4

1Koi' to ramaradika, wai' batua-ni napa to lompe' pai' to masipato', apa' ni'inca moto-mi karia-na Maradika-ni hi suruga.
1Masters, give to bondmen what is just and fair, knowing that *ye* also have a Master in [the] heavens.
2Tida-koi mosampaya, neo' nibahakai mpo'uli' tarima kasi hi Alata'ala.
2Persevere in prayer, watching in it with thanksgiving;
3Pai' kai', niposampayai wo'o-ka-kaiwo, bona nabea-kakai Alata'ala ohea mpopalele Lolita-na to mpololita patuju-na to napadupa' Kristus. Patuju-na toe ko'ia ra'incai manusia' ngkai owi, aga hewa toe lau, aku' -mi to mpopalele Kareba Kristus toe. Toe pai' ratarungku' -ama tohe'i-e.
3praying at the same time for us also, that God may open to us a door of the word to speak the mystery of Christ, on account of which also I am bound,

4to the end that I may make it manifest as I ought to speak.

5Walk in wisdom towards those without, redeeming opportunities.

6[Let] your word [be] always with grace, seasoned with salt, [so as] to know how ye ought to answer each one.
7Ompi' -ompi', mposuro-a ompi' -ta Tikhikus tilou, bona na'uli' -kokoi napa omea to jadi' hi aku'. Tikhikus toei, ompi' -ta to tape'ahi', pai' doo hampobagoa-ku to tida hi rala pobago Pue'.
7Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful minister and fellow-bondman in [the] Lord, will make known to you all that concerns me;
8Kusuro-i tilou bona ni'inca kababeiwa-kai, pai' bona narohoi nono-ni.
8whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that he might know your state, and that he might encourage your hearts:
9Dohe Tikhikus, kusuro wo'o Onesimus, ompi' -ta to tape'ahi' to tida mepangala' hi Pue', to hingka ngata-ni moto. Hira' -damo mpai' to mpo'uli' -kokoi hawe'ea to jadi' hi rehe'i.
9with Onesimus, the faithful and beloved brother, who is [one] of you. They shall make known to you everything here.
10Aristarkhus, to dohe-ku hi rala tarungku', mpakatu tabe-na hi koi'. Markus ompi' -na Barnabas, mpakatu wo'o-i tabe-na. (Kiwoi-e' to kuperapi' wengi: ane rata-ipi mpai', nitarima-i hi rala tomi-ni!)
10Aristarchus my fellow-captive salutes you, and Mark, Barnabas's cousin, concerning whom ye have received orders, (if he come to you, receive him,)
11Tabe wo'o ngkai Yesus, to rahanga' wo'o Yustus. Ngkai hawe'ea to Yahudi, to tolu toe-ramo to mobago dohe-ku mpobago bago Kamagaua' Alata'ala. Pai' hira' -mi-kuwo to mporohoi nono-ku.
11and Jesus called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These [are the] only fellow-workers for the kingdom of God who have been a consolation to me.
12Tabe wo'o ngkai Epafras, batua Kristus Yesus to hingka ngata-ni moto. Mosampaya oa' -i mpekakae-kokoi nte nono-na mpu'u, bona moroho pokore-ni pai' monoto pepangala' -ni mpotuku' hawe'ea konoa Alata'ala hante uma ria ruke-na.
12Epaphras, who is [one] of you, [the] bondman of Christ Jesus, salutes you, always combating earnestly for you in prayers, to the end that ye may stand perfect and complete in all [the] will of God.
13Kusabii' moto kamobago ntomo-na mpobago-kokoi to hi Kolose, duu' -na ompi' -ta to hi Laodikia pai' Hierapolis wo'o.
13For I bear him witness that he labours much for you, and them in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.
14Tabe wo'o ngkai Dokter Lukas to tape'ahi', pai' ngkai Demas.
14Luke, the beloved physician, salutes you, and Demas.
15Parata-kaka-kaiwo tabe-kai hi ompi' hampepangalaa' -ni to hi ngata Laodikia. Tabe-kai hi Nimfa hante to Kristen to moromu hi rala tomi-na.
15Salute the brethren in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the assembly which [is] in his house.
16Ane oti-mi nibasa sura toi hangkaa-ngkania, kuperapi' bona nipakatu wo'o hilou hi to Kristen to hi Laodikia bona rabasa wo'o-rawo. Pai' sura-ku to kupakatu hilou hi Laodikia, nibasa wo'o-koiwo mpai'.
16And when the letter has been read among you, cause that it be read also in the assembly of Laodiceans, and that *ye* also read that from Laodicea.
17Uli' -ki Arkhipus bona naposipolea bago to nawai' -ki Pue'!
17And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in [the] Lord, to the end that thou fulfil it.
18Tabe ngkai aku' Paulus. Ka'omea sura toi ku'uki' hante pale-ku moto. Kiwoi-a-kuwo bula-ku hi rala tarungku' -pidi toi. Pue' mpogane' -koi. Hudu rei-mi.
18The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace [be] with you.
