2 Corinthians

6

1Working together, we entreat also that you not receive the grace of God in vain,
1Bada haren languile garelaric, othoitz eguiten-ere badrauçuegu, eztuçuen, alfer Iaincoaren gratiá recebitu.
2for he says, “At an acceptable time I listened to you, in a day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation.
2Ecen dio Iaincoac, Dembora gogaracoan exauditu vkan aut, eta saluamendutaco egunean aiutatu vkan aut. Huná orain dembora gogaracoa, huná orain saluamendutaco eguna.
3We give no occasion of stumbling in anything, that our service may not be blamed,
3Scandaloric batre deusetan emaiten eztugularic, gure ministerioa vitupera eztadinçát:
4but in everything commending ourselves, as servants of God, in great endurance, in afflictions, in hardships, in distresses,
4Baina gauça gucietán approbatu eracusten ditugularic gure buruäc Iaincoaren cerbitzari anço, patientia handiz tribulationetan, necessitatetan, hersturétan,
5in beatings, in imprisonments, in riots, in labors, in watchings, in fastings;
5Çauriétan, presoindeguiétan, tumultuoétan, trabailluétan, veillatzétan, barurétan.
6in pureness, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in sincere love,
6Puritatez, eçagutzez, spiritu patientez, ontassunez, Spiritu sainduaz, hypocrysia gaberico charitatez,
7in the word of truth, in the power of God; by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
7Eguiazco hitzez, Iaincoaren botherez iustitiazco harma escuinez eta ezquerrez.
8by glory and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true;
8Ohorez eta desohorez, fama gaitzez eta fama onez.
9as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold, we live; as punished, and not killed;
9Seduciçale beçala, eta alabaina eguiati: ez eçagunac beçala, eta alabaina eçagunac: hiltzen baguina beçala, eta huna vici gara: gaztigatzen garenac beçala, eta alabaina ez hilac:
10as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
10Triste beçala, baina bethi aleguera: paubre beçala, baina anhitzen abratsale: deus gabe beçala, eta alabaina gauça gucien possediçale.
11Our mouth is open to you, Corinthians. Our heart is enlarged.
11O Corinthianoác, gure ahoa irequia da çuetara, gure bihotza largatua da.
12You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted by your own affections.
12Etzarete herssiqui habitatzen gutan: baina enserratuac çarete ceuron halsarretan.
13Now in return, I speak as to my children, you also be open wide.
13Bada neure haourrey anço recompensa beraz minço natzaiçue: larga çaiteztez çuec-ere.
14Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
14Etzaiteztela infidelequin vztár: ecen cer participatione du iustitiác iniustitiarequin? eta cer communicatione arguiac ilhumbearequin.
15What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?
15Eta cer concordia du Christec Belialequin? eta cer parte fidelac infidelarequin?
16What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, “I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”
16Eta cer consentimendu du Iaincoaren templeac idolequin? ecen çuec Iainco viciaren temple çarete: Iaincoac erran duen beçala Habitaturen naiz hetan eta ebiliren: eta içanen naiz hayén Iainco eta hec içanen dirade ene populu.
17Therefore “‘Come out from among them, and be separate,’ says the Lord. ‘Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you.
17Harren, ilki çaiteztez hayén artetic, eta separa çaiteztez, dio Iaunac: eta gauça cithalic hunqui ezteçaçuela, eta nic recebituren çaituztet.
18I will be to you a Father. You will be to me sons and daughters,’ says the Lord Almighty.”
18Eta içanen natzaiçue çuey Aita, eta çuec içanen çaizquidáte seme eta alaba, dio Iaun bothere gucitacoac.
