1Jadi', doko' ku'uli' -kokoi beiwa katomo pobago-ku hi hawe'ea tauna to ko'ia mpohiloi-a, lompe' koi' to hi Kolose, lompe' hira' to hi Laodikia.
1For I would have you know what combat I have for you, and those in Laodicea, and as many as have not seen my face in flesh;
2to the end that their hearts may be encouraged, being united together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to [the] full knowledge of the mystery of God;
3Apa' Kristus toe-imi kunci to mpobea-taka hawe'ea pe'inca pai' kanotoa nono-na Alata'ala to tewuni.
3in which are hid all the treasures of wisdom and of knowledge.
4Patuju-ku mpo'uli' -kokoi toi-e, bona neo' -koi ma'ala rabagiu tauna hante lolita-ra to mpo'oluhi-koi.
4And I say this to the end that no one may delude you by persuasive speech.
5Apa' nau' molaa-a ngkai koi', hi rala nono-ku ria moto-a dohe-ni. Pai' goe' lia-a mpo'epe kahintuwua' -ni pai' katida pepangala' -ni hi Kristus.
5For if indeed in the flesh I am absent, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing and seeing your order, and the firmness of your faith in Christ.
6Jadi' ompi' -ompi', lawi' nitarima-imi Kristus Yesus jadi' Pue' -ni, wae-pi po'ingku-ni butu eo-na kana mpotuku' konoa-na, apa' mosidai' -mokoi hante Hi'a.
6As therefore ye have received the Christ, Jesus the Lord, walk in him,
7Pakatiri pai' pakatida nono-ni hi Hi'a, pakatede' pepangala' -ni, hewa to oti-mi ratudui' -kokoi. Pai' hi rala nono-ni mpo'uli' tarima kasi oa' -koi hi Alata'ala.
7rooted and built up in him, and assured in the faith, even as ye have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.
8Pelompehi-koi, bona neo' mpai' ria tauna to mpobagiu-koi pai' mpewuku-koi mpotuku' tudui' agama to uma makono pai' to uma ria kalaua-na. Apa' tudui' -ra toe, tudui' to mehupa' ngkai pekiri manusia' -wadi, ratudui' -koi mpotuku' ada pai' atura to mpokahangai' dunia' toi-wadi. Tudui' -ra toe uma ngkai Kristus.
8See that there be no one who shall lead *you* away as a prey through philosophy and vain deceit, according to the teaching of men, according to the elements of the world, and not according to Christ.
9Jadi', neo' -koi ma'ala rabagiu, apa' hi rala woto-na Kristus hawe'ea kehi pai' baraka' Alata'ala mo'oha' hante uma ria kakuraa' -na.
9For in him dwells all the fulness of the Godhead bodily;
10Hi'a-mi to meliu kamokuasa-na ngkai hawe'ea kuasa pai' hawe'ea baraka'. Jadi', ane mosidai' hante Kristus-ta-damo, hono' -mi, uma-pi ria kakuraa' -ta.
10and ye are complete in him, who is the head of all principality and authority,
11Ngkai posidaia' -ta hante Kristus, ma'ala-mi ta'uli' ratini' -tamo. Karatini' -ta toe, bela petini' to rababehi manusia', tapi' petini' hi rala nono-ta to nababehi Kristus. Batua-na, nabahaka-tamo ngkai kuasa jeko' to hi rala nono-ta.
11in whom also ye have been circumcised with circumcision not done by hand, in the putting off of the body of the flesh, in the circumcision of the Christ;
12Nto'u karaniu' -ta hi rala hanga' Kristus, ma'ala-mi ta'uli' mate pai' ratana wo'o-ta hangkaa-ngkania hante Kristus. Pai' nto'u karaniu' -ta hi rala hanga' Kristus toe, ma'ala ta'uli' rapotuwu' nculii' wo'o-tamo hangkaa-ngkania hante Hi'a, sabana pepangala' -ta hi baraka' Alata'ala to mpopotuwu' -i nculii' ngkai kamatea.
12buried with him in baptism, in which ye have been also raised with [him] through faith of the working of God who raised him from among the dead.
13Ri'ulu, kako'ia-ni mepangala' hi Kristus, hewa to mate-pidi-koi, apa' mpotiboki-koi hawa' -na Alata'ala, pai' uma-koi ratini' ntuku' ada agama Yahudi apa' bela-koi to Yahudi. Aga nau' wae, koi' to ri'ulu hewa to mate sabana jeko' -nie, napotuwu' nculii' -mokoi hangkaa-ngkania hante Kristus ngkai posidaia' -ni hante Hi'a, pai' na'ampungi-mi hawe'ea petiboki-ni.
