Revelation

17

1Oti toe hadua ngkai mala'eka to pitu to ngkakamu pitu batili toe tumai hi aku', na'uli' -ka: "Mai-ko, kutudo' -koko karahuku' -na tobine to ele' rahi, to mohura hi kaworia' ue.
1And one of the seven angels, which had the seven bowls, came and spoke with me, saying, Come here, I will shew thee the sentence of the great harlot who sits upon the many waters;
2Magau' -magau' hi dunia' mogau' sala' hante hi'a, pai' hawe'ea tauna to mo'oha' hi dunia' napoponginu hante ininu-na to melanguhi, batua-na: nabawai-ra mpotuku' gau' -na to uma tumotoa."
2with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication; and they that dwell on the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
3Kanakuasai-kumi Inoha' Tomoroli', pai' mala'eka toei mpakeni-a hilou hi papada to wao'. Hi ria kuhilo-kuwo hadua tobine to mpohawi' hama'a binata. Binata to nahawi' toe molei jore', hobo' hi woto-na te'uki' lolita peruge' hi Alata'ala; woo' -na pitu pai' tonu' -na hampulu'.
3And he carried me away in spirit to a desert; and I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4Ane tobine toei-e, pohea-na paka' to rapenasa: baju-na molei jore' pai' mo'awu mpomara-ntaipa, rarampai hante bulawa pai' mutiara pai' watu to masuli' oli-na. Mpokakamu-i hameha' sangkiri' bulawa to ihia' hante ininu to rapetagii apa' dada'a pai' merungkui. Ininu toe mpobatuai gau' -na to me'eai' pai' to uma tumotoa toe.
4And the woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and had ornaments of gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and the unclean things of her fornication;
5Hi wingke-na te'uki' hanga' to mpowalatu kehi-na: BABEL TO BOHE: TINA HAWE'EA TO ELE' PAI' PEHUPAA' BUTU NYALA GAU' TO UMA TUMOTOA HI DUNIA'
5and upon her forehead a name written, Mystery, great Babylon, the mother of the harlots, and of the abominations of the earth.
6Kuhilo tobine toei, malangu-imi mpo'inu raa' topetuku' Pue' Ala. Batua-na, ngasa' -imi mpopatehi tauna to mpangaku' Kayesus-na Pue' -ra. Uma mowo kakonce-ku mpohilo tobine toei.
6And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. And I wondered, seeing her, with great wonder.
7Oti toe, na'uli' -ka mala'eka to mpopakeni-a toei: "Napa pai' konce rahi-ko? Ko'ia-tano nupaha batua-na tobine toei pai' binata to nahawi' -e? Wae-pi, kupakanoto-koko batua-na. Binata toei, woo' -na pitu pai' tonu' -na hampulu'.
7And the angel said to me, Why hast thou wondered? *I* will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast which carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns.
8Tuwu' -i owi, tempo toi uma-ipi ria, aga mehupa' nculii' moto-i mpai' ngkai wulou'laa to uma tepetudu kanala-na. Pai' oti toe hilou rahuku' -imi duu' kahae-hae-na. Tauna to mo'oha' hi dunia' to uma te'uki' hanga' -ra hi rala Buku Katuwua' kako'ia-na dunia' rapajadi', konce-ra mpohilo binata toei. Apa' owi tuwu' -i, hiaa' tempo toi uma-ipi ria, aga mehupa' nculii' moto-i mpai'.
8The beast which thou sawest was, and is not, and is about to come up out of the abyss and go into destruction: and they who dwell on the earth, whose names are not written from the founding of the world in the book of life, shall wonder, seeing the beast, that it was, and is not, and shall be present.
9"Toe-mi pai' paraluu tapekiri hante kanoto-noto-na bona tapaha batua walatu-na. Woo' binata to pitu toe mpobatuai pitu meha' bulu' pohuraa tobine toe. Pai' woo' to pitu toe mpobatuai wo'o pitu magau'.
9Here is the mind that has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains, whereon the woman sits.
10Lima ngkai magau' toe, monawu' -ramo. Hadua bula-na moparenta-pidi. Pai' to hadua ko'ia-i ntepu'u moparenta. Ane rata-ipi, kana moparenta-i hampai'.
10And there are seven kings: five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; and when he comes he must remain [only] a little while.
11Binata to tuwu' owi pai' uma-ipi ria tempo toi, hi'a-mi magau' kawalu-na. Aga magau' kawalu-na toe, hadua ngkai magau' to pitu we'i. Pai' ka'omea-na magau' toei bate rahuku' duu' kahae-hae-na.
11And the beast that was and is not, he also is an eighth, and is of the seven, and goes into destruction.
12Tonu' to hampulu' to nuhilo toe we'i mpobatuai hampulu' magau' to ko'ia ntepu'u moparenta. Magau' to hampulu' toera rapiliu moparenta hangkaa-ngkania hante binata toei. Aga poparenta-ra toe hajaa-wadi kahae-na.
12And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have not yet received a kingdom, but receive authority as kings one hour with the beast.
13Magau' to hampulu' toera, hanono lau-ramo mpotulungi binata to dada'a toei. Mengkoru-ra hi binata toei, pai' hawe'ea karohoa-ra pai' kuasa poparenta-ra rapake' mpobabehi konoa binata to dada'a toei.
13These have one mind, and give their power and authority to the beast.
14Manga'e-ra mpanga'ei Ana' Bima toei. Aga Ana' Bima toei mpodagi-ra, apa' Hi'a-mi Pue' ngkai hawe'ea pue' pai' Magau' ngkai hawe'ea magau'. Pai' dohe Ana' Bima toei, ria wo'o-ra-rawo topetuku' -na to nakio' pai' to napelihi-mi, to tida mpotuku' -i."
14These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them; for he is Lord of lords and King of kings: and they [that are] with him called, and chosen, and faithful.
15Na'uli' wo'o mala'eka toei mpo'uli' -ka: "Ue to nuhilo toe we'i, to napohurai tobine toei, mpobatuai tauna ngkai humalili' dunia', ntodea ngkai wori' negara pai' wori' nyala basa.
15And he says to me, The waters which thou sawest, where the harlot sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues.
16Rata mpai' tempo-na binata toei hante magau' to hampulu' to dohe-na mpokahuku' tobine to ele' toei. Rarampaki-i, ralawahi, ihi-na hantongo' rakoni', pai' toro-na rasuwe.
16And the ten horns which thou sawest, and the beast, these shall hate the harlot, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and shall burn her with fire;
17Hiaa' napa to rababehi toe bate patuju-na Alata'ala ami'. Apa' Alata'ala mpolengo nono magau' toera bona hira' mpopomako' patuju-na. Toe pai' magau' toera, hanono lau-ra mpotonu kuasa poparenta-ra hi binata toei, duu' -na madupa' mpu'u-mi napa to nalowa Alata'ala.
17for God has given to their hearts to do his mind, and to act with one mind, and to give their kingdom to the beast until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
18Jadi', tobine to ele' to nuhilo toei, mpobatuai ngata to bohe to mpoparentai magau' -magau' hi dunia'."
18And the woman which thou sawest is the great city, which has kingship over the kings of the earth.
