5Goe' -ramo mpo'epe lolita Yudas toe, ra'uli' -ki: "Ane nutonu Yesus hi kai', kiwai' -ko doi."
5And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
6Na'io' -mi Yudas, pai' ngkai ree napali' loga to lompe' mpobalu' Yesus hi bali' -na hante uma ra'incai ntodea.
6And he consented, and sought opportunity to deliver him unto them in the absence of the multitude.
7Rata-mi tempo-na Posusa' Roti to Uma Raragii. Pai' eo to lomo' -na hi rala posusa' tohe'e, eo posumalea' bima to rakoni' hi Eo Paskah.
7And the day of unleavened bread came, on which the passover must be sacrificed.
8Yesus mpohubui Petrus pai' Yohanes, na'uli' -raka: "Hilou-mokoi mporodo-taka pongkoni' Paskah-ta."
8And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and make ready for us the passover, that we may eat.
9Rapekune' -i: "Hiapa Pue' nupokono kipomporodoi-e?"
9And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we make ready?
10Na'uli' -raka: "Ane mesua' -koi mpai' hi rala ngata, hirua' -koi hante hadua tomane to ngkeni pontomua' oti ntomu'. Tuku' -i rata hi tomi pesuaa' -na.
10And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house whereinto he goeth.
11Rata hi tomi pesuaa' -na, uli' -ki pue' tomi hewa toi: `Na'uli' Guru: Hiapa-kuwo pobabehia-ku Posusa' Paskah hante ana'guru-ku?'
11And ye shall say unto the master of the house, The Teacher saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?
12Pue' tomi toei mpai' mpotudo' -kokoi hameha' kamar to bohe hi lolo-na. Kamar toe teporodo ami' -mi, hono' -mi rewa-na. Hi retu-mi mpai' niporodo pongkoni' Paskah-ta."
12And he will show you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.
13Hilou mpu'u-ramo Petrus pai' Yohanes, pai' rarata mpu'u-mi hewa to na'uli' -raka Yesus, pai' -ra mporodo-mi pongkoni' Paskah.
13And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.
14Karata-na mpu'u-mi tempo ngkoni' pongkoni' Paskah tohe'e, mohura-imi Yesus hante suro-na hi tomi toe.
14And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the apostles with him.
15Na'uli' -raka: "Doko' lia-a ngkoni' dohe-ni hi Eo Paskah toi, kako'ia-ku mporata kaparia.
15And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:
16Apa' bona ni'inca: uma-apa ngkoni' pongkoni' Paskah to hewa toi, duu' -na madupa' mpu'u-mi batua-na posusa' toi nto'u Alata'ala jadi' Magau' hi dunia'."
16for I say unto you, I shall not eat it, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
17Oti toe, Yesus mpo'ala' sangkiri' to ihia' anggur, na'uli' tarima kasi hi Alata'ala, pai' na'uli' -raka ana'guru-na: "Ala' -mi tohe'i pai' nibagi-bagi.
17And he received a cup, and when he had given thanks, he said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:
18Apa' bona ni'inca: ntepu'u ngkai wae lau, uma-apa nginu anggur duu' -na rata mpu'u-mi tempo-na Alata'ala jadi' Magau' hi dunia'."
18for I say unto you, I shall not drink from henceforth of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.
19Oti toe, na'ala' -mi roti, pai' ka'oti-nai mpo'uli' tarima kasi hi Pue' Ala, napihe-pihe pai' natonu-miraka, na'uli': "Roti to kutonu-kokoi toi, toi-mi woto-ku ((to kutonu mpotolo' -koi. Babehi-mokoi ada toi bona mpokiwoi-a."
19And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he brake it, and gave to them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
20Wae wo'o, ka'oti-ra ngkoni', na'ala' sangkiri' to ihia' anggur pai' na'uli' -raka: "Ihi' sangkiri' toi mpobatuai pojanci Alata'ala to bo'u, to mpoposidai' Alata'ala pai' manusia'. Pojanci toe, rapadupa' hante raa' -ku, to rabowo mpai' ane mate-a mpotolo' -koi.))
20And the cup in like manner after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, [even] that which is poured out for you.
21"Aga hilo pe', tauna to mpobalu' -a mpai', ria-imi hi rehe'i lau, ngkoni' dohe-ku toi-e!
21But behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table.
