1"Ane rata nculii' -apa mpai' jadi' Magau', kajadia' hewa lolita rapa' toi: Hampulu' toronaa mopatuju hilou mpotomu topemua', hore-hore ngkeni hulu' -ra.
1 “Then the Kingdom of Heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went out to meet the bridegroom.
2Lima-ra to wojo, lima-ra to monoto nono-ra.
2 Five of them were foolish, and five were wise.
3Lima toronaa to wojo toera, ngkeni moto-ra hulu' -ra, aga uma-ra ngkeni lana.
3 Those who were foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them,
4Lima toronaa to monoto nono-ra mpokeni hulu' -ra hante lana talaa-ra.
4 but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5Apa' mahae rahi karata topemua', tetunu' -ramo toronaa toera, ka'omea-na leta' omea-ramo.
5 Now while the bridegroom delayed, they all slumbered and slept.
6"Mentongo' bengi-mi, lako' ria-di tauna to mekio', ra'uli': `Etu-imi tumai topemua'! Mai-mokoi mpotomu-i.'
6 But at midnight there was a cry, ‘Behold! The bridegroom is coming! Come out to meet him!’
7Pemata-rami toronaa to hampulu' toera, hore-hore mporodo hulu' -ra.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. The end of the wick of an oil lamp needs to be cut off periodically to avoid having it become clogged with carbon deposits. The wick height is also adjusted so that the flame burns evenly and gives good light without producing a lot of smoke.
8Toronaa to wojo mpo'uli' -raka ema' -ra to monoto nono-ra: `Bale, mai-kaiwo lana-ni hangkedi', neo' mate-mi-kaina hulu' -kai.'
8 The foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’
9"Ratompoi' to monoto nono-ra toera: `Uma-kaiwo hono'! Hilou-mokoi ulu me'oli hi topobalu' lana.'
9 But the wise answered, saying, ‘What if there isn’t enough for us and you? You go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’
10Hilou-ramo-rawo toronaa to wojo toera mpo'oli lana. Lingku' -ra hilou, rata mpu'u-imi topemua'. Lima toronaa to monoto toera, apa' rodo ami' -mi-rana hulu' -ra, kaliliu mesua' -ramo dohe topemua' rala tomi posusaa', pai' wobo' ra'unca-mi.
10 While they went away to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut.
11"Oti toe rata wo'o-ramo-rawo toronaa to wojo toera. Mekio' -ra ngkai mali-na, ra'uli': `Pue'! Pue'! Bea-kaka-kaiwo wobo'!'
11 Afterward the other virgins also came, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us.’
12"Na'uli' topemua': `Uma-koi ku'incai.'"
12 But he answered, ‘Most certainly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
13Napohudu Yesus lolita rapa' -na toe hewa toi: "Toe pai' kana mo'inga' -inga' -koi, apa' uma ni'incai nto'uma-a rata.
13 Watch therefore, for you don’t know the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.
14"Ane rata nculii' -apa mpai' jadi' Magau', kajadi' -na hewa lolita rapa' tohe'i: Hadua maradika mopatuju hilou hi ngata to molaa. Kako'ia-na me'ongko', mpokio' -i pahawaa' -na napontonui doi-na, bona lingku' -na rapopodaga rapali' -ki donihi-na.
14 “For it is like a man, going into another country, who called his own servants, and entrusted his goods to them.
15Nawai' -ra hore-hore ntuku' pakulea' -ra. Hadua nawai' lima ncobu doi bulawa, to hadua roncobu, pai' to hadua wo'o hancobu. Pai' -i me'ongko' -mi.
15 To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one; to each according to his own ability. Then he went on his journey.
16Pahawaa' to mporata lima ncobu doi bulawa toei, kaliliu napopodaga mpali' donihi-na, narata mpu'u-mi donihi-na lima ncobu wo'o.
16 Immediately he who received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents.
17Wae wo'o pahawaa' to mporata roncobu, narata wo'o-hawo donihi-na roncobu.
