1Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
1וידבר יהוה אל משה ואל אהרן לאמר׃
2“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When any man has a discharge from his body, because of his discharge he is unclean.
2דברו אל בני ישראל ואמרתם אלהם איש איש כי יהיה זב מבשרו זובו טמא הוא׃
3This shall be his uncleanness in his discharge: whether his body runs with his discharge, or his body has stopped from his discharge, it is his uncleanness.
3וזאת תהיה טמאתו בזובו רר בשרו את זובו או החתים בשרו מזובו טמאתו הוא׃
4“‘Every bed whereon he who has the discharge lies shall be unclean; and everything he sits on shall be unclean.
4כל המשכב אשר ישכב עליו הזב יטמא וכל הכלי אשר ישב עליו יטמא׃
5Whoever touches his bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
5ואיש אשר יגע במשכבו יכבס בגדיו ורחץ במים וטמא עד הערב׃
6He who sits on anything whereon the man who has the discharge sat shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
6והישב על הכלי אשר ישב עליו הזב יכבס בגדיו ורחץ במים וטמא עד הערב׃
7“‘He who touches the body of him who has the discharge shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
7והנגע בבשר הזב יכבס בגדיו ורחץ במים וטמא עד הערב׃
8“‘If he who has the discharge spits on him who is clean, then he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
8וכי ירק הזב בטהור וכבס בגדיו ורחץ במים וטמא עד הערב׃
9“‘Whatever saddle he who has the discharge rides on shall be unclean.
9וכל המרכב אשר ירכב עליו הזב יטמא׃
10Whoever touches anything that was under him shall be unclean until the evening. He who carries those things shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
10וכל הנגע בכל אשר יהיה תחתיו יטמא עד הערב והנושא אותם יכבס בגדיו ורחץ במים וטמא עד הערב׃
11“‘Whoever he who has the discharge touches, without having rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
11וכל אשר יגע בו הזב וידיו לא שטף במים וכבס בגדיו ורחץ במים וטמא עד הערב׃
12“‘The earthen vessel, which he who has the discharge touches, shall be broken; and every vessel of wood shall be rinsed in water.
12וכלי חרש אשר יגע בו הזב ישבר וכל כלי עץ ישטף במים׃
13“‘When he who has a discharge is cleansed of his discharge, then he shall count to himself seven days for his cleansing, and wash his clothes; and he shall bathe his flesh in running water, and shall be clean.
13וכי יטהר הזב מזובו וספר לו שבעת ימים לטהרתו וכבס בגדיו ורחץ בשרו במים חיים וטהר׃
14“‘On the eighth day he shall take two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, and come before Yahweh to the door of the Tent of Meeting, and give them to the priest:
14וביום השמיני יקח לו שתי תרים או שני בני יונה ובא לפני יהוה אל פתח אהל מועד ונתנם אל הכהן׃
15and the priest shall offer them, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering. The priest shall make atonement for him before Yahweh for his discharge.
15ועשה אתם הכהן אחד חטאת והאחד עלה וכפר עליו הכהן לפני יהוה מזובו׃
16“‘If any man has an emission of semen, then he shall bathe all his flesh in water, and be unclean until the evening.
16ואיש כי תצא ממנו שכבת זרע ורחץ במים את כל בשרו וטמא עד הערב׃
17Every garment, and every skin, whereon the semen is, shall be washed with water, and be unclean until the evening.
17וכל בגד וכל עור אשר יהיה עליו שכבת זרע וכבס במים וטמא עד הערב׃
18If a man lies with a woman and there is an emission of semen, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the evening.
18ואשה אשר ישכב איש אתה שכבת זרע ורחצו במים וטמאו עד הערב׃
19“‘If a woman has a discharge, and her discharge in her flesh is blood, she shall be in her impurity seven days: and whoever touches her shall be unclean until the evening.
19ואשה כי תהיה זבה דם יהיה זבה בבשרה שבעת ימים תהיה בנדתה וכל הנגע בה יטמא עד הערב׃
20“‘Everything that she lies on in her impurity shall be unclean. Everything also that she sits on shall be unclean.
20וכל אשר תשכב עליו בנדתה יטמא וכל אשר תשב עליו יטמא׃
21Whoever touches her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
21וכל הנגע במשכבה יכבס בגדיו ורחץ במים וטמא עד הערב׃
22Whoever touches anything that she sits on shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
22וכל הנגע בכל כלי אשר תשב עליו יכבס בגדיו ורחץ במים וטמא עד הערב׃
23If it is on the bed, or on anything whereon she sits, when he touches it, he shall be unclean until the evening.
23ואם על המשכב הוא או על הכלי אשר הוא ישבת עליו בנגעו בו יטמא עד הערב׃
24“‘If any man lies with her, and her monthly flow is on him, he shall be unclean seven days; and every bed whereon he lies shall be unclean.
24ואם שכב ישכב איש אתה ותהי נדתה עליו וטמא שבעת ימים וכל המשכב אשר ישכב עליו יטמא׃
25“‘If a woman has a discharge of her blood many days not in the time of her period, or if she has a discharge beyond the time of her period; all the days of the discharge of her uncleanness shall be as in the days of her period: she is unclean.
25ואשה כי יזוב זוב דמה ימים רבים בלא עת נדתה או כי תזוב על נדתה כל ימי זוב טמאתה כימי נדתה תהיה טמאה הוא׃
26Every bed whereon she lies all the days of her discharge shall be to her as the bed of her period: and everything whereon she sits shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her period.
26כל המשכב אשר תשכב עליו כל ימי זובה כמשכב נדתה יהיה לה וכל הכלי אשר תשב עליו טמא יהיה כטמאת נדתה׃
27Whoever touches these things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
27וכל הנוגע בם יטמא וכבס בגדיו ורחץ במים וטמא עד הערב׃
28“‘But if she is cleansed of her discharge, then she shall count to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.
28ואם טהרה מזובה וספרה לה שבעת ימים ואחר תטהר׃
29On the eighth day she shall take two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, and bring them to the priest, to the door of the Tent of Meeting.
29וביום השמיני תקח לה שתי תרים או שני בני יונה והביאה אותם אל הכהן אל פתח אהל מועד׃
30The priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make atonement for her before Yahweh for the uncleanness of her discharge.
30ועשה הכהן את האחד חטאת ואת האחד עלה וכפר עליה הכהן לפני יהוה מזוב טמאתה׃
31“‘Thus you shall separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness, so they will not die in their uncleanness, when they defile my tabernacle that is in their midst.’”
31והזרתם את בני ישראל מטמאתם ולא ימתו בטמאתם בטמאם את משכני אשר בתוכם׃
32This is the law of him who has a discharge, and of him who has an emission of semen, so that he is unclean thereby;
32זאת תורת הזב ואשר תצא ממנו שכבת זרע לטמאה בה׃
33and of her who has her period, and of a man or woman who has a discharge, and of him who lies with her who is unclean.
33והדוה בנדתה והזב את זובו לזכר ולנקבה ולאיש אשר ישכב עם טמאה׃
