12

1Ompi' -ompi'! Ma'ala-mi ta'uli': hawe'ea tauna to tuwu' owi toera, mokore-ra ntololikia-ta, pai' -ra mporohoi nono-ta hante posabi' -ra. Toe pai' ku'apui nono-ni: Mai tatadi hawe'ea to mpolintai-ta. Mai tatadi jeko' to mpentoe-ta, pai' kana ntaha-ta mpotuku' ohea to napakatantu-taka Alata'ala, hewa tauna to motanta'.
1Therefore let us also, seeing we are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2Mata-ta mpototopa Yesus, Pangkeni-ta to mpotate ohea-ta pai' to mposipolea pepangala' -ta. Ntaha-i mpotodohaka kaparia duu' -na mate hi kaju parika'. Kamate-na hi kaju parika' toe anu me'eai' lia. Aga nau' wae, uma natapari, na'agi mate raparika', apa' napoimata-mata kagoea' to narata mpai' ngkabokoa'. Wae lau mohura-imi hi mali ngka'ana Pohuraa Alata'ala hi suruga.
2looking unto Jesus the author and perfecter of [our] faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising shame, and hath sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
4Uma mowo kaparia to natodohaka Yesus mponyanyo tauna to dada'a to ncapuaka-i, duu' -na rapatehi-i. Ane koi' ompi', ria moto wo'o-ra-rawo tauna to dada'a to mpo'ewa-koi, aga hi rala panga'ea-ni mpo'ewa jeko', ko'ia-koi ria to rapatehi hewa Yesus. Jadi', penonoi-i Yesus, bona neo' -koi lente pai' mere' nono-ni.
3For consider him that hath endured such gainsaying of sinners against himself, that ye wax not weary, fainting in your souls.
5Pai' neo' uma nikiwoi paresa' Buku Tomoroli' to mpololitai-koi hewa hadua tuama mpololitai ana' -na. Te'uki' hewa tohe'i: Ana' -ku, penonoi lompe' -e' tudui' -na Pue', pai' neo' mere' nono-nu ane naparesai' -ko.
4Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin:
6Apa' naparesai' hema-hema to napoka'ahi', pai' naweba' butu dua tauna to napo'ana'."
5and ye have forgotten the exhortation which reasoneth with you as with sons, My son, regard not lightly the chastening of the Lord, Nor faint when thou art reproved of him;
7Kana ntaha-koi hi rala kaparia, niponcawa paresa' ba peweba' ngkai Tuama-ni to hi suruga. Alata'ala mpoparesai' -koi hewa hadua tuama mparesai' pai' mpoweba' ana' -na. Apa' uma-hawo ria ana' to uma naparesai' tuama-na.
6For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, And scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
8Hawe'ea tauna to napo'ana' Alata'ala, bate naparesai'. Jadi', ane rapa' -na uma-koi naparesai' Alata'ala, batua-na bela-koi ana' -na mpu'u.
7It is for chastening that ye endure; God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is there whom [his] father chasteneth not?
9Bangku' tuama-ta hi dunia' -e', naparesai' -ta pai' tabila' -i. Peliu-liu-nami Tuama kao' -ta. Ane naparesai' -ta, tapengkorui mpu'u-i bona mporata-ta katuwua' to lompe'.
8But if ye are without chastening, whereof all have been made partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
10Totu'a-ta hi dunia' mpoparesai' -ta ba hangkuja mpae-wadi kahae-na. Paresa' -ra toe, ria kotoa-na, apa' raparesai' -ta ntuku' napa to lompe' hi poncilo-ra. Tapi' Alata'ala mpoparesai' -ta bona mporata to lompe' -ta, bona moroli' -ta hewa Hi'a.
9Furthermore, we had the fathers of our flesh to chasten us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
11Bula-ta raparesai' ba raweba', uma-ta goe', peda' ta'epe. Ngkabokoa' -na, ane monoto-ta-damo sabana paresa' toe, lompe' -mi katuwu' -ta, pai' monoa' -mi po'ingku-ta.
10For they indeed for a few days chastened [us] as seemed good to them; but he for [our] profit, that [we] may be partakers of his holiness.
12Ngkai toe-mi, neo' -koi lempe'. Pakaroho pepangala' -ni to lente.
11All chastening seemeth for the present to be not joyous but grievous; yet afterward it yieldeth peaceable fruit unto them that have been exercised thereby, [even the fruit] of righteousness.
13Pakanoa' petuku' -ni hi Pue', bona ane ria doo-ni to morara' -pidi nono-ra, uma-ra mpai' monawu', kamoroo-rohoa lau-rawo pepangala' -ra.
12Wherefore lift up the hands that hang down, and the palsied knees;
14Kana tuwu' hintuwu' -koi hante hawe'ea tauna. Huduwukui-koi bona tuwu' moroli', apa' uma hema to mpohilo Pue' ane uma-ra moroli'.
13and make straight paths for your feet, that that which is lame be not turned out of the way, but rather be healed.
15Pelompehi bona neo' ria doo-ni to ngkala'ura ngkai Alata'ala pai' mpohuna ahi' -na. Pelompehi bona neo' mehupa' hi laintongo' -ni tauna to hewa kowo' to ria rasu-na, pai' to mpobalinai' kahintuwuaa' -ni, alaa-na wori' to tepakeni mojeko'.
14Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man shall see the Lord:
16Pelompehi bona neo' ria-koi to mobualo' ba mogau' sala'.
15looking carefully lest [there be] any man that falleth short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble [you], and thereby the many be defiled;
17Ni'inca moto tutura-na, ngkabokoa' -na mehina moto-i doko' mporata pegane' toe ngkai tuama-na, aga uma-pi rawai' -i. Apa' nau' geo' -imi mperapi', uma-pi ria ohea-na mpokolompehii kasalaa' -na.
16lest [there be] any fornication, or profane person, as Esau, who for one mess of meat sold his own birthright.
18Owi, Alata'ala mpololitai to Yahudi ngkai Bulu' Sinai. Bulu' toe, bulu' biasa to bisa tareo. Bula-ra mponyanyo bulu' toe, rahilo apu to wewo', rangahu, limu' to mobengi, pai' ngolu' bohe.
17For ye know that even when he afterward desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected; for he found no place for a change of mind [in his father,] though he sought is diligently with tears.
19Ra'epe moni to bohe, to hewa moni sangkakala, pai' libu' to bohe mpololitai-ra. Nto'u-ra mpo'epe libu' toe, wulunga-ramo, ra'uli': "Kiperapi' bona libu' toe mai neo' -pi mpololitai-kai, apa' kipoka'eka' lia-kaiwo."
18For ye are not come unto [a mount] that might be touched, and that burned with fire, and unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,
20Uma radadahi mpo'epe parenta to naparata libu' toe. Libu' toe mpo'uli': "Hema-hema to mporeo bulu' tohe'i kana rapana' hante watu duu' -ra mate, lompe' porewua lompe' manusia'."
19and the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which [voice] they that heard entreated that no word more should be spoken unto them;
21Napa to ranyanyo to Yahudi toe mewulungahi lia. Bangku' nabi Musa-hawoe', na'uli': "Me'eka' pai' moridi' -a-kuna."
20for they could not endure that which was enjoined, If even a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned;
22Tapi' koi' ompi' -ompi', uma-koi mponyanyo-pi bulu' to hewa toe. Alata'ala mpololitai-koi ngkai suruga hante wiwi Ana' -na moto-mi. Mponyanyo-koi Bulu' Sion pai' ngata Yerusalem to hi suruga, to napo'ohai' Alata'ala to Tuwu'. Mponyanyo-koi mala'eka to moncobu-ncobu to moromu goe' -goe'.
21and so fearful was the appearance, [that] Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:
23Mponyanyo-koi poromua ana' -ana' ulumua' Alata'ala, to te'uki' -mi hanga' -ra hi rala suruga. Mponyanyo-koi Alata'ala, Topohura to mpobotuhi kara-kara hawe'ea manusia'. Mponyanyo-koi tauna to mate-mi owi, to monoa' po'ingku-ra pai' to rapomoroli' -mi.
22but ye are come unto mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable hosts of angels,
24Mponyanyo-koi Yesus, topetauntongoi' to mporohoi pojanci to bo'u to mpoposidai' manusia' hante Alata'ala. Yesus rapatehi, raa' -na mo'ili, pai' raa' -na toe meliu kalompe' -na ngkai raa' -na Habel owi.
23to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
25Toe pai' pelompehi mpu'u-koi, neo' nisapuaka-i to mpololitai-koi wae lau! To Yahudi owi, ane uma rapangalai' libu' to mpololitai-ra hi Bulu' Sinai, bate rahuku' -ra. Peliu-liu-nami mpai' kita' to mpo'epe lolita Alata'ala to mpololitai-ta ngkai suruga. Ane tatungkai' mpotilingkurihi-i, bate uma-ta mpai' tebahaka ngkai huku'.
24and to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaketh better than [that of] Abel.
26Nto'u Alata'ala mpololitai to Yahudi hi Bulu' Sinai, libu' -na mpolengo dunia'. Aga tempo toi, ria janci-na to mpo'uli': "Hangkani-pi mpai' kulengo dunia' duu' -na mokero. Pai' uma muntu' dunia' to kulengo, tapi' hante langi' wo'o."
25See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not when they refused him that warned [them] on earth, much more [shall not] we [escape] who turn away from him that [warneth] from heaven:
27Lolita to mpo'uli' "hangkani-pi" toe, batua-na: Alata'ala mpolengo pai' mpogero dunia' to napajadi' tohe'i, apa' dunia' toi uma tida duu' kahae-hae-na. Jadi', hi eo mpeno, nagero omea, bona muntu' to uma ma'ala molengo-damo to tida.
26whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more will I make to tremble not the earth only, but also the heaven.
28Jadi', ompi' -ompi', apa' lawi' mporata-ta bagia hi rala Kamagaua' Alata'ala to uma ma'ala lengoa-e, toe pai' kana motarima kasi-ta pai' mepue' -ta hi Alata'ala ntuku' ohea to napokono. Kana tabila' pai' tapengkorui mpu'u-i,
27And this [word], Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that have been made, that those things which are not shaken may remain.
29apa' Alata'ala to tapue', hewa apu to memampuhi-i.
28Wherefore, receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us have grace, whereby we may offer service well-pleasing to God with reverence and awe:
29for our God is a consuming fire.