22Aku' Ana' Manusia' bate kana mate hewa to napakatantu Alata'ala. Aga mpe'ahii' tauna to mpobalu' -a tetui!"
22For the Son of man indeed goeth, as it hath been determined: but woe unto that man through whom he is betrayed!
23Kara'epe-na ana'guru-na toe, momepekune' -ramo ba hema-ra mpai' to mpobabehi hewa toe.
23And they began to question among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing.
24Ngkai ree, momehono' -ramo ana'guru-na Yesus, ba hema-ra to meliu kabohe pangka' -ra.
24And there arose also a contention among them, which of them was accounted to be greatest.
25Toe pai' Yesus mpo'uli' -raka: "Ane hi tauna to uma mpo'incai Alata'ala, uma mowo kasoa-na magau' mpohawai' ntodea. Pai' tauna to bohe pangka' -ra doko' rahanga' `to mpotiroi ntodea.'
25And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles have lordship over them; and they that have authority over them are called Benefactors.
26Aga koi', neo' hewa tetu! Timali-na lau-di. Hema-koi to meliu kabohe pangka' -na kana mo'ingku hewa to kedi' lia tuwu' -na. Pai' tauna to mehawai' kana mo'ingku hewa hadua pahawaa'.
26But ye [shall] not [be] so: but he that is the greater among you, let him become as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
27Kupekune' -koi ulu: hema to meliu kabohe pangka' -na? To mohura ngkoni' -di, ba to metonui-di? Tantu tauna to mohura. Hiaa' ohe'i-a hi laintongo' -ni hewa tauna to mpotonui-koi.
27For which is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am in the midst of you as he that serveth.
28"Koi' tohe'i-e lau, ria oa' -koi dohe-ku hi rala hawe'ea kasusaa' -ku.
28But ye are they that have continued with me in my temptations;
29Jadi', hewa Tuama-ku mpowai' -a kuasa moparenta, wae wo'o Aku' mpowai' -koi kuasa moparenta.
29and I appoint unto you a kingdom, even as my Father appointed unto me,
30Toe pai' goe' wo'o-ko-koiwo mpai' ngkoni' pai' nginu dohe-ku hi rala Kamagaua' -ku ane jadi' Magau' -apa mpai'. Pai' mohura moto-koi mpai' hi pohuraa to hampulu' romeha', mpoparentai to Israel to hampulu' rontina."
30that ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom; and ye shall sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
31Oti toe, Pue' Yesus mpololitai Simon Petrus, na'uli': "Ee', Simon! Epe: Magau' Anudaa' rawai' loga mposori-koi omea. Hewa pae to ratapi, hewa toe wo'o mpai' kagaga-na pesori to mporumpa' -koi.
31Simon, Simon, behold, Satan asked to have you, that he might sift you as wheat:
32Aga kuposampayai ami' -moko Simon, bona neo' lelu' pepangala' -nu. Jadi', ane monoto nculii' mpai' nono-nu, iko kana mporohoi nono doo-nu."
32but I made supplication for thee, that thy faith fail not; and do thou, when once thou hast turned again, establish thy brethren.
33Na'uli' Petrus: "Pue', nau' ratarungku' -a mpai' ba paiana rapatehi-a dohe-nu, sadia moto-a mpotuku' -ko!"
33And he said unto him, Lord, with thee I am ready to go both to prison and to death.
34Na'uli' Yesus: "Petrus, bona nu'inca: kako'ia-na turua' manu' bengi toe mpai' lau, mpolia' tolu ngkani-moko mposapu kanu'inca-ku."
34And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, until thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.
35Oti toe Yesus mpololitai-ra, na'uli': "Nto'u kakuhubui-ni wengi hilou ngkeni Kareba Lompe', uma-koi kupiliu mpokeni karepe' doi ba boku ba sapatu'. Ha ria-mokoi nakakurai' ba napa-napa-e?"
35And he said unto them, When I sent you forth without purse, and wallet, and shoes, lacked ye anything? And they said, Nothing.
36Ratompoi': "Uma-hawo." Na'uli' Yesus: "Aga hewa toe lau, hema-koi to ria doi-ni ba boku-ni kana nikeni. Pai' hema-koi to uma ria piho' -ni, pobalu' baju-ni nipope'oli piho'.
36And he said unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise a wallet; and he that hath none, let him sell his cloak, and buy a sword.