17 In the same way, he also who got the two gained another two.
18Aga pahawaa' to mporata hancobu-wadi, hilou-i mpokae tana' napontawui doi maradika-na.
18 But he who received the one went away and dug in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.
19"Mahae ngkai ree, nculii' -imi maradika toei, pai' nakio' -ra pahawaa' -na, napongincai pompewili' -ra doi-na.
19 “Now after a long time the lord of those servants came, and reconciled accounts with them.
20Pahawaa' to mporata lima ncobu doi bulawa, tumai-i mpotonu hi maradika-na hampulu' ncobu, na'uli': `Maradika, to nutonu-ka wengi lima ncobu. Hilo, oi-mi ana' -na, lima ncobu wo'o.'
20 He who received the five talents came and brought another five talents, saying, ‘Lord, you delivered to me five talents. Behold, I have gained another five talents besides them.’
21"Na'uli' maradika-na: `Lompe' -mi! Nupopomako' lompe' pobago to kuwai' -koko. Wae-pi, apa' lawi' monoa' -ko hi to hangkedi', kusarumaka lau-moko hi to wori'. Mai-moko, mo'oha' hante aku', pai' goe' -moko hangkaa-ngkania hante aku'.'
21 “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
22"Pahawaa' to mporata roncobu doi bulawa, rata wo'o-imi-hawo, na'uli': `Maradika, roncobu wengi to nuwai' -ka. Hilo, oi-mi ana' -na roncobu wo'o.'
22 “He also who got the two talents came and said, ‘Lord, you delivered to me two talents. Behold, I have gained another two talents besides them.’
23"Na'uli' maradika toei: `Lompe' -mi! Nupopomako' lompe' pobago to kuwai' -koko. Wae-pi, apa' lawi' monoa' -ko hi to hangkedi', kusarumaka lau-moko hi to wori'. Mai-moko, mo'oha' hante aku', pai' goe' -moko hangkaa-ngkania hante aku'.'
23 “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
24"Oti toe, rata wo'o-imi-hawo pahawaa' to mporata hancobu, na'uli': `Maradika, ku'inca kaseke-nu. Nupepae to bela-kowo hinu'a-nu, nu'ala' to uma nukarokoi.
24 “He also who had received the one talent came and said, ‘Lord, I knew you that you are a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you did not scatter.
25Me'eka' -a, toe pai' hilou-a mpowuni doi-nu hi rala tana'. Jadi', ohe'i-mi doi-nu nculii'.'
25 I was afraid, and went away and hid your talent in the earth. Behold, you have what is yours.’
26"Na'uli' -mi maradika toei: `Iko pahawaa' to dada'a pai' to lose! Ane nu'inca kampepae-ku to bela hinu'a-ku, ane nu'inca kampo'ala' -ku to uma kukarokoi,
26 “But his lord answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant. You knew that I reap where I didn’t sow, and gather where I didn’t scatter.
27napa pai' uma nupopesua' lau doi-ku hi bank, bona ane rata-apa, kurua' nculii' hante ana' -na!'
27 You ought therefore to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received back my own with interest.
28Na'uli' wo'o-mi maradika toei hi pahawaa' kahadua-na: `Ala' doi to hi hi'a, wai' -ki to ria-ki hampulu' ncobu.
28 Take away therefore the talent from him, and give it to him who has the ten talents.
29Apa' tauna to rasarumaka hante anu to rawai' -ki, rawai' tena-i-pidi bona kawoo-woria' -ki. Aga tauna to uma rasarumaka, anu hangkedi' to ria hi hi'a, ra'alai' lau-imi.
29 For to everyone who has will be given, and he will have abundance, but from him who doesn’t have, even that which he has will be taken away.
30Pai' pahawaa' to uma motuju tetui, petadi-imi hi mali-na hi kabengia-na. Hi ria-i ntora geo' pai' ntodohaka.'
