¹David spoke to Yahweh the words of this song in the day that Yahweh delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul:

¹大衛頌讚之歌（詩18）在耶和華拯救大衛脫離所有仇敵和掃羅的手的日子，他向耶和華唱出這首歌的歌詞。

²and he said, “Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, even mine;

²他說：“耶和華是我的巖石、我的山寨、我的救主、

³God, my rock, in him I will take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge. My savior, you save me from violence.

³我的　神、我的磐石、我所投靠的、我的盾牌、我救恩的角、我的高臺、我的避難所、我的救主；你是救我脫離強暴的。

⁴I will call on Yahweh, who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from my enemies.

⁴我向那當受讚美的耶和華呼求，就得到拯救，脫離我的仇敵。

⁵For the waves of death surrounded me. The floods of ungodliness made me afraid.

⁵死亡的波浪環繞我，毀滅的急流淹沒了我。

⁶The cords of Sheol Sheol is the place of the dead. were around me. The snares of death caught me.

⁶陰間的繩索圍繞著我；死亡的網羅迎面而來。

⁷In my distress I called on Yahweh. Yes, I called to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple. My cry came into his ears.

⁷急難臨到我的時候，我求告耶和華，我向我的　神呼求；他從殿中聽了我的聲音，我的呼求進了他的耳中。

⁸Then the earth shook and trembled. The foundations of heaven quaked and were shaken, because he was angry.

⁸那時大地搖撼震動，天的根基也都搖動；它們搖撼，是因為耶和華發怒。

⁹Smoke went up out of his nostrils. Fire out of his mouth devoured. Coals were kindled by it.

⁹濃煙從他的鼻孔往上冒，烈火從他的口中噴出來，連炭也燒著了。

¹⁰He bowed the heavens also, and came down. Thick darkness was under his feet.

¹⁰他使天下垂，親自降臨；在他的腳下黑雲密布。

¹¹He rode on a cherub, and flew. Yes, he was seen on the wings of the wind.

¹¹他乘著基路伯飛行，藉著風的翅膀急飛。

¹²He made darkness pavilions around himself: gathering of waters, and thick clouds of the skies.

¹²他以黑暗作他的隱密處，他以濃黑的水氣，就是天空的密雲，作他四周的帷帳。

¹³At the brightness before him, coals of fire were kindled.

¹³從他面前發出的光輝，火炭都燒起來！

¹⁴Yahweh thundered from heaven. The Most High uttered his voice.

¹⁴耶和華從天上打雷，至高者發出聲音。

¹⁵He sent out arrows, and scattered them; lightning, and confused them.

¹⁵他射出箭來，使它們四散；他發出閃電，使它們混亂。

¹⁶Then the channels of the sea appeared. The foundations of the world were laid bare by the rebuke of Yahweh, At the blast of the breath of his nostrils.

¹⁶耶和華的斥責一發，他鼻孔的氣一出，海底就出現，大地的根基也顯露。

¹⁷He sent from on high and he took me. He drew me out of many waters.

¹⁷他從高處伸手抓住我，把我從大水中拉上來。

¹⁸He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me.

¹⁸他救我脫離我的強敵，脫離那些恨我的人，因為他們比我強盛。

¹⁹They came on me in the day of my calamity, but Yahweh was my support.

¹⁹在我遭難的日子，他們來攻擊我；但耶和華是我的支持。

²⁰He also brought me out into a large place. He delivered me, because he delighted in me.

²⁰他又領我出去，到那寬闊之地；他搭救我，因為他喜悅我。

²¹Yahweh rewarded me according to my righteousness. He rewarded me according to the cleanness of my hands.

²¹耶和華按著我的公義報答我，照著我手中的清潔回報我。

²²For I have kept the ways of Yahweh, and have not wickedly departed from my God.

²²因為我謹守了耶和華的道；未曾作惡離開我的　神。

²³For all his ordinances were before me. As for his statutes, I did not depart from them.

²³因為他的一切典章常擺在我面前，他的律例，我未曾丟棄。

²⁴I was also perfect toward him. I kept myself from my iniquity.

²⁴我在他面前作完全的人，我也謹守自己，脫離我的罪孽；

²⁵Therefore Yahweh has rewarded me according to my righteousness, According to my cleanness in his eyesight.

²⁵所以耶和華按著我的公義，照著我在他眼前的清潔回報我。

²⁶With the merciful you will show yourself merciful. With the perfect man you will show yourself perfect.

²⁶對慈愛的人，你顯出你的慈愛；對完全的人，你顯出你的完全。

²⁷With the pure you will show yourself pure. With the crooked you will show yourself shrewd.