37Apa' ria lolita Buku Tomoroli' to mpo'uli': `Magau' Topetolo' mpai' rapohewa tauna to dada'a.' Pai' napa to te'uki' toe kana madupa' hi Aku'. Apa' napa to te'uki' hi rala Buku Tomoroli' to mpolowa-a, neo' madupa' mpu'u-mi wae lau."
37For I say unto you, that this which is written must be fulfilled in me, And he was reckoned with transgressors: for that which concerneth me hath fulfilment.
38Ra'uli' ana'guru-na: "Pue', ohe'i moto piho' romata." Na'uli' Yesus: "Wae-mi."
38And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.
39Oti toe, malai-imi Yesus ngkai rala ngata, pai' hewa kabiasaa-na hilou-imi hi Bulu' Zaitun, pai' ana'guru-na hilou wo'o dohe-na.
39And he came out, and went, as his custom was, unto the mount of Olives; and the disciples also followed him.
40Karata-ra hi ria, na'uli' mpo'uli' -raka: "Mosampaya-mokoi bona neo' -koi mporata pesori."
40And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.
41Oti toe, pai' hilou-i molaa hala' ngkai hira', pai' -i mowilingkudu mosampaya.
41And he was parted from them about a stone's cast; and he kneeled down and prayed,
42Na'uli': "Tuama-ku, ane dota-ko, wi'iha-ka-kuwo kaparia to neo' mporumpa' -a tohe'i. Aga bela konoa-ku Aku' to jadi', agina konoa-nu Iko moto." ((
42saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.
43Ngkai ree, mehupa' -mi hadua mala'eka ngkai suruga mporohoi-i.
43And there appeared unto him an angel from heaven, strengthening him.
44Hangkedi' kanahuduwukui-na mosampaya, apa' pepa mpu'u na'epe. Ini' -na tudo' hi tana' hewa raa'.))
44And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly; and his sweat became as it were great drops of blood falling down upon the ground.
45Oti mosampaya, mokore-imi hilou nculii' hi ana'guru-na. Narata-ra bula-ra leta', nakeni kasusa' nono-ra.
45And when he rose up from his prayer, he came unto the disciples, and found them sleeping for sorrow,
46Na'uli' -raka: "Napa-di pai' leta' -koie! Memata-mokoi pai' mosampaya bona neo' -koi mporata pesori."
46and said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, that ye enter not into temptation.
47Bula-na Yesus mololita-pidi, muu-mule' rata-mi tauna hampodooa. Yudas, hadua ngkai ana'guru-na to hampulu' rodua, hi'a-mi to mpakeni-ra. Karata-ra hi ree, hilou-imi Yudas mpomohui' Yesus, doko' natabe-i hante me'eki ntuku' ada-ra to Yahudi.
47While he yet spake, behold, a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them; and he drew near unto Jesus to kiss him.
48Aga Yesus mpo'uli' -ki: "Ee' Yudas, ha hante petabe-nu tetu-tanoe nupobalu' -a, Aku' Ana' Manusia' -e!"
48But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?
49Karahilo-na ana'guru-na napa to neo' jadi', ra'uli': "Pue', ki'ewa-ramo hante piho'!"
49And when they that were about him saw what would follow, they said, Lord, shall we smite with the sword?
50Ngkai ree, hadua ngkai ana'guru-na mpotime batua Imam Bohe, bela mpoholu tilinga ka'ana-na.
50And a certain one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and struck off his right ear.
51Na'uli' Yesus: "Neo' -pi!" Pai' najama tilinga-na napaka'uri' -ki.
51But Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye [them] thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him.
52Oti toe, Yesus mpololitai-ra imam pangkeni pai' polisi Tomi Alata'ala hante pangkeni to Yahudi to tumai mpohoko' -i. Na'uli' -raka: "Ha toperampaki-a toi-e, pai' mingki' tumai-koi ntali piho' pai' sumampu-e!
52And Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and elders, that were come against him, Are ye come out, as against a robber, with swords and staves?
53Butu eo-na ria lalau-a dohe-ni hi Tomi Alata'ala, tapi' uma-koi hema to dungku pale-ni hi Aku' nto'u toe. Tempo mobengi-damo pai' lako' daho' -koi mpohoko' -a. Toi-mi tempo-ni koi', pai' tempo-na magau' kabengia!"