30 Throw out the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
31"Aku' Ana' Manusia', ane rata nculii' -apa mpai', mehini mpu'u-mi baraka' -ku, pai' radohei-a hawe'ea mala'eka-ku. Mohura-a mpai' moparenta hewa Magau' hi pohuraa to ncola.
31 “But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory.
32Hawe'ea manusia' morumpu hi nyanyoa-ku pai' kugaa' -ra jadi' rontuda, hewa hadua topo'ewu mpogaa' bima ngkai kebe'.
32 Before him all the nations will be gathered, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
33Tauna to mpobabehi konoa Alata'ala kupahantuda hi mali ka'ana-ku, pai' tauna topesapuaka hi mali ki'ii-ku.
33 He will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34"Pai' Aku' Magau', ku'uli' -raka to hi mali ka'ana-ku: `Mai-mokoi to nagane' Tuama-ku! Mesua' -mokoi hi rala Kamagaua' -ku, po'ohaa' -ni kuporodo ami' -mikokoi ngkai lomo' kajadi' dunia'.
34 Then the King will tell those on his right hand, ‘Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;
35Apa' nto'u-ku mo'oro', niwai' -a pongkoni'. Ngkamara-a, niwai' -a ue ininu. Liu-a hi tomi-ni, nipopehani-a.

36 I was naked, and you clothed me. I was sick, and you visited me. I was in prison, and you came to me.’
37"Metompoi' -ra to hi mali ka'ana-ku, ra'uli': `Pue', nto'uma-ko kihilo mo'oro' pai' kiwai' -ko koni', ba ngkamara pai' kiwai' -ko ue?
37 “Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you; or thirsty, and give you a drink?
38Nto'uma-ko liu hi tomi-kai, pai' kipopehani-ko? Nto'uma-ko kihilo uma ria pohea-nu, pai' kiwai' -ko pohea?

39Nto'uma-ko kihilo peda' ba hi rala tarungku', pai' tilou-kai mpencuai' -ko?'
39 When did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?’
40"Pai' Aku' Magau', kutompoi' -ra: `Bona ni'inca: napa to nibabehi mpotulungi ompi' -ku tohe'ira lau, nau' hadua ompi' -ku to kedi' lia katuwu' -na, batua-na, hibalia nibabehi hi Aku' -mi.'
40 “The King will answer them, ‘Most certainly I tell you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers The word for “brothers” here may be also correctly translated “brothers and sisters” or “siblings.” , you did it to me.’
41"Oti toe mpai', ku'uli' -raka to hi mali ki'ii-ku: `Malai-mokoi ngkai rei, koi' to natotowi Tuama-ku! Mesua' -mokoi hi rala apu to jela' ncuu, to raporodo ami' -miki Magau' Anudaa' pai' mala'eka to mpotuku' -i.
41 Then he will say also to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels;
42Apa' nto'u-ku mo'oro', uma-a niwai' koni'. Ngkamara-a, uma-a niwai' ue ininu.

43 I was a stranger, and you didn’t take me in; naked, and you didn’t clothe me; sick, and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’
44"Ra'uli' wo'o-mi-rawo mpai' mpo'uli' -ka: `Pue', nto'uma-ko kihilo mo'oro' ba ngkamara ba hewa tauna toliu, ba uma-ko moheai, ba peda' ba ratarungku', pai' uma-ko kitulungi?'
44 “Then they will also answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and didn’t help you?’
45"Pai' Aku' Magau', kutompoi' -ra: `Bona ni'inca: apa' uma-koina nitulungi-ra tauna to kedi' tuwu' -ra tohe'i-era lau, batua-na, Aku' -mi to uma nitulungi tetu-e.'"
45 “Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Most certainly I tell you, inasmuch as you didn’t do it to one of the least of these, you didn’t do it to me.’
46Napohudu Yesus lolita-na, na'uli': "Hawe'ea tauna to dada'a toera lau ratadi hi rala naraka pai' rahuku' duu' kahae-hae-na, pai' tauna to monoa' mporata katuwua' to lompe' duu' kahae-hae-na."
46 These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