13And you, being dead in offences and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, he has quickened together with him, having forgiven us all the offences;
14Ane kakono-na, masala' omea-ta pai' natao rahuku' pai' -ta ragaa' ngkai Alata'ala, apa' mpotiboki-ta atura-na. Tapi' ngkai kamate-na Yesus hi kaju parika', Alata'ala mpopori hawe'ea petiboki-ta, pai' nabahaka-tamo ngkai atura to tatiboki toe, alaa-na uma-tapa oko rahuku'.
14having effaced the handwriting in ordinances which [stood out] against us, which was contrary to us, he has taken it also out of the way, having nailed it to the cross;
15Nto'u Kristus rapatehi hi kaju parika', nadagi-mi hawe'ea anudaa' to mokuasa pai' to mobaraka', pai' napalele pedagia-na toe hante kanoto-noto-na.
15having spoiled principalities and authorities, he made a show of them publicly, leading them in triumph by it.
16Ompi' -ompi', ria tauna to doko' mpewuku-koi mpotuku' ada agama-ra. Rasalai' -koi apa' uma nituku' palia hi pongkoni' pai' hi ponginu. Rasalai' -koi apa' uma nituku' ada eo bohe agama Yahudi, hewa eo bohe wula bo'u ba palia mobago hi Eo Sabat. Neo' nipangalai' tauna toera,
16Let none therefore judge you in meat or in drink, or in matter of feast, or new moon, or sabbaths,
17apa' hawe'ea ada pai' atura toe-e lau, hewa walatu-wadi. Alata'ala mpowai' atura toe owi, bona mpowalatu kalompea' to rata ngkabokoa'. Kristus, Hi'a-mi kadupa' -na walatu toe-e.
17which are a shadow of things to come; but the body [is] of Christ.
18Jadi', ane ria tauna to mposalai' -koi apa' uma nituku' tudui' -ra, neo' nipangalai' -ra. Ra'uli' tauna toera, ria inca-ra apa' ria-ra to mpohilo pangila. Ra'uli' uma-koi mpai' natarima Alata'ala ane uma-koi mpakadingki' nono-ni pai' mponyompa mala'eka. Neo' nipelele' tauna toera mposalai' -koi. Molangko nono-ra hante uma ria huraa-ra, apa' tudui' -ra toe mehuwu ngkai nono-ra moto to mpopekiri dunia' toi-wadi.
18Let no one fraudulently deprive you of your prize, doing his own will in humility and worship of angels, entering into things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by the mind of his flesh,
19Tauna toera uma-pi ngkakamu tudui' to mparipoko Kristus-- hiaa' bo Kristus toe-idi to taponcawa woo' -tae. Kita' omea to mepangala' hi Kristus ma'ala rarapai' -ki woto-na Kristus. Hewa woo' mpokuasai woto pai' woto toe rapoposidai' pai' rapome'umpu' hante ua' -na, wae wo'o Kristus mpopohintuwu' -ta pai' mpokeni-ta bona kamoroo-rohoa petuku' -ta hi Hi'a, ntuku' konoa Alata'ala.
19and not holding fast the head, from whom all the body, ministered to and united together by the joints and bands, increases with the increase of God.
20Kita' to mepangala' hi Kristus, ma'ala-mi ta'uli' mate-tamo hangkaa-ngkania hante Kristus. Apa' ngkai posidaia' -ta hante Hi'a, tebahaka-tamo ngkai ada pai' atura to hi dunia' toi, uma-pi tatuku' ada pai' atura toe bona jadi' monoa' -ta hi poncilo Alata'ala. Jadi', apa' mate mpu'u-tamo hangkaa-ngkania hante Kristus-e, neo' -pi tapengkorui oa' atura to wori' nyala toe, hewa tauna to ko'ia tebahaka ngkai atura toe.
20If ye have died with Christ from the elements of the world, why as [if] alive in [the] world do ye subject yourselves to ordinances?
21Neo' -pi tatuku' atura to mpo'uli': "Neo' raganga toi!" "Neo' rakoni' tetu!" "Neo' rareo toi pai' tetu!"
21Do not handle, do not taste, do not touch,
22Atura to hewa toe uma mpokeni kalompea' hi kita', apa' mpokahangai' pongkoni' pai' rewa to uma tida duu' kahae-hae-na, rapake' hangkale'liu-wadi ka'omea-na oti. Atura toe mehuwu ngkai hawa' pai' tudui' manusia' -wadi.
22(things which are all for destruction in the using [of them]:) according to the injunctions and teachings of men,
23Ane hiloa-nale, lompe' -damo atura toe, apa' tauna to mpotuku' atura toe, hewa to mo'agama mpu'u-ra: mpakadingki' nono-ra, pai' -ra mpotuku' ada agama to mposesa' woto-ra. Hiaa' kakono-na uma-le ria kalaua-na atura toe-e, apa' tauna to mpotuku' atura toe mpotuku' konoa nono-ra to dada'a-wadi.
23(which have indeed an appearance of wisdom in voluntary worship, and humility, and harsh treatment of the body, not in a certain honour,) to [the] satisfaction of the flesh.
