโฮวาห์จะได้แผ่นดินโลกเป็นมรดก
9For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for Yahweh shall inherit the land.
10ยังอีกหน่อยหนึ่งคนชั่วจะไม่มีอีก แม้จะมองดูที่ที่ของเขาให้ดี เขาก็ไม่ได้อยู่ที่นั่น
10For yet a little while, and the wicked will be no more. Yes, though you look for his place, he isn’t there.
11แต่คนใจอ่อนสุภาพจะได้แผ่นดินตกไปเป็นมรดก และตัวเขาจะปีติยินดีในสันติภาพอุดมสมบูรณ์
11But the humble shall inherit the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
12คนชั่วปองร้ายคนชอบธรรม และขบเขี้ยวเคี้ยวฟันใส่เขา
12The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth.
13แต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจะทรงพระสรวลต่อคนชั่ว เพราะพระองค์ทอดพระเนตรเห็นวันเวลาของเขากำลังมา
13The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming.
14คนชั่วชักดาบและโก่งคันธนู เพื่อเอาคนจนและคนขัดสนลง เพื่อสังหารคนที่เดินอย่างเที่ยงธรรม
14The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, to kill those who are upright in the way.

15Their sword shall enter into their own heart. Their bows shall be broken.

16Better is a little that the righteous has, than the abundance of many wicked.
17เพราะแขนของคนชั่วจะหัก แต่พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงเชิดชูคนชอบธรรม
17For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but Yahweh upholds the righteous.
18พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงทราบวันเวลาของคนไร้ตำหนิ และมรดกของเขาจะดำรงอยู่เป็นนิตย์
18Yahweh knows the days of the perfect. Their inheritance shall be forever.
19เขาจะไม่ได้อายในยามชั่วร้าย ในวันกันดารเขาจะอิ่มใจ
19They shall not be disappointed in the time of evil. In the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
20แต่คนชั่วจะพินาศ ศัตรูของพระเยโฮวาห์จะเหมือนสง่าของลูกแกะ เขาจะอันตรธานไป อันตรธานไปเหมือนควัน
20But the wicked shall perish. The enemies of Yahweh shall be like the beauty of the fields. They will vanish— vanish like smoke.
21คนชั่วขอยืมและไม่จ่ายคืน แต่คนชอบธรรมนั้นแสดงความเมตตาและแจกจ่าย
21The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously.
22เพราะคนเช่นนั้นที่พระองค์ทรงอำนวยพระพรจะได้แผ่นดินโลกเป็นมรดก แต่คนทั้งหลายที่ถูกพระองค์สาปจะต้องถูกตัดออกไปเสีย
22For such as are blessed by him shall inherit the land. Those who are cursed by him shall be cut off.
23พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงนำย่างเท้าของคนดี และพระองค์ทรงพอพระทัยในทางของเขา
23A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way.
24แม้เขาล้ม เขาจะไม่ถูกเหวี่ยงลงเหยียดยาว เพราะว่าพระหัตถ์พระเยโฮวาห์พยุงเขาไว้
24Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand.
25ข้าพเจ้าเคยหนุ่ม และเดี๋ยวนี้แก่แล้ว แต่ข้าพเจ้ายังไม่เคยเห็นคนชอบธรรมถูกทอดทิ้ง หรือเชื้อสายของเขาขอทาน
25I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread.
26เขาแสดงความเมตตาและให้ยืมเสมอ และเชื้อสายของเขาก็ได้รับพระพร
26All day long he deals graciously, and lends. His seed is blessed.
27จงพรากเสียจากการชั่ว และกระทำความดี และท่านจะดำรงอยู่เป็นนิตย์
27Depart from evil, and do good. Live securely forever.
28เพราะพระเยโฮวาห์ทรงรักการพิพากษา พระองค์จะไม่ทอดทิ้งวิสุทธิชนของพระองค์ จะทรงสงวนคนเหล่านั้นไว้เป็นนิตย์ แต่เชื้อสายของคนชั่วจะถูกตัดออกไปเสีย
28For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
29คนชอบธรรมจะได้แผ่นดินตกไปเป็นมรดก และอาศัยอยู่บนนั้นเป็นนิตย์
29The righteous shall inherit the land, and live in it forever.
30ปากของคนชอบธรรมเปล่งสติปัญญา และลิ้นของเขาพูดความยุติธรรม
30The mouth of the righteous talks of wisdom. His tongue speaks justice.
31พระราชบัญญัติของพระเจ้าอยู่ในจิตใจของเขา และย่างเท้าของเขาจะไม่พลาด
31The law of his God is in his heart. None of his steps shall slide.
32คนชั่วเฝ้าดูคนชอบธรรมและแสวงที่จะสังหารเขาเสีย
32The wicked watches the righteous, and seeks to kill him.
33พระเยโฮวาห์จะไม่ทรงทิ้งเขาไว้ในมือของเขา หรือให้เขาถูกปรับโทษเมื่อเขาขึ้นศาล
33Yahweh will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.
34จงรอคอยพระเยโฮวาห์ และรักษาทางของพระองค์ไว้ และพระองค์จะยกย่องท่านให้ได้แผ่นดินโลกเป็นมรดก ท่านจะได้เห็นเมื่อคนชั่วถูกตัดออกไปเสีย
34Wait for Yahweh, and keep his way, and he will exalt you to inherit the land. When the wicked are cut off, you shall see it.
35ข้าพเจ้าเห็นคนชั่วมีอำนาจมากยิ่ง และสูงเด่นอย่างต้นเขียวสดที่อยู่ในท้องถิ่นของมัน
35I have seen the wicked in great power, spreading himself like a green tree in its native soil.
36เขาได้ผ่านไป และดูเถิด ไม่มีเขาเสียแล้ว ถึงข้าพเจ้าจะแสวงหาเขา ก็ไม่พบเขา
36But he passed away, and behold, he was not. Yes, I sought him, but he could not be found.
37จงหมายคนไร้ตำหนิไว้ และมองดูคนเที่ยงธรรม เพราะอนาคตของคนนั้นคือสันติภาพ
37Mark the perfect man, and see the upright, for there is a future for the man of peace.
38แต่ผู้ละเมิดจะถูกทำลายเสียด้วยกัน จุดหมายปลายทางของคนชั่วจะถูกตัดออกไปเสีย
38As for transgressors, they shall be destroyed together. The future of the wicked shall be cut off.
39ความรอดของคนชอบธรรมมาจากพระเยโฮวาห์ พระองค์ทรงเป็นกำลังของเขาในเวลายากลำบาก
39But the salvation of the righteous is from Yahweh. He is their stronghold in the time of trouble.
40พระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงช่วยเขาและทรงช่วยเขาให้พ้น พระองค์จะทรงช่วยเขาให้พ้นจากคนชั่วและทรงช่วยเขาให้รอด เพราะเขาทั้งหลายวางใจในพระองค์
40Yahweh helps them, and rescues them. He rescues them from the wicked, and saves them, Because they have taken refuge in him.
