2 Timothy

4

1I command you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at his appearing and his Kingdom:
1Requeritzen aut bada nic Iaincoaren eta Iesus Christ Iaunaren aitzinean, ceinec bere aduenimenduan eta resumán viciac eta hilac iugeaturen baititu:
2preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching.
2Predica eçac hitza, perseuera eçac orduz eta orduz lekora: ari adi redarguitzen, mehatchatzen, exhortatzen, emetassun eta doctrina gucirequin:
3For the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but, having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lusts;
3Ecen içanen duc demborabat ezpaitute doctrina sanoa suffrituren: baina beharri quillicorrac dituztelaric, beréc bere desirén arauezco iracastunac bilduren baitituzté:
4and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn aside to fables.
4Eta eguiatic beharriac itzuliren baitituzté, eta fabletara emanac içanen baitirade.
5But you be sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, and fulfill your ministry.
5Baina hic veilla eçac gauça gucietan, suffritzac afflictioneac, eguin eçac euangelistaren obra, eguic hire administrationea approbatua den.
6For I am already being offered, and the time of my departure has come.
6Ecen ni ia sacrificatu içatera nihoac, eta ene partitzeco demborá hulbil duc.
7I have fought the good fight. I have finished the course. I have kept the faith.
7Combat ona combatitu diát, neure cursua acabatu diát, fedea beguiratu diát.
8From now on, there is stored up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give to me on that day; and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved his appearing.
8Gaineracoaz, beguiratua diagotac iustitiazco coroá, cein rendaturen baitraut Iaunac egun hartan, iuge iusto harc: eta ez niri solament, baina haren aduenimendua desiratu vkan duqueiten guciey-ere bay.
9Be diligent to come to me soon,
9Diligentadi enegana ethortera sarri.
10for Demas left me, having loved this present world, and went to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia.
10Ecen Demasec abandonnatu niauc, presenteco secula haur onhetsiric, eta Thessalonicerat ioan içan duc: Crescens Galatiarát, Tite Dalmatiarát.
11Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with you, for he is useful to me for service.
11Luc bera duc enequin. Marc harturic erekarrac eurequin: ecen probetchable diat cerbitzucotz.
12But I sent Tychicus to Ephesus.
12Tychique-ere igorri diat Ephesera.
13Bring the cloak that I left at Troas with Carpus when you come, and the books, especially the parchments.
13Troasen Carpo baithan vtzi vkan dudan manteliná, ethor adinean ekarrac eurequin, eta liburuäc, baina principalqui pergamioac.
14Alexander, the coppersmith, did much evil to me. The Lord will repay him according to his works,
14Alexandre cobre-arotzac anhitz gaitz eguin dirautac: Iaunac bere eguinén arauez renda dieçola.
15of whom you also must beware; for he greatly opposed our words.
15Harenganic hi-ere beguiradi: ecen haguitz gure hitzey resistitu vkan dirauec.
16At my first defense, no one came to help me, but all left me. May it not be held against them.
16Nehor etziaitadac assistitu, neure lehen defensán, aitzitic guciéc abandonnatu vkan niaué: imputa eztaquiela.
17But the Lord stood by me, and strengthened me, that through me the message might be fully proclaimed, and that all the Gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
17Baina Iauna assistitu içan ciaitadac, eta fortificatu vkan niauc, niçaz predicationea compli dadinçát, eta hura ençun deçatençát Gentil guciéc: eta deliuratu içan nauc lehoinaren ahotic.
18And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom; to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
18Eta deliuraturen niauc Iaunac obra gaichto gucitaric eta emparaturen bere resuma celestialeco: hari dela gloria secula seculacotz. Amen.
19Greet Prisca and Aquila, and the house of Onesiphorus.
19Salutaitzac Prisca eta Aquila, eta Onesiphororen familiá.
20Erastus remained at Corinth, but I left Trophimus at Miletus sick.
20Erasto guelditu içan duc Corinthen: eta Trophimo Mileten vtzi diat eria.
21Be diligent to come before winter. Eubulus salutes you, as do Pudens, Linus, Claudia, and all the brothers.
21Diligentadi negu aitzinean ethortera. Salutatzen auté Eubuloc eta Pudensec eta Linoc eta Claudiac eta anaye guciéc.
22The Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.
22Iesus Christ Iauna dela hire spirituarequin. Haren gratia dela çuequin. Amen.
