1โอ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ ข้าพระองค์วางใจอยู่ในพระองค์ ขอทรงช่วยข้าพระองค์ให้พ้นภัยจากผู้ข่มเหงทั้งมวล ขอทรงช่วยข้าพระองค์ให้พ้น
1Yahweh, my God, I take refuge in you. Save me from all those who pursue me, and deliver me,
2เกรงว่าเขาจะฉีกจิตวิญญาณข้าพระองค์เสียอย่างสิงโต และฉีกจิตวิญญาณนั้นออกเป็นชิ้นๆ โดยไม่มีผู้ใดช่วยได้
2lest they tear apart my soul like a lion, ripping it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
3ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของข้าพระองค์ ถ้าข้าพระองค์กระทำเช่นนี้ คือถ้ามีความชั่วช้าในมือของข้าพระองค์
3Yahweh, my God, if I have done this, if there is iniquity in my hands,
4ถ้าข้าพระองค์ตอบแทนความชั่วแก่ผู้ที่อยู่อย่างสันติกับข้าพระองค์ (แต่ผู้ที่เป็นศัตรูด้วยปราศจากเหตุ ข้าพระองค์เคยช่วยผู้นั้นให้รอดพ้นไป)
4if I have rewarded evil to him who was at peace with me (yes, if I have delivered him who without cause was my adversary),
5ก็ขอให้ศัตรูข่มเหงจิตวิญญาณข้าพระองค์ทัน และให้เขาเหยียบย่ำชีวิตข้าพระองค์ลงถึงดิน และวางเกียรติยศของข้าพระองค์ไว้ในผงคลี เซลาห์
5let the enemy pursue my soul, and overtake it; yes, let him tread my life down to the earth, and lay my glory in the dust. Selah.
6ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ขอพระองค์ทรงลุกขึ้นด้วยพระพิโรธของพระองค์ ขอทรงขึ้นสู้ความเกรี้ยวกราดของศัตรูของข้าพระองค์ ขอทรงตื่นขึ้นเพื่อทำการพิพากษาที่พระองค์ทรงกำหนดแล้ว
6Arise, Yahweh, in your anger. Lift up yourself against the rage of my adversaries. Awake for me. You have commanded judgment.
7ดังนั้นชุมนุมชนชาติทั้งหลายจะมาอยู่รอบพระองค์ เพราะเห็นแก่ชุมนุมนั้นขอทรงกลับไปประทับบนที่สูง
7Let the congregation of the peoples surround you. Rule over them on high.
8พระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงพิพากษาชนชาติทั้งหลาย ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ขอทรงพิพากษาข้าพระองค์ตามความชอบธรรมของข้าพระองค์ และตามความสัตย์สุจริตซึ่งมีอยู่ในข้าพระองค์
8Yahweh administers judgment to the peoples. Judge me, Yahweh, according to my righteousness, and to my integrity that is in me.
9ขอให้ความชั่วร้ายของคนชั่วจงมาถึงที่สิ้นสุด แต่ขอทรงสถาปนาคนชอบธรรมขึ้น เพราะพระเจ้าผู้ทรงชอบธรรมทรงทดลองความคิดและจิตใจทั้งหลาย
9Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous; their minds and hearts are searched by the righteous God.
10การป้องกันข้าพเจ้าอยู่กับพระเจ้า ผู้ทรงช่วยคนใจเที่ยงตรงให้รอด
10My shield is with God, who saves the upright in heart.
11พระเจ้าทรงพิพากษาคนชอบธรรม และพระเจ้าทรงพระพิโรธกับคนชั่วทุกวัน
11God is a righteous judge, yes, a God who has indignation every day.
12ถ้ามนุษย์คนใดไม่กลับใจ พระองค์จะทรงลับคมดาบของพระองค์ พระองค์ทรงโก่งธนูเตรียมพร้อมไว้
12If a man doesn’t relent, he will sharpen his sword; he has bent and strung his bow.
13พระองค์ทรงเตรียมอาวุธแห่งความตาย พระองค์ทรงกระทำให้ลูกธนูของพระองค์ต่อสู้ผู้ข่มเหงทั้งหลาย
13He has also prepared for himself the instruments of death. He makes ready his flaming arrows.
14ดูเถิด คนชั่วก่อความชั่วช้าขึ้นแล้ว กำลังท้องความชั่วช้า และคลอดการมุสาออกมา
14Behold, he travails with iniquity. Yes, he has conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
15เขาขุดหลุมพรางไว้ และตกลงไปในหลุมที่เขาทำไว้นั้น
15He has dug a hole, and has fallen into the pit which he made.
16ความชั่วช้าของเขาจะกลับมาสุมศีรษะเขา และความทารุณของเขาจะลงมาบนกบาลของเขาเอง
16The trouble he causes shall return to his own head. His violence shall come down on the crown of his own head.
17ข้าพเจ้าจะสรรเสริญพระเยโฮวาห์เนื่องด้วยความชอบธรรมของพระองค์ และข้าพเจ้าจะร้องเพลงสรรเสริญพระนามของพระเยโฮวาห์ผู้สูงสุด
17I will give thanks to Yahweh according to his righteousness, and will sing praise to the name of Yahweh Most High.
