2 Thessalonians

3

1Ka'omea-na ompi', kiperapi' bona niposampayai wo'o-ka-kaiwo. Lomo' -lomo' -na, merapi' hi Pue' bona kawoo-woria' tauna mpo'epe pai' mpotarima Lolita Pue', hewa to jadi' hi koi' -e wengi.
1Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run and be glorified, even as also [it is] with you;
2Merapi' wo'o-koi bona Alata'ala mpobahaka-kai ngkai tauna to dada'a pai' to mebalinai', apa' uma hawe'ea tauna mepangala' hi Lolita Pue' toe.
2and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men; for all have not faith.
3Aga uma molaka' pompewili' -na Pue' Yesus hi koi'. Narohoi nono-ni pai' napetalawai' -koi ngkai to dada'a.
3But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you, and guard you from the evil [one].
4Jadi', apa' lawi' Pue' to mpewili' -koie, toe pai' monoa' -mi ki'inca kanituku' -na napa to kitudui' -kokoi, pai' nipokaliliu mpai' mpotuku' napa-napa to kitudui' -kokoi.
4And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command.
5Kisarumaka Pue' Yesus mpotete' -koi, duu' -na ni'inca mpu'u ahi' Alata'ala hi koi', bona ntaha-koi hi rala kasusaa', hewa kantaha-na Kristus wo'o.
5And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patience of Christ.
6Ompi' -ompi', hante kuasa to nawai' -kakai Pue' Yesus Kristus, kihawai' -koi: neo' mporomu-raka ompi' hampepangalaa' -ni to lose pai' to uma mpotuku' atura to nitarima ngkai kai'.
6Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which they received of us.
7Ni'inca moto ompi' po'ingku-kai nto'u-kai dohe-ni wengi, ka'uma-kai lose. Po'ingku-kai tetu-mile to kana nituku' -e.
7For yourselves know how ye ought to imitate us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;
8Uma-kai mpokoni' pongkoni' to uma ki'oli. Hinamengi hina'eo-kai mobago pai' mowewa bona neo' -kai mposesei' -koi.
8neither did we eat bread for nought at any man's hand, but in labor and travail, working night and day, that we might not burden any of you:
9Kakoo-kono-na, uma-kai sala' mperapii' -koie. Tapi' doko' kipopohiloi-koi tonco to lompe' bona nituku'.
9not because we have not the right, but to make ourselves and ensample unto you, that ye should imitate us.
10Bula-kai retu-pidi dohe-ni wengi, ria ami' -mi hawa' to kitu'u-kokoi, ki'uli': tauna to uma dota mobago, neo' -i rawai' pongkoni'.
10For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, If any will not work, neither let him eat.
11Pai' -kai mpo'uli' hewa toe-e, ta'uli' -mi-hawo, apa' ki'epe karia-ra hi retu to mengkalose. Sese' -ra mpogalo urusia doo-wadi, uma-ra mpobago lompe' bago-ra moto.
11For we hear of some that walk among you disorderly, that work not at all, but are busybodies.
12Jadi', hante kuasa to nawai' -kakai Pue' Yesus Kristus, kihawai' -ra tauna toera pai' ki'apui nono-ra bona rodo-ra mobago mpali' pongkoni' -ra.
12Now them that are such we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.
13Aga koi', ompi' -ompi' omea, neo' nika'ohai mpobabehi to lompe'.
13But ye, brethren, be not weary in well-doing.
14Ane rapa' -na ria to uma dota mpotuku' napa to ki'uki' hi rala sura toi, petonoi-ra. Neo' niposigalo-raka, bona me'ea' -ra.
14And if any man obeyeth not our word by this epistle, note that man, that ye have no company with him, to the end that he may be ashamed.
15Aga neo' wo'o-ra wa niponcawa bali' -ni. Paresai' -ra, apa' lawi' nipo'ompi' -ra hi rala Pue' Yesus.
15And [yet] count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
16Ngkai Pue' -wadi kalompea' tuwu' -ta. Toe pai' mekakae-a hi Pue', kuperapi' bona nawai' -koi kalompea' tuwu' butu eo-na pai' hi butu nyala-na. Pue' mpodohei-koi omea.
16Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all.
17Tabe ngkai aku', Paulus. Kahudua sura tohe'i-e, pale-ku moto-mi to mpo'uki'. Hewa tohe'i lence ukia' -ku hi rala hawe'ea sura-ku, bona monoa' ni'inca kasura-ku mpu'u.
17The salutation of me Paul with mine own hand, which is the token in every epistle: so I write.
18Pue' -ta Yesus Kristus mpogane' -koi omea.
18The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
