¹How the city sits solitary, that was full of people! She has become as a widow, who was great among the nations! She who was a princess among the provinces has become tributary!

¹哀叹锡安的遭遇

²She weeps bitterly in the night, and her tears are on her cheeks; among all her lovers she has none to comfort her: All her friends have dealt treacherously with her; they are become her enemies.

²她在夜间痛哭，泪流满面。在她所有亲爱的人中，没有一个安慰她的。她所有的朋友都以诡诈待她，都成了她的仇敌。

³Judah is gone into captivity because of affliction, and because of great servitude; she dwells among the nations, she finds no rest: all her persecutors overtook her within the straits.

³犹大受尽痛苦，饱经劳役，更遭流徙异地。她住在列国中，找不着安居之所。在困境之中，追赶她的人把她追上了。

⁴The ways of Zion do mourn, because none come to the solemn assembly; all her gates are desolate, her priests do sigh: her virgins are afflicted, and she herself is in bitterness.

⁴通往锡安道路悲哀，因为没有人去守节。锡安一切的城门冷落，祭司唉哼，处女忧伤，锡安也受尽痛苦。

⁵Her adversaries are become the head, her enemies prosper; for Yahweh “Yahweh” is God’s proper Name, sometimes rendered “LORD” (all caps) in other translations. has afflicted her for the multitude of her transgressions: her young children are gone into captivity before the adversary.

⁵锡安的敌人成为主人；她的仇敌亨通。因为她的过犯众多，耶和华就使她受苦。她的孩童在敌人面前被掳去。

⁶From the daughter of Zion all her majesty is departed: her princes are become like harts that find no pasture, they are gone without strength before the pursuer.

⁶锡安（“锡安”原文作“锡安的女子”）所有的尊荣，都离开了她的居民。她的众领袖都像找不着牧场的鹿；在追赶的人面前无力逃走。

⁷Jerusalem remembers in the days of her affliction and of her miseries all her pleasant things that were from the days of old: when her people fell into the hand of the adversary, and no one helped her, The adversaries saw her, they mocked at her desolations.

⁷耶路撒冷在困苦飘流的日子，就追念她昔日的一切珍宝。她的人民落在敌人手里的时候，没有人帮助她。敌人看见她，就讥笑她的灭亡。

⁸Jerusalem has grievously sinned; therefore she has become as an unclean thing; all who honored her despise her, because they have seen her nakedness: yes, she sighs, and turns backward.

⁸耶路撒冷犯了大罪，因此成了不洁之物。素来尊敬她的现在都藐视她，因为看见她赤身露体；她自己也唉哼，转身退避。

⁹Her filthiness was in her skirts; she didn’t remember her latter end; therefore is she come down wonderfully; she has no comforter: see, Yahweh, my affliction; for the enemy has magnified himself.

⁹她的污秽沾满了衣裙；她从不思想自己的结局。所以她令人惊异地败落了；没有人安慰她。她说：“耶和华啊！求你看看我的苦难，因为仇敌显为大。”

¹⁰The adversary has spread out his hand on all her pleasant things: for she has seen that the nations are entered into her sanctuary, concerning whom you commanded that they should not enter into your assembly.

¹⁰敌人伸手夺取她的一切珍宝，她看着外族人闯入她的圣所：你曾禁止他们进入你的会中。

¹¹All her people sigh, they seek bread; they have given their pleasant things for food to refresh the soul: look, Yahweh, and see; for I am become abject.

¹¹她所有的人民都在唉哼，到处寻觅食物；他们为了维持生命，拿自己的珍宝去换取粮食。她说：“耶和华啊！求你垂看，求你鉴察，因为我被人藐视。”

¹²Is it nothing to you, all you who pass by? Look, and see if there is any sorrow like my sorrow, which is brought on me, With which Yahweh has afflicted me in the day of his fierce anger.

¹²耶路撒冷自述苦况所有过路的人啊！你们毫不在意吗？你们要细察要观看，有没有痛苦像我所受的痛苦，就是耶和华在他发烈怒的日子使我所受的痛苦。

¹³From on high has he sent fire into my bones, and it prevails against them; He has spread a net for my feet, he has turned me back: He has made me desolate and faint all the day.

¹³他从高天降火，使火进入我的骨头里。他设置网罗绊我的脚，使我退去。他使我孤单凄凉，终日愁烦。

¹⁴The yoke of my transgressions is bound by his hand; They are knit together, they have come up on my neck; he has made my strength to fail: The Lord The word translated “Lord” is “Adonai.” has delivered me into their hands, against whom I am not able to stand.

¹⁴我的过犯像轭一样被绑好；是他亲手缠绑的。我的过犯加在我的颈上，他使我的气力衰弱。主把我交在我不能对抗的人手中。

¹⁵The Lord has set at nothing all my mighty men in the midst of me; He has called a solemn assembly against me to crush my young men: The Lord has trodden as in a winepress the virgin daughter of Judah.

¹⁵主丢弃我中间的所有勇士；他招聚了一大群人来攻击我，要打碎我的青年人。主践踏犹大女儿中的处女，像践踏压酒池一样。

¹⁶For these things I weep; my eye, my eye runs down with water; Because the comforter who should refresh my soul is far from me: My children are desolate, because the enemy has prevailed.

¹⁶为了这些事我不住哭泣，我的眼不住流下泪水；因为那安慰我、使我重新振作的，都远离了我。我的儿女孤单凄凉，因为仇敌得胜了。

¹⁷Zion spreads forth her hands; there is none to comfort her; Yahweh has commanded concerning Jacob, that those who are around him should be his adversaries: Jerusalem is among them as an unclean thing.

¹⁷锡安伸出双手，但没有人安慰她。论到雅各，耶和华已经下令，使他四围的人都与他为敌；耶路撒冷在他们中间，已经成了不洁的东西。

¹⁸Yahweh is righteous; for I have rebelled against his commandment: Please hear all you peoples, and see my sorrow: My virgins and my young men are gone into captivity.

¹⁸　神的公义耶和华是公义的，他这样待我，是因为我违背了他的命令。万民哪！请你们听我的话！看看我的痛苦！我的少女和青年人都已经被掳去了。

¹⁹I called for my lovers, but they deceived me: My priests and my elders gave up the spirit in the city, While they sought them food to refresh their souls.

¹⁹我向我所爱的人呼求，他们却欺骗我。我的祭司和长老为了延续生命，寻找粮食的时候，就在城中气绝身亡了。

²⁰See, Yahweh; for I am in distress; my heart is troubled; My heart is turned within me; for I have grievously rebelled: Abroad the sword bereaves, at home there is as death.

²⁰耶和华啊！你看，患难临到我！我的心肠激动，我的心在我里面翻转，因为我曾经非常悖逆。街上有刀剑使人丧子，屋里也有死亡。

²¹They have heard that I sigh; there is none to comfort me; All my enemies have heard of my trouble; they are glad that you have done it: You will bring the day that you have proclaimed, and they shall be like me.

²¹有人听见我的唉哼，却没有人安慰我，我所有的仇敌都听见我的灾难；你作了这事，他们就欢乐。愿你使你所宣告的日子来临那时，他们就必像我一样。

²²Let all their wickedness come before you; Do to them, as you have done to me for all my transgressions: For my sighs are many, and my heart is faint.

²²愿他们的一切恶行都摆在你面前，愿你对付他们，好像你因我的一切过犯对付我一样。因为我唉哼甚苦，我心里愁烦。
