¹You shall not see your brother’s ox or his sheep go astray, and hide yourself from them: you shall surely bring them again to your brother.

¹“如果你看见你兄弟的牛或羊走迷了，你不可不理，总要把它们牵回你的兄弟那里。

²If your brother isn’t near to you, or if you don’t know him, then you shall bring it home to your house, and it shall be with you until your brother seek after it, and you shall restore it to him.

²如果你的兄弟离你很远，或是你不认识他，你就要把它牵到你家中，留在你那里，等到你的兄弟来寻找它，你就还给他。

³So you shall do with his donkey; and so you shall do with his garment; and so you shall do with every lost thing of your brother’s, which he has lost, and you have found: you may not hide yourself.

³对他的驴，你要这样行；对你的兄弟失去而被你找到的任何东西，你都要这样行，不可不理。

⁴You shall not see your brother’s donkey or his ox fallen down by the way, and hide yourself from them: you shall surely help him to lift them up again.

⁴如果你看见你兄弟的驴或牛跌倒在路上，你不可不理，总要帮助他把它们拉起来。

⁵A woman shall not wear men’s clothing, neither shall a man put on women’s clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh your God.

⁵“妇女不可穿男子的服装；男子也不可穿妇人的衣服；因为这样作的人，都是耶和华你的　神厌恶的。

⁶If a bird’s nest chance to be before you in the way, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs, and the hen sitting on the young, or on the eggs, you shall not take the hen with the young:

⁶“如果你在路上遇见鸟窝，或是在树上，或是在地上；里面有雏鸟，或是有蛋；母鸟伏在雏鸟身上，或在蛋上；你不可连母带子一起取去；

⁷you shall surely let the hen go, but the young you may take to yourself; that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days.

⁷总要让母鸟飞去，只可以取子；这样你就可以得着好处，得享长寿。

⁸When you build a new house, then you shall make a battlement for your roof, that you don’t bring blood on your house, if any man fall from there.

⁸“如果你建造新房屋，要在屋顶上作栏杆；免得有人从那里跌下来，流血的罪就归到你家。

⁹You shall not sow your vineyard with two kinds of seed, lest the whole fruit be forfeited, the seed which you have sown, and the increase of the vineyard.

⁹“不可把两样的种子撒在你的葡萄园里，免得你所种的全部收成和葡萄园的出产，都要充公分别为圣归给圣殿。

¹⁰You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together.

¹⁰你不可用牛和驴一同耕地。

¹¹You shall not wear a mixed stuff, wool and linen together.

¹¹不可穿羊毛和细麻混合织成的布料。

¹²You shall make yourselves fringes or, tassles on the four borders of your cloak, with which you cover yourself.

¹²“你要在所披的外衣上，四边做繸子。

¹³If any man takes a wife, and goes in to her, and hates her,

¹³贞操的条例“如果人娶妻，和她同房之后，就恨她，

¹⁴and accuses her of shameful things, and brings up an evil name on her, and says, “I took this woman, and when I came near to her, I didn’t find in her the tokens of virginity”;

¹⁴捏造可耻的事毁谤她，破坏她的名誉，说：‘我娶了这个女子，和她亲近的时候，发现她没有贞洁的凭据。’

¹⁵then shall the father of the young lady, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the young lady’s virginity to the elders of the city in the gate;

¹⁵那少女的父母就要把那少女的贞洁凭据拿出来，带到城门去见本城的长老。

¹⁶and the young lady’s father shall tell the elders, “I gave my daughter to this man to wife, and he hates her;

¹⁶少女的父亲要对长老说：‘我把我的女儿给这人作妻子，他却恨她，

¹⁷and behold, he has accused her of shameful things, saying, ‘I didn’t find in your daughter the tokens of virginity;’ and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity.” They shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

¹⁷捏造可耻的事毁谤她，说：“我发现你的女儿没有贞洁的凭据。”其实这就是我女儿的凭据。’于是，他们就把衣服铺在那城的长老面前。

¹⁸The elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him;

¹⁸那城的长老要把那人捉住，惩罚他，

¹⁹and they shall fine him one hundred shekels of silver, and give them to the father of the young lady, because he has brought up an evil name on a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.

¹⁹罚他一千一百四十克银子，交给那少女的父亲，因为他破坏了一个以色列处女的名誉；那少女仍要作他的妻子，终生不能休她。

²⁰But if this thing be true, that the tokens of virginity were not found in the young lady;

²⁰但如果这事是真的，少女没有贞洁的凭据，

²¹then they shall bring out the young lady to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done folly in Israel, to play the prostitute in her father’s house: so you shall put away the evil from the midst of you.

²¹就要把那少女带到她父家的门口，本城的人要用石头把她打死，因为她在以色列中作了丑事，在她父家行了淫乱；这样，你就把那恶从你们中间除去。

²²If a man be found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both of them die, the man who lay with the woman, and the woman: so you shall put away the evil from Israel.

²²“如果发现有人和有夫之妇同寝，就要把奸夫淫妇二人都处死；这样，你就把那恶从以色列中除掉了。

²³If there is a young lady who is a virgin pledged to be married to a husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

²³“如果有个少女，本来是处女，已经许配了人，有人在城里遇见了她，和她同寝，

²⁴then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones; the lady, because she didn’t cry, being in the city; and the man, because he has humbled his neighbor’s wife: so you shall put away the evil from the midst of you.

²⁴你们就要把他们二人带到当地的城门口，用石头打死他们。那少女该死，是因为她虽在城里，却没有呼叫；那男人该死，是因为他玷污了邻舍的妻子；这样，你就把那恶从你们中间除掉。

²⁵But if the man find the lady who is pledged to be married in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her; then the man only who lay with her shall die:

²⁵如果有人在田间遇见了已经许配人的少女，拉住她，和她同寝，只要把那和她同寝的人处死。

²⁶but to the lady you shall do nothing; there is in the lady no sin worthy of death: for as when a man rises against his neighbor, and kills him, even so is this matter;

²⁶但你不可对付那少女，她并没有该死的罪。这件事就像一个人忽然起来攻击自己的邻舍，你把他杀了一样。

²⁷for he found her in the field, the pledged to be married lady cried, and there was none to save her.

²⁷因为那人在田间遇见那少女，那已经许配人的少女呼叫了，却没有人救她。

²⁸If a man find a lady who is a virgin, who is not pledged to be married, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

²⁸“如果有人遇见一个少女，原是处女，还没有许配过人，就抓住她，和她同寝，又被人发现，

²⁹then the man who lay with her shall give to the lady’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife, because he has humbled her; he may not put her away all his days.

²⁹那和她同寝的人就要把五百七十克银子给那少女的父亲，那少女要归作他的妻子，因为他玷污了她；他终生不能休她。

³⁰A man shall not take his father’s wife, and shall not uncover his father’s skirt.

³⁰“人不可娶父亲的妻子，也不可揭开父亲的衣襟。”（本节在《马索拉抄本》为23:1）