53When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched not forth your hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.
54Ngkai ree, rahoko' mpu'u-imi, pai' -i rakeni hilou hi tomi Imam Bohe. Petrus metuku' ngkawao-wadi.
54And they seized him, and led him [away], and brought him into the high priest's house. But Peter followed afar off.
55Hi laintongo' berewe, rapobaa apu raponerui, pai' Petrus hilou wo'o-hawo mohura dohe-ra mpotololiki apu.
55And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the court, and had sat down together, Peter sat in the midst of them.
56Hadua tobine topobago hi tomi Imam Bohe mpohilo Petrus bula-na moneru. Napelence pai' na'uli': "Tau tetui, hadua doo-na Yesus!"
56And a certain maid seeing him as he sat in the light [of the fire], and looking stedfastly upon him, said, This man also was with him.
57Nasapu Petrus, na'uli': "Uma-kuna ku'incai-i!"
57But he denied, saying, Woman, I know him not.
58Uma mahae ngkai ree, kahadua-na mpohilo Petrus pai' na'uli' -ki: "Iko wo'o-mi hadua doo-ra ngone!" Na'uli' wo'o Petrus: "Uma! Bela aku'."
58And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou also art [one] of them. But Peter said, Man, I am not.
59Ba ria hajaa ngkai ree, hadua wo'o-mi mpo'uli': "Bate hi'a mpu'u-di doo-nae, apa' to Galilea wo'o-i-hawo!"
59And after the space of about one hour another confidently affirmed, saying, Of a truth this man also was with him; for he is a Galilaean.
60Na'uli' Petrus: "Napa to nu'uli' tetu, uma-kuna ku'incai!" Bula-na Petrus mololita-pidi, turua' -mi manu',
60But Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew.
61pai' Pue' me'ili' mponaa-i. Ngkai ree, nakiwoi-mi lolita-na Pue' to mpo'uli' -ki: "Kako'ia-na turua' manu' bengi mpai', mpolia' tolu ngkani-moko mposapu kanu'inca-ku."
61And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how that he said unto him, Before the cock crow this day thou shalt deny me thrice.
62Palai-nami Petrus hilou hi mali-na, pai' -i geo' ngkai kapeda' nono-na.
62And he went out, and wept bitterly.
63Tauna to mpodongo Yesus mpopo'ore' -i pai' mpohopo' -i.
63And the men that held [Jesus] mocked him, and beat him.
64Raputu' lio-na bona neo' -i pehilo, pai' -i rapekune': "Ee nabi! Pe'uli' pe' ba hema to mpohopo' -koe!"
64And they blindfolded him, and asked him, saying, Prophesy: who is he that struck thee?
65Wori' wo'o-pidi lolita peruge' -ra mporuge' -i.
65And many other things spake they against him, reviling him.
66Kamobaja-na, hawe'ea imam pangkeni pai' guru agama hante pangkeni to Yahudi ntani' -na moromu, pai' Yesus rakeni hi nyanyoa-ra.
66And as soon as it was day, the assembly of the elders of the people was gathered together, both chief priests and scribes; and they led him away into their council, saying,
67Ra'uli' topohura toera mpo'uli' -ki Yesus: "Uli' -kakai hi rehe'i, ha Iko mpu'u-mi Magau' Topetolo' -e?" Na'uli' Yesus: "Nau' ku'uli' -kokoi, bate uma-le nipangalai' -e.
67If thou art the Christ, tell us. But he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe:
68Pai' ane Aku' mepekune' hi koi', bate uma-le nitompoi' -ae.
68and if I ask [you], ye will not answer.
69Aga ngkai wae-e lau, Aku' Ana' Manusia' mohura pai' moparenta hi mali ngka'ana Alata'ala to Mobaraka'."
69But from henceforth shall the Son of man be seated at the right hand of the power of God.
70Ra'uli' wo'o-mi topohura toera: "Ane wae-di, Ana' Alata'ala mpu'u-ko?" Na'uli' Yesus: "Wae mpu'u-di, hewa to ni'uli' tetu-e."
70And they all said, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am.
71Ngkai ree, ra'uli' -mi: "Uma-pi mingki' ria sabi'! Ta'epe moto-mi ngkai wiwi-na kasalaa' -na!"
71And they said, What further need have we of witness? for we ourselves have heard from his own mouth.