²⁷對清潔的人，你顯出你的清潔；對狡詐的人，你顯出你的機巧。

²⁸You will save the afflicted people, But your eyes are on the haughty, that you may bring them down.

²⁸謙卑的人，你要拯救；你的眼睛察看高傲的人，要使他們降卑。

²⁹For you are my lamp, Yahweh. Yahweh will light up my darkness.

²⁹耶和華啊！你是我的燈；耶和華照明了我的黑暗。

³⁰For by you, I run against a troop. By my God, I leap over a wall.

³⁰藉著你，我攻破敵軍；靠著我的　神，我跳過牆垣。

³¹As for God, his way is perfect. The word of Yahweh is tested. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.

³¹這位　神，他的道路是完全的；耶和華的話是煉淨的；凡是投靠他的，他都作他們的盾牌。

³²For who is God, besides Yahweh? Who is a rock, besides our God?

³²除了耶和華，誰是　神呢？除了我們的　神，誰是磐石呢？

³³God is my strong fortress. He makes my way perfect.

³³這位　神是我堅固的避難所，他使我的道路完全。

³⁴He makes his feet like hinds’ feet, and sets me on my high places.

³⁴他使我的腳像母鹿的蹄，又使我站穩在高處。

³⁵He teaches my hands to war, so that my arms bend a bow of brass.

³⁵他教導我的手怎樣作戰，又使我的手臂可以拉開銅弓。

³⁶You have also given me the shield of your salvation. Your gentleness has made me great.

³⁶你把你救恩的盾牌賜給我；你的回答使我昌大。

³⁷You have enlarged my steps under me. My feet have not slipped.

³⁷你使我腳底下的路徑寬闊，我的兩膝動搖。

³⁸I have pursued my enemies and destroyed them. I didn’t turn again until they were consumed.

³⁸我追趕仇敵，把他們追上，不消滅他們，我必不歸回。

³⁹I have consumed them, and struck them through, so that they can’t arise. Yes, they have fallen under my feet.

³⁹我吞滅他們，重創他們，使他們不能起來；他們都倒在我的腳下。

⁴⁰For you have armed me with strength for the battle. You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.

⁴⁰你以能力給我束腰，使我能夠作戰；你又使那些起來攻擊我的人都屈服在我的腳下。

⁴¹You have also made my enemies turn their backs to me, that I might cut off those who hate me.

⁴¹你使我的仇敵在我面前轉背逃跑，使我可以殲滅恨我的人。

⁴²They looked, but there was none to save; even to Yahweh, but he didn’t answer them.

⁴²他們呼叫，卻沒有人拯救；就算向耶和華呼求，他也不答應他們。

⁴³Then I beat them as small as the dust of the earth. I crushed them as the mire of the streets, and spread them abroad.

⁴³我搗碎他們，像地上的塵土；我打碎他們，踐踏他們，像街上的爛泥。

⁴⁴You also have delivered me from the strivings of my people. You have kept me to be the head of the nations. A people whom I have not known will serve me.

⁴⁴你救我脫離了我民的爭競，你立我作列國的元首；我不認識的人民要服事我。

⁴⁵The foreigners will submit themselves to me. As soon as they hear of me, they will obey me.

⁴⁵外族人都向我假意歸順；他們一聽見，就服從我；

⁴⁶The foreigners will fade away, and will come trembling out of their close places.

⁴⁶外族人大勢已去，戰戰兢兢地從他們的要塞走出來。

⁴⁷Yahweh lives! Blessed be my rock! Exalted be God, the rock of my salvation,

⁴⁷耶和華是永活的，我的磐石是應當稱頌的；拯救我的　神，我的磐石，是應當被尊為至高的。

⁴⁸even the God who executes vengeance for me, who brings down peoples under me,

⁴⁸他是那位為我伸冤的　神，他使萬民服在我的腳下，

⁴⁹who brings me away from my enemies. Yes, you lift me up above those who rise up against me. You deliver me from the violent man.

⁴⁹他救我脫離我的仇敵。你還把我高舉起來，高過那些起來攻擊我的人，又救我脫離了強暴的人。

⁵⁰Therefore I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations. Will sing praises to your name.

⁵⁰因此，耶和華啊，我要在列國中稱讚你，歌頌你的名。

⁵¹He gives great deliverance to his king, and shows loving kindness to his anointed, to David and to his seed, forevermore.”

⁵¹耶和華賜極大的救恩給他所立的王，又向他的受膏者施慈愛，就是向大衛和他的後裔施慈愛，直到永遠。”
