1A reed like a rod was given to me. Someone said, “Rise, and measure God’s temple, and the altar, and those who worship in it.
1 Rhoddwyd imi wialen yn ffon fesur, a dywedwyd wrthyf: "Cod a mesura deml Duw a'r allor a'r addolwyr ynddi.
2Leave out the court which is outside of the temple, and don’t measure it, for it has been given to the nations. They will tread the holy city under foot for forty-two months.
2 Ond anwybydda gyntedd allanol y deml; paid mesur hwnnw, oherwydd fe'i rhoddwyd i'r Cenhedloedd, ac fe sathrant hwy'r ddinas sanctaidd am ddeufis a deugain.
3I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.”
3 Ac fe roddaf i'm dau dyst gennad i broffwydo mewn gwisg sachliain am y deuddeg cant a thrigain hyn o ddyddiau."
4These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands, standing before the Lord of the earth.
4 Dyma'r ddwy olewydden a'r ddau ganhwyllbren sy'n sefyll gerbron Arglwydd y ddaear.
5If anyone desires to harm them, fire proceeds out of their mouth and devours their enemies. If anyone desires to harm them, he must be killed in this way.
5 Os myn unrhyw un wneud niwed iddynt, daw tn allan o'u genau a difa'u gelynion; yn y modd hwn y bydd yn rhaid lladd unrhyw un a fyn wneud niwed iddynt.
6These have the power to shut up the sky, that it may not rain during the days of their prophecy. They have power over the waters, to turn them into blood, and to strike the earth with every plague, as often as they desire.
6 Y mae gan y rhain awdurdod i gau'r nefoedd fel na bydd i law syrthio yn ystod dyddiau eu proffwydo, ac y mae ganddynt awdurdod ar y dyfroedd i'w troi'n waed ac i daro'r ddaear phob pla mor aml ag y mynnant.
7When they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them, and kill them.
7 Wedi iddynt orffen eu tystiolaeth, bydd y bwystfil sy'n codi o'r dyfnder yn rhyfela yn eu herbyn, yn eu gorchfygu a'u lladd.
8Their dead bodies will be in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.
8 Bydd eu cyrff yn strydoedd y ddinas fawr a elwir yn ffigurol yn Sodom a'r Aifft; yno hefyd y croeshoeliwyd eu Harglwydd.
9From among the peoples, tribes, languages, and nations people will look at their dead bodies for three and a half days, and will not allow their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb.
9 Am dri diwrnod a hanner, bydd rhai o blith pobloedd a llwythau ac ieithoedd a chenhedloedd yn edrych ar eu cyrff ac yn gwrthod eu rhoi mewn bedd.
10Those who dwell on the earth rejoice over them, and they will be glad. They will give gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.
10 A llawenha trigolion y ddaear trostynt a gorfoleddant, gan anfon rhoddion i'w gilydd; oherwydd bu'r ddau broffwyd hyn yn boenedigaeth i drigolion y ddaear.
11After the three and a half days, the breath of life from God entered into them, and they stood on their feet. Great fear fell on those who saw them.
11 Ond wedi'r tri diwrnod a hanner, daeth anadl einioes oddi wrth Dduw i mewn iddynt; safasant ar eu traed, a daeth ofn mawr ar y rhai oedd yn eu gwylio.
12I heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here!” They went up into heaven in the cloud, and their enemies saw them.
12 Yna clywsant lais uchel o'r nef yn dweud wrthynt, "Dewch i fyny yma." Ac aethant i fyny i'r nef mewn cwmwl, a'u gelynion yn eu gwylio.
13In that day there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
13 Yr awr honno bu daeargryn mawr, a syrthiodd y ddegfed ran o'r ddinas. Lladdwyd saith mil o bobl yn y daeargryn, a brawychwyd y gweddill a rhoesant ogoniant i Dduw'r nef.
14The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe comes quickly.
14 Aeth yr ail wae heibio; wele'r trydydd gwae yn dod ar fyrder.
15The seventh angel sounded, and great voices in heaven followed, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ. He will reign forever and ever!”
15 Seiniodd y seithfed angel ei utgorn. Yna bu lleisiau uchel yn y nef yn dweud: "Aeth brenhiniaeth y byd yn eiddo ein Harglwydd ni a'i Grist ef, a bydd yn teyrnasu byth bythoedd."
16The twenty-four elders, who sit on their thrones before God’s throne, fell on their faces and worshiped God,
16 A dyma'r pedwar henuriad ar hugain, sy'n eistedd ar eu gorseddau gerbron Duw, yn syrthio ar eu hwynebau ac yn addoli Duw
17saying: “We give you thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the one who is and who was TR adds “and who is coming” ; because you have taken your great power, and reigned.
17 gan ddweud: "Yr ydym yn diolch i ti, O Arglwydd Dduw hollalluog, yr hwn sydd a'r hwn oedd, am iti feddiannu dy allu mawr a dechrau teyrnasu.
18The nations were angry, and your wrath came, as did the time for the dead to be judged, and to give your bondservants the prophets, their reward, as well as to the saints, and those who fear your name, to the small and the great; and to destroy those who destroy the earth.”
18 Llidiodd y cenhedloedd, a daeth dy ddigofaint ac amser barnu'r meirw, a rhoi eu gwobr i'th weision y proffwydi, ac i'r saint ac i'r rhai sy'n ofni dy enw, yn fach a mawr, yr amser i ddinistrio'r rhai sy'n dinistrio'r ddaear."
19God’s temple that is in heaven was opened, and the ark of the Lord’s covenant was seen in his temple. Lightnings, sounds, thunders, an earthquake, and great hail followed.
19 Agorwyd teml Duw yn y nef, a gwelwyd arch ei gyfamod yn ei deml ef; yna bu fflachiadau mellt a su373?n taranau a daeargryn a chenllysg mawr.
